Waited for over 25 minutes with a relatively low amount of cars in the drive thru on a Saturday after lunch rush had already ended. They forgot my order, and unless I went inside they would have never brought it to me. They continued to serve car after car, and only once I showed them my receipt, which they don't really want to give you anymore unless you force them to, I wouldn't have gotten anything. it's like a post apocalypse inside, smells like the stinky bathrooms in the dining room. My burgers always feels old and like it was microwaved, th r cheese looks weird, burgers are cooked into a salty oblivion, for a place that they claim has no microwaves. The fries just feel like you're getting a mouthful of crisco, and they are over cooked on the outside and have nothing left in the middle. I would be harsher, but I'm so disappointed I went back to try this place again and again, and it's always horrible. I love the refills are for dine in customers only, clean that effing dining room more than once a year, and maybe people will want to sit in there without throwing up. The owners here are failures at hiring decent managers, and the managers hire people who hate their jobs, at least that's what they make you feel like. Instead of eating here, just toss your money in the trash can, you'll feel better if you avoid it. read more

This is not a joke. My wife and I have been to this McDonalds many times only because it's local. They constantly get the food and drink order wrong and it always is a larger size than you ordered. The employees are in need of training because it's always a mess. This is not brain science but it seems extremely difficult for the workers at this McDonalds. read more

This location is consistently the worst. I do road trips across the country a few times a year, and I swear out of the entire country, this is the one I dread the most. Unfortunately, it happens to be the one in my own backyard. The closest fast "food" restaurant, I get the pleasure of being disappointed regularly. The breakfast food is constantly room temperature, the burgers are usually constructed in such a way as to rival the leaning tower of Pisa, and the drinks are hit or miss. From what I understand, it has undergone new management, and the employees are always new, so I can't think of a viable reason for the consist nonsense. If you live in the Montgomery area, do yourself a favor and leave a few minutes early so you can hit up Burger King. They haven't fouled up for me once yet. read more

the thin young white male who was working the drive thru at the time at night was very rude. me and my friend enter the drive thru and we place our order and we get to the window and he visibly sighed at us and just generally looked displeased. upon opening the window he practically shoved the food bag at us and seemed very annoyed when we asked for more ketchup . we hand the bag over for him to place the condiments in. which he snatched from our hands and slammed the window shut to where it made an audible loud sound. upon opening the window again we asked if we had done something to upset him. he proclaimed that last time we came here we had made a comment at him (we didn't we have no memory of him) we said that we don't recall and my friend jokingly while trying to lighten the mood said "i must of been trying to be funny". you know if the case were true that we did say something to him. and he sarcastically replied "yeah your real funny" before slamming the window again. Was very disappointed. We are new to the area and our kids love McDonald's! The management/owner was rude when my husband pointed out a price on the sign when it was rung up incorrectly. For McDonald's this is one of the best I've been to. You can always understand the person working the drive thru and they are courteous. Ok so I fell for the advertising once again only to be disappointed! I ordered the new quarter-pounder with cheese because it's supposedly cooked fresh or when you order and it's "hotter" according to the ad. I even had to pull up to the waiting space because my burger was being "cooked". Wrong!!! I get to my office which is only about a two minute drive to find a semi-cold, nuked hunk of meat. Which I then had to re-nuke to eat because it's my only lunch option today!!! Come on McDonalds you need to live up to the expectations that you are advertising!! I hate the drive thru. It has a two way lane so even if you are there first there is always a fatter greedier more impatient jackass cutting you off. There are some very nice employees who are kind and give you a good smile because they see your face a lot BUT. I ordered coffee one morning and they also forgot to give me my sandwich . This business is ran by some great folks who care about the community and what is important. They have no problem trying to teach their employees how to get a job done by getting their hands dirty themselves. They are very pleasant folks who work hard for what they have. I have seen the owners cleaning the floors themselves. The rest of the staff may not follow suit when the owners are looking but they are just teens after all. It is the only burger place right near the school so it is going to create a busy spot but you have to be prepared for that during those peak times. The best part of that place is the play land. The owners take pride in the play land and keep everything well maintained and clean. Everything is always working and functioning. It is worth driving thirty minutes away to use just to know that my child will be able to have fun. It is the only McDonald's in the area that has a play land that is that well maintained. Stop by and see for your self. I am a mom of three and we go once a week. read more
