The most disgusting mcdonalds i've ever been too. Employees are VERY VERY rude and they basically throw stuff on to your meal like it's trash. i asked for a mcdouble with nothing but onions on it and when i got to the front of the line i checked my order and like i expected the whole thing was wrong. so they told me to pull around and they would bring my order out to me. when they brought it out, this is what i get. I don't know if they tried to play in my face but they added about half a pound of onions onto my burger and kept the pickles (which i'm allergic to) ketchup and mustard, that i specifically asked NOT to be put on my burger. I didn't want to leave a negative review but the more and more I think about this the more I'm bothered and want the owner of this location made aware. A few weeks ago I went here in the middle of the day during non-peak hours. There was nobody at all in the drive thru line and I ordered one item. I paid (a friendly person took my money) and then arrived at the second window. The woman at the window told me it would be a few minutes for the cheeseburger and I said something along the lines of "no problem." I then asked politely if I could get a "cup of water for my dog" (I hadn't noticed him panting until after I ordered). She paused dramatically and then turned to the drink machine and then turned back to me. After about 10-15 seconds she dramatically filled the cup while acting as if it was a terrible struggle to do so. After about a full minute of theatrics, she handed it to me in an unfriendly manner and said something along the lines of "next time, order this at the same time as your food." I said "Oh, I didn't realize you charged for it (my regular location always says just to ask for it at the window)" and she said "well, it's inventory and product" and then made some comment about how it disrupts the flow of dispensing the drinks. I apologized and went about my way. I wouldn't post this except the woman appeared to be a manager. For a manager to complain and grumble for filling a cup of water when no other customer's are there and the customer is waiting on their food anyway was just absurd. If you can't handle the stress of filling a cup of water and feel the need to chastise your customer over it, then you shouldn't be a manager. read more

I went into the store to order since I wanted to dine in. I ordered at the kiosk, but the attached credit card reader was offline. The kiosk said "take your receipt to the counter and pay there". But the receipt printer was also inoperable. So I went to the counter and was greeted by an employee removing the cash drawer and logging off of the register. McDonald's (especially this particular one) is working hard to make sure I never come back again. Today they succeeded. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and coffee (normally I prefer their Sausage McMuffin with egg, but a couple of them in the past have had egg shell in the egg and bone bits in the sausage, hence the change). I took a couple of small bites of the biscuit and found something unchewable - spongy, but not yielding. It was a sticker for something, not sure what, but it had today's date on it. This was the final straw, so I took it back and complained (politely). The server and, I assume, the manager were very apologetic and gave me a fresh replacement. I should have just offered my complaint and left, but I was hungry and ate it, all the time feeling slightly nauseated. I will never return to this McDonald's. I will probably never return to a McDonald's. read more

Employees here are probably some of the nicest of all the McD's in town. If you have a special order make sure to check it though since they don't always get those right. If they get it wrong they'll let you keep the wrong one and give you a new one. Sometimes they'll give you something extra too. The food quality is about the same as other McDonald's restaurants. read more

Then they didn't even bring the order to the table instead they just called it out and I had to leave my kids to go get it. I stopped in for a quick breakfast in the drive thru this morning to the usual nice and quick McDonalds that I have been to several times before. But, this time it was a total different place. The drive thru was slow which is unusual. I could hardly hear the girl on the speaker who was not welcoming or clear in her speech. Then when I got to the usually friendly window they hardly made eye contact with me and when I got my food the girl just stuck it out the window. She didn't look at me or say one word to me. Today on 5/31, I ordered a Bacon Double Quarter w/ cheese, along with large fries and a fountain soda. After finishing that order at one of the self-ordering kiosks, the receipt didn't come out, so I had to go to a human clerk and explain that I ordered the aforementioned items on one of the kiosks, which failed to print a receipt for the order, and then eventually the clerk at the manned checkout managed to find and figure out what my order was, thus was able to produce the correct receipt for my order. They oughta fix the kiosks so they could print receipts as evidence of purchase or just put a usual "out of order" sign so the customer doesn't get ripped off, otherwise I may not use self-ordering kiosks anymore even though I like the concept. Forgot to mention, my little cousin called me on the phone to order something for him and promised to give me my money back plus some extra after a minor quarrel, so I used another kiosk, chose a random item as a test order with the option to pay at a manned checkout to make sure it prints out a receipt to use as proof of purchase and then I ordered what my cousin wanted and took pictures of the order list screen as a precaution to make sure I have evidence of my purchase and then after purchasing my cousin's order, the receipt printed out just like the one for my test order and after waiting, I got that order for my cousin, asked for a medium led for my cousin's drink(they were unstocked) and drink tray(I had a fountain drink too) and left the premises for the entire night after that. read more

This location completely frustrates me. It is close to Walton Lake and Walton Park, it is almost always severely understaffed. The line for the drive-through is almost always wrapped around the building. You can tell the employees are doing their best but they clearly don't have enough staffing or enough training and as a result they are struggling and are not always the most gracious. Often times the order is wrong. I don't understand why with all the McDonald's around the country this McDonald's can't be better staffed and run more efficiently. read more

I witnessed the manager kindly talk to his employees to check their orders & be careful, then gave me the correct order. Completely unhappy with this McDonald's and have stopped eating there. In the vast majority of trips we'll have our simple order of chicken nugget happy meals messed up. More than half the times we've gone we request a 6 piece happy meal and end up with 4 nuggets. Since we order via the drive through this becomes a significant hassle. If you go ro their drive-through make sure to check your order before leaving. They just don't seem to care. read more
