The top ingredients are some of the worst things being used in food today: Soy protein, sunflower oil (one of the worst seed oils on the market today), corn syrup, casein, maldodextrin... These are highly toxic, estrogen overloading, and cancer causing. It tasted like poison and it is. There is not one thing in this drink that comes from nature. Do yourself a favor and just don't replace your meal with this. You're better off getting a pastry that's made with real food that is not made in a lab.
