I went to this McDonald's to get coffee. I was exhausted after being at Six Flags all day. The store was packed with little teenagers acting like punks. This McDonald's seems like a babysitter for unsupervised urban youths of the Maryland area. That describes the inside. Coffee was more expensive than I get it for in Nevada. I call bullshit. Ugh. First of all, apparently this location doesn't accept coupons on the McDonald's app. You can redeem rewards though. Location is pretty convenient, we came here after leaving six flags and it was on the way to 95. However, nuggets didn't come with sauce, which I requested, and I didn't realize until I was already on 95. read more

HORRIBLE. As a McDonald's eater myself they are the worst I've been to!? I'm eating my burger and the patty was like microwaved but it's the breakfast time everything should be fresh so I don't think anyone should go there for food. This McDonald's is always on time whenever I stop in. The bathrooms are always cleaned . The Workers are always pleasant they even strike up a conversation with you , My breakfast steak & egg bagel (sub for a biscuit) is always piping hot & still hot when I arrive early for work!!! How beautiful is that tho!!! . My nuggets and fries are always hot out of the fryer!! , Like I've NEVER had a problem with this McDonald's the others their drive-Thru ppl act like you're bothering them or they just didn't want to come to work like they didn't know what type of job they were applying to!!. Satisfactory all the way around with this location! And the keep it cleaned and neat because you see ppl out side different times of the Day or night getting trash and making sure the area around it is presentable. The Sauces!! The Mumbo (Their Mambo) was different because it had a spicy kick but not overpowering if you know Mumbo sauce it doesn't have a Kick it's just good as it is!! you can taste a little of mumbo but that's it!!... The Sweet & Spicy Jam is my favorite because it's spicy for real!! NOT ghost pepper/Grim reaper Pepper but it'" can pair with several meats poultry & some fried or grilled ribs!! Bad service. Stood at the front counter waiting for 5 mins with the workers standing behind and walking past me.

Went here tonight because the one in Largo was hella crowded and only had 1 drive thru lane open. This was on is WAY better. It was so clean inside (unlike the one in Largo), all of the workers were wearing masks (again unlike the one in Largo), uniforms neat and very nice. Food is on point and didn't get a side of attitude. Largo needs to come to this one for training. read more

Each McDonald's is unique. The themed ones are fun, but with the kids, I'm happy to settle for any with a play area. This one delivers in the sense that it provides a nice, clean, and fun place for little ones to play, especially when the weather is bad outside. It's a good sized play area. The food was just okay and the workers were just okay. What made us come in was the fact that the kids saw the play area and begged to play. The restaurant is conveniently located in a strip mall. The place was clean and the employees were nice.

I want to McDonald for breakfast this morning and I swear some of the employees need to go to or take a refresher course in speaking to customers and how to hand the customers their food order. The lady at the second window was so busy into her conversation with the employee she just shoved me my drink and then walked away. The second lady just said, "here" as she shove the bad at me. Regardless of what is going on you are to suppose to give good customer service. Handle your customers first and then handle what need to be done with the employees. read more

Needless to say, I had no cash and felt they could have told me cash only when I was instructed to drive to the second window. read more

Some may think that McDonald's is McDonald's, but to me, all McDonald's restaurants are not identical. For example, this particular one I am reviewing now has an amenity that a lot of the others don't: balls. The balls that small children play in. What a nice touch for a McDonald's, a place where kids asks their parents to visit several times a week. After they eat they can have some fun in that play area. So what about everything else? Well, the food at this McDonald's is just okay. When I was younger I used to visit this restaurant much more because the food tasted better, but that's of little relevance now. The staff is all right, they aren't mean or standoffish, but they aren't especially friendly either. They just take your order and move on with their lives. It's kept neat. I always see the staff at the soda machines wiping and putting out new napkins and straws. Overall not a bad place to dine. read more

This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.  The employees were very rude and disrespectful during the ordering process.  The young lady working the window did not greet or even respond to a Hello at the drive-up ordering station, so I pull forward to the window to place my order with the thought that something was wrong with the drive up window ordering station. The young lady was very nonchalant did not acknowledge that I was at the window and continue to do something for about another 15 to 20 seconds while I SAT there.  When she open the window I said hello she looked at me and just stared , so I went ahead and place the order.  After paying for my order in moving up to the pickup window there were two or three young ladies looking out at the pickup window and one of the young ladies came forward with my order called me an idiot in Spanish. She didn't know that I understood what she said (...and she wasn't Latin American). I question her about what she said she looked at me blankly and closed the window and walked off. I will never return to this location again or recommend or advise anyone to shop there if this is the type of behavior and customer service that I as a customer can expect. This McDonald is great like every other but there main problem is the work place its old and needs to be remodeled I. Notice that all the other McDonald's around the area got demolished and rebuilt and remodeled to a more modern look if this McDonald's gets remodeled and painted brown and white like all the others and gets the double service lane like the others than this McDonald would be more customer approving and it will get more customers. A great new looking clean restaurant establishment is better than a dirty old style establishment.!!!!! I would like to see construction trucks and workman around that place and would like to see a sign saying "we are temporarily closed for remodeling and reconstruction" and that would make me more happy and other customers and locals will be thrilled to see that place finally get remodeled and rebuilt after years and years.
