Don't even bother going here. They screwed up an extremely simple order of a breakfast burrito (which was paid for)....and they could not even put it in the bag with the other food ordered. I went to the Milton McDonald's off Highway 90 and or Caroline Street. I ordered a $5 meal deal and a large fry. My order came to be $9.20. I rolled up to the window and I paid the cashier. I paid the cashier $20.25. The amount I was supposed to get back is $11.05. She hands me the receipt and and the money back and I don't go to put it in my wallet until I'm rolling up to the second window. I realized she only gave me back $1.05. I now am at the second window and let the next cashier know what happened. He closes the window and after a minute or two. What I'm assuming is the manager on site says and I quote hand me the dollar. I go to tell her what I paid and she cuts me off and says I know give me the dollar with an attitude. In order just to leave and get away from the dirty look she was giving me I gave her the dollar and she gave me a $10 bill and did not even give me back my receipt. I'm sure that was on purpose so I wouldn't call the number. It isn't so much that I was robbed of a dollar but the vile way I was treated because the cashier along with the manager doesn't know basic math. I would advise anyone going to that location if they are using cash to make sure you have the correct change before you drive off or better yet don't use cash there.. I walked up to the counter to place order, was told I had to use the kiosk ordered. I ordered 4 cheese burger meals added lettuce and toms to all, got plain cheese burgers. I had to put my food on a table to make my drinks, you could tell the beverage are had not been wiped down in a couple hours. The tea at the beverage area, the lid was in the tea and stuff floating in tea. I asked for tea from behind the counter the staff acted like i was bothering them. The girl at counter that helped me with the tea was black. I don't have a prejudice bone in my body, she was rude to me yet provided great customer service to black customers, laughing and smiling. I said thank you to her twice all she did was glared at me. If that was the other way around this store would make the news and probably have a law suit. There were several ServSafe certificates hanging on the wall. I know they are good for 5 years because the company I work for makes me re-certify ever three years. What I saw in this store was a disgrace to the ServSafe certification. I have been in food service for 41 year and I am a Director of Dining Service for the company I work for. I am responsible for the daily operations of 31 commercial kitchen with 182 employees. If this was one of my units I would have called the GM in, locked the doors, finished the orders on the screen, lined the staff up in the dining room and asked the GM and manager on duty for their keys. I have worked in food service all my life and know it is a hard job, but there are no excuses for what I saw tonight. I hold my teams to the highest expectations. My Gm's know that I hold them responsible for what happens in their units whether they are there or not. Twice they overcharged us for a medium meal charging for large. Food is nasty, something is always missing out of the bag. Called corporate to complain and was told they would send us a free meal or something like that and apologized. That was months ago. Haven't received anything. You would think the franchise owner would be more involved and take care of their customers. Not worth going there anymore it's a disappointment every time. I've tried this McDonald's a couple of times because it's the closest to my house. Somehow everytime there is something wrong or missing from my order. I've worked in the food industry and it's not that hard to make sure all the food goes into a bag. Either the employees don't care at all or they're too dumb to read a screen. I went through the drive-thru this morning between 10:30 and 11:00, primarily because I thought that you could obtain real food (as opposed to standard breakfast fare, which is substandard in every aspect...except bacon). No dice. If I had known that it was still time for faux food, I would have gone to Hardee's, which has the best damned biscuits and stuff to put on them, anywhere. Anyway. I'm not that familiar with breakfast food, but I had just waited behind a car and I was famished from goofing off at the house until I thought that it was time for actual vittles...so I ordered something off of the menu board. I was invested in this trip, yo. Two things about this morning's jaunt. Firstly, the menu consists of three or four vertical sections, broken down into categories. Or scattergories. I didn't ogle it too closely, because I wanted some egg, some meat, and some cheese. That section of the menu? As far away from the drive-thru speaker as possible. WTH? I can see well enough to drive without being a hazard to the general public, but I could barely read that crap. Could y'all put the important stuff closest and move the Mocha Lava Squirt Frappadappacino menu to the other side? I doubt it, but thanks much, if you do. Secondly, what I ordered was two sausage and cheese biscuits and what turned out to be a sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle. The swiping of my card and the passage of the bag into my truck was expeditious, as this location usually is. I pulled around back to nosh, since the inside of my truck is 5-star compared to the inside of this place. The two biscuits were on top, so I ate them first. Not bad. Not good. They qualified as food. Then I opened the McGriddle. What. The. Eph? Seriously, the worst concept, the worst smell, the worst bite of food that I can ever remember taking. Wait, that's not true. But it is the worst bite of food that I ever PAID FOR. Holy catshit! I can't believe that there are people that buy this pile of nasty more than once. Nasty pancake buns, a chemically fake and cloying sweet smell, along with a sweet flavor that starts out okay in the front of your mouth and induces tremors of revulsion in the back. I'm not being hyperbolic or trying to be funny here. This was THE WORST FOOD ITEM THAT I HAVE EVER BOUGHT. EVER. I almost jumped out of my truck to lick my tires to get that taste out of my mouth. Avoid this at all costs, which was $3.19, I believe. The frackin' menu board was too far away for me to see. Still three stars, because the drive-thru is quick and friendly. I usually have alright experiences whenever I come to this location, but tonight I was very disappointed. I ordered a regular size Oreo McFlurry and when I got up to the window, the girl handed it to me very quickly and closed the window right away. I didn't think anything of it until I went to eat it and it was halfway empty and had only a very little amount of Oreo crumbs on top. Almost as if they gave me the snack size in a regular cup and as for the Oreo crumbs, I'm assuming that they must have ran out and were too lazy to go get more. read more

However both the Hot coffee and the frape machine were bing cleaned so I couldn't get coffee then to top it all off they couldn't accept Apple Pay bc the "machine was broken" The only thing that kept this review from being one star was the girl in back drive. When we first arrived I had to take my son to the bathroom, as soon as we opened the door, a foul smell was apparent. A Mcdonald's worker flushed and walked out with out washing her hands!!! So I open a stall and right there in plain sight on the floor was a huge turd! How does that happen who knows, but it had been there for a while, it appeared to be hard and dry. I told the order taker and he told a manager and she said to one of the lower training crew well one of you are going to clean that up...they argued and a girl from the back...who cooks volunteered. WOW. Then, they were out of ketchup, tea, and napkins. Had to go to the counter for all 3. The area was nasty, no tables were wiped down, the high chairs were disgusting!!! This restaurant made my four year old little girl cry! I went through the drive through and ordered mine my husband and four kids there food. The drive through guy was very rude while taking our order. After we had got home and gave our kids there kids meals my four year old opened her four piece and started crying. I asked what was wrong and she said "look mom they gave me pickles". They had filled up the four piece nugget box with a bunch of pickles on purpose! Then my husband brought the box of pickles back up to them and they were acting as if we had ordered it that way, although it was not rang up on our receipt that way. When we called to complain we were told to bring the food back, placed on hold, hung up on and then advised that they would not be issuing a refund after we brought the food back all the way to store. The owners son, NICK, who was incredibly rude, refused to even apologize for the inconvenience his poor service caused us. We will never eat at any McDonald's ever again.
