When I stopped to use the restroom and I had such a bad experience. The bathroom was dirty and I noticed there was cleaning products on the floor. The manager came in th bathroom and I told her that they should remove the cleaning items from the floor. She didn't speak English so I told her in Spanish and she looked at the products and went to the bathroom and ignored what I said. Not only do they have only one bathroom stall this place was super crowded. I would never go to this McDonald especially with a very rude unprofessional manager that works here. This McDonalds has really gone downhill. I only go there bc its very close to work so its "convenient" on days i need a quick bite. For some time now, the food quality and service is subpar. I always use the app so my orders are clear (extra pickles) well 9/10 times they give me NO pickles. Despite there always being a crazy long line, the fries are always soggy and cold. Poorly functioning kiosks, absence of counter assistance, and cold food. If I get diarrhea later, based on what little I ate, it will be the best part of this experience. Unfortunately, fast food is no longer served "fast." I've come during lunch hours and at night and the line is just incredibly long and unbearable. It took me about 30 -40 mins to get through the line, order my food and get it the last time I went. They also have the second line closed often. The food is okay. So the food is just fine. It's what you expect from any McDonald's anywhere you go. The main issue I had was EVERYONE was in a bad mood. They all seemed annoyed to be there. The lady working the counter never even talked to us. She just stood there, took our order, and walked away. She didn't even tell us the total, we just paid her. On my last drive thru visit, I was charged for a double quarter pounder meal but given a single which I realized when I got home. Same story new day, this restaurant has the slowest service in the world even when you tell him ahead of time and there is a line in the drive-through that you are ordering something and you asked him to get it started they don't do it. And I can tell you why they're watching a little clock timer that's behind the counter of the drive-through window they are more concerned with the numbers clicking away on the clock then customer service. Apparently from what I understand if that clock goes to read while you are sitting in the drive-through they are not meeting some sort of quota. So we are reduced to abiding by their request to pull into a waiting parking space so that their little clock can be reset for each customer in the drive-through. I placed an order and there was nothing going on, there was nobody in the drive-through line. But yet they made me pull in to one of the parking spaces. When I asked the girl behind the window why she says because it's going to take some time to put your order together. But there's nobody in line behind me? Of course if she moves me out of the drive-through line it looks as if I've been serviced when I really have not been. So here I sit in the little parking space watching car at the car go through the line behind me and I'm sitting waiting for my order. No 10 minutes later here comes a girl with my order the food is stale and cold this is ridiculous no matter how long or how many times I come in about this place nothing changes. It makes me think of the movie I watched the founder, when the two McDonald's brother said we are all about time good food fast service. What a freaking joke, if they could see this now they would cringe. I don't know about other McDonald's, because I don't frequent them often but this one surely is not keeping up with the ideals of the original founders. This is definitely not fast food. It takes 30 minutes to get your food from when you order by drive thru at night (not including the time it takes to get to actually place your order). In other words the food is cold by the time you get it. Their customer service is sub-par, I understand the credit card system may be down but mention it prior to ordering. The girl working at the window gave it to us without whip cream.
