Took over 30 minutes to get our food, we did order a tote of cookies which we know they make fresh so we did expect a wait. BUT after waiting over a half hour to get our food we didn't even get everything we ordered, had to go back in and get the rest. The manager thought it made sense to do an interview during peak supper time despite seeing her employees yelling at each other and clearly struggling. unprofessional environment, there was one single guy working that seemed to care about things being run correctly. i never have super high expectations for this specific mcdonald's location, but still a bit disappointed with this experience. read more

Worst mcdonalds I've ever been to and my kids love it. Get your act together or find a different job. Every time even when nobody is there you have to pull forward to wait for your food. Can I give 0 stars? First, the girl on the drive-thru headphones was a bitch. My Dad asked what all came on a Big Mac and she let out the BIGGEST sigh and rattled off the ingredients so fast we could barely understand her. Second, they had us pull into a space and wait. Ok. I ordered chicken tenders and Dad got a regular cheeseburger. We waited over 10minutes. Third, they FORGOT my Dad's burger. Entirely. He went inside and they gave him a burger with JUST cheese. And it was the tiniest, smooshed burger I have ever seen. I don't even know if it was worth $1. Fourth, my chicken tenders were burnt! And disgusting! Never stopping at this McDonald's again. It tastes similar to McDonald's, the dining room smelled very strange, In a dirty dive bar kind of way. It's also the most expensive McDonald's I've ever been to. Terrible I asked for a number one no pickles and was given a number one with pickles. So I went back in side to be greeted by the manager. He was a whale of a person. Probably eats out of the food heaters on the daily. He asked me about my problem the proceeds to tell me that since it didn't say no pickles on the receipt that they won't fix it. Let's be honest here. McDonald's isn't the easiest to review because once you've seen one, you've seen them all. The only differences arise in the facility, the staff/service and perhaps the parking. This facility has been updated but isn't well maintained. Often dirty when I visit. The staff is generally friendly but sometimes bothered that you are there trying to spend money. The SERVICE times are incredibly slow. Showed up at 7 PM and ordered a Big Mac meal. Took over 20 minutes. I'm not joking. 20 minutes for a Big Mac. Unacceptable. Overall, this McDonalds is forgettable... as in I'd forget going if you're thinking about it. 1 star. read more

Honestly I would give it a huge 0 just due to the drive thru we waited in line for maybe 20 minutes after we ordered just to get food we paid and then waited for another ten minutes on our food!!! Me and my dad, after working all morning, decided to get some food, we decided on going here, and we were greeted by a man on the mic, (in the drive-thru), and he was hard to understand, he also rung up 2 sweet teas, instead of a Dr.Pepper and a sweet tea. We went to pay, and my dad told her that he ordered Dr.P not Sweet T. And she was decent about it, she told her co-workers that it was "special request". So we go to get our food, and the same guy who messed our order up, is struggling to solve the problem, that he caused. And a second employee comes and asks, "what's the special request?" And my dad has to explain over and over that he ordered Dr.P, not Sweet T. And then they get the right drinks to us, THEN we get our food, pull away to park, I open the bag, and the food is tossed in there, fries upside down, spilling into the bag, my burger was on its side, and there was a long black hair in the bag as well. So we will NEVER come back to this McDonald's. read more
