Came here on a random Tuesday morning. There is private parking with some tables outside. It was a beautifully sunny day when we went so we were able to grab a seat while the owners brought out our sandwiches. I ordered the Peabody fried chicken BLT sandwich with spicy Mayo and my friend had the Italian sub without lettuce. The portions were very generous as the sandwich was thick and the sub was huge. All the ingredients tasted very fresh and served immediately. The fried chicken was checked to ensure it was thoroughly cooked before being put back into the fryer. Bread had a nice chewy texture and the owners were incredibly friendly. My only concern was I did not see the lettuce get washed before being put into the sandwich. 3rd time trying this place. Never necessarily disappoints, but it's definitely got its own thing going. The bread is always fresh and unique. I've tried the roast beef sandwich which is okay in my opinion, I personally feel the bun takes away from the traditional north shore beef. The steak and cheese is great, comparable to jersey mikes in my opinion. Though I'd rather support a local business than a chain. This time I tried the chicken parm sub, While tasty, I feel as if the chicken could be pounded thinner to a produce more of a cutlet rather than a half beaten chicken breast. Sauce was great and cheese was nicely melted, fresh semolina roll. Not much to not like about a chicken parm sandwich to begin with, but nonetheless I may be a bit biased as I'm the type of person who travels for top notch food.
