This the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I keep trying to give it another try it only gets worse. The employees cannot speak English and when you try to place an order, they laugh at you and keep repeating. "Can I help you in broken English? Honestly, this McDonald's isn't bad at all--way better than the one in North Andover with the rude staff. When I ordered, the food was solid and the workers were actually nice. The only downside is that it's not the cleanest location. But aside from that, everything else was pretty good. read more

On 4/15 myself and my wife had lunch there. Our server left off my sundae. The manager came over and offered to get it for me. I handed my credit card . The $$3.04 charge was declined. The wrong security code was entered . He was frustrated by his own mistake I don't walk very well or I would have gone to the register myself for Apple Pay. The manager was "kind" and forgave me the debt. I'm sure he is a hard worker. I doubt, however if he would make it in football. Good intentions, but he would fumble. James D read more

Horrible service. Staffing with language barrier. Fries not added to order and gave Diet Coke instead of regular Coke. Had to turn around on RT 114 for fries and they were cold and hard. I will now drive a few miles more to another McDonald's will all future orders. read more

I had a mobile order of just a sandwich. Smoky blt QPC to be precise. When I got to the window they needed me to pull to the side because my 1 sandwich wasn't done. So I asked can I please add a small French fry? The girl at the window was hesitant to answer then she looked at the manager I believe he was. He asked what I wanted to add and he said I can pull over to the side it's free. NICE! I pull ova he brings my food and I leave. I get to my friends house to eat and my sandwich was pink in the inside uncooked. I'm confused because I had to wait for this single sandwich because it wasn't done then still wasn't done.... check ya food yall! I even ate a bit and didn't notice. I was going to write a great review for this place, before I got snapped at, and before I was made to get out of my car in the pouring thunder + lightning. Alex took my order, and he was amazing, above and beyond! I've never had better customer service here from anyone, I've never really had good customer service here at all if I'll be honest. The bad part of my experience was how I was told that my food was going to be a bit longer, and to drive forward and pull over in the parking lot, but they didn't ask for my name or anything. Reminder, it was pouring outside. I had never had this happen to me before, so I was slightly confused. I pulled into a parking spot in front of the building and I waited for about 5 minutes. I didn't know what else to do, so I decided to just go inside. It was pouring out but I was in a hurry. The lady inside snapped at me multiple times when I politely asked if she had an order under my name. When I was trying to speak to her and when I tried to tell her what my order was (consisted of 2 things and a drink), she walked past me. The orders were all scrambled up and the restaurant was unorganized, and not very clean. The food however was fairly warm, and it tasted good. Overall, it was a decent experience but there needs to be a better organized system for drive-thru orders and pickup orders. read more

Ordered at about 8:30 p.m. in the evening drive-thru. They gave me an apple pie that says enjoy by 3:45 p.m.!

The fries are amazing. Nuggets were perfect. Burger was fantabulous. Sprite was eh, hard to mess up the McDonald's sprite. Another Star Wars toy that was eh. The drink lid situation wasn't that of a 5 star. Bring your food to you which is cool. Cute snow flake decorations and cool looking writing on the walls. Nice modern furniture, nice and simple. Very nice high seats. Very nice plant in the drink area. Some delicious looking muffins near the cashier. Christmas tree was cute. Very satisfying graphics on their tv. read more

This McDonald's is so bad it can actually be comical at times. I've been here a couple dozen times over the last year and I can honestly say that I have never been given a correct order. 5 times out of 10 I'm lucky enough to catch the mistake before driving off with my screwed up order. I feel like it's an ongoing inside joke between me and the staff since they just laugh it off every time I ask them to correct the order. In any case, this Bob King fellow whose name is on the door is clearly asleep at the wheel. I'm sure readers of this are asking why I keep going back if it is that bad? Unfortunately I don't have a good answer for that... maybe it's the convince of the location... maybe I'm just a gluten for terrible service... who knows? read more

11/2012 thought id give another try since havent been here for awhile and it didnt change my mind but grossed me out. wonder why people get sick well watch them from the drive thru. i saw a cup throw on the counter and then used. my egg nog shake they obviously dd clean the machine cause the bottom was strawberry and the top egg nog and the middle vanilla. really!! wonder why people get sick...... 5/25/2011 Horrible, service can't speak english or understand & always mess up! This is now the second time going there and am not happy. I went through the drive thru. I ordered the same thing both time. Easy as a #8 with a medium drink Dr. Pepper (since they took away the orange HC) and Honey mustard. Both times I got a RB and sweet and sour sauce. Had to get out of my car and go into to it. This last time the manager put her hand in the bag where my fries where. I will not be going back after this. Nor did I eat my fries. I didn't have time to ask for her managers information as I was on my lunch break. read more

A Girls Happy (SAD) Meal without the meal! Stopped in earlier on my way home to pick up my 2 year old daughter a children's happy meal. I went inside and ordered at the counter. I ordered a four piece chicken nugget meal. I know there was no confusion because she asked "six piece" and I said no, a four piece please. If I could give this place 0 stars believe me I would. I go here all the time and they always somehow do something wrong like do the order wrong or give us someone else's food. Today I ordered a large caramel frappe and they gave me a cappuccino wich is the exact opposite of what a frappe is. When I told them about it they said I said cappuccino and there's no such thing as a frappe Wich I know is a complete lie because it was clearly there on the menu board and I get it there all the time. They didn't even know proper English. The lady also had audacity to act like she was right and was laughing. They refused to give me a frappe and still acted like it's not even a drink they have. I returned home with a cappuccino that has so much foam in it there was hardly even a drink and it had absolutely no taste. I really recommend McDonald's to get better workers that are well educated and know how to speak English well and understand English. I do not recommend this McDonald's to anybody unless you want to get your entire order wrong and be laughed at when pointing it out. I sat in traffic to get to McDonald's, ordered my family's meal then drove home through more traffic only to find my order was wrong. Since I have had his same experience at this McDonald's in the past, I checked that all of my sandwiches, nuggets and fries were in the bag. However, when I got home I found one Big Mac that was basically 2 burgers in a bun with nothing else- no cheese, no lettuce, special sauce, etc. I also noticed on the receipt there was a 25 cent charge for extra sauce which I never asked for. I then drove back through traffic to go back and get my Big Mac. While the cashier (who may have been a manager) was very apologetic, she refunded me the charge for the sauce but I felt she should have refunded me for the Big Mac. In the end, it took an hour and I live in the same town as this McDonald's. It was even more frustrating because I never eat at McDonald's and when I do, it's usually a salad. Tonight I decided to treat myself to a Big Mac and I ended up very frustrated. read more
