The fish was cooked to perfection, crispy crust on one side, melty on the other side and it made a perfect combination. It is served on a bed of lentil hummus with fennel and radishes that adds some earthiness and blends really well with the fish. We shared the birthday cake for dessert topped with cake batter ice cream and sprinkles. The cake is made from scratch (and gluten free) and it's to die for. My husband is all about ice cream and with this dessert he couldn't care less. The cake stole the show. We had a little chat with the bartender (I'm so sorry I should have asked for your name) after having hesitated between the Sumocello and Clemencello (both homemade) and she recommanded the Sumocello. Based on smell it's a winner. It just smells so good and it tastes as good as it smells. The service was outstanding. The food speaks for itself but having waiting staff that cares and shares is a huge plus to me (being european). We had such a great evening.
