So that said, as this was our first visit, we stopped in for an espresso. The baristas were very friendly and welcoming and even informed us that their usual espresso shot was a double shot and asked if that was ok for us. Which was great because that would have been too much for us today and we were able to split the shot between us. The espresso was delicious with a delicate flavor of butter and dark chocolate. It had a slight bitterness to it, but not an over roasted or burned taste. The flavor changed as the shot cooled and was actually sweeter once cooled to room temperature which was surprising. Overall a great tasting espresso experience! We will definitely go back whenever we are in town and I look forward to trying their cinnamon rolls next stop in!

Although the biscuits and gravy seem like a small serving, the dish is really an adequate meal. Overall, the flavor of the food and the friendliness of the staff solidified our making this restaurant our breakfast place when we visit Mobile.

The crew works hard to get orders accurate and served out quickly especially when they're busy.
