I go to McDonalds all the time bc I love they food but somebody got me and my friend banned for NO reason this time which is fine whatever but I called to see if I can still order thru DoorDash and the lady hung up in my face I wasn't rude I just asked I think this is TOTALLY unfair we did absolutely NOTHING to even get banned. [902] 4/22/2019 This McDonald's location is located off the PA Turnpike so it's easy to get visit. The location has tons of parking that we were able to park our trailer in the lot. Drive thru is quick. The inside is nicely decorated and very clean. Staff is friendly. I'll definitely be back. read more

The kids love their happy meals and so glad we found this location off the turnpike. The drive thru was very busy, but we moved through fast. They took our order and had it all but one error, we wanted a plain cheese burger. They quickly fixed it and handed the new sandwich with a smile. Everything tasted fresh and hot. One star just on their saucy nuggs. I have had them twice but there's barely any sauce. Only top has sauce and there's not enough at bottom of container to dip the other side. read more

I'm continually impressed by the service here. The staff is always friendly, consistently professional, hospitable, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. the App is all but useless. You have to be inside the place AND on their wifi in order to place a order within the App. Tried several times and it just does not work. If you want to use the McDonalds app for this place, forget bout it! read more

This is probably the fanciest McDonald's I've ever been to. Very clean and our food came out quick. The staff was friendly and fast. I liked how you get a number card and they bring the food to you. It's nice to not have to carry everything while trying to find a table. There is some construction going on in the parking lot, but it doesn't really seem to interfere with parking or the drive-thru. read more

Been going to this McDonald's for a long time. During the Covid shutdown, you could still depend to go to the drive thru and get a breakfast or at the very least an Egg Mc Muffin. Stopped there last Sunday about 12:30 PM and got two Egg Mc Muffins with a senior coffee and Chocolate Milk. It was good. This was the Sunday after the State went into the green. Throughout the Covid shutdown, you could stop here and get something from the Dollar Menu or just a simple hamburger. Not anymore. No type of Breakfast at any time according to the voice at the drive thru and the menu is now limited. If you want a simple, single hamburger, it is $2 but $4.99 in a meal. Really? Small fries and a small drink with single hamburger? Gonna take the time to eat at home from now on. Bye Bye McDonalds. read more

Sometimes I feel like all I submit is negative reviews. The reason for this is simple, I am only motivated to write a review when I feel that I have a legitimate complaint against an establishment. So I with that in mind I tried to think of a business that I could say something positive about. I have been to this McDonalds several time while staying at the hotel next door. Sometimes the lines can be long at the drive thru but the food has always been hot and fresh. I am willing to wait for fresh food (Especially fast food). In my opinion this is a good McDonalds. Anyone who has ever been to a poorly run fast food establishment, knows just how bad it could be. I will visit this McDonalds again. read more

Sure, this is a Mickey-Dees and someone shouldn't go into it expecting much. However, the very least I expected them to be able to get my orders right and for the staff to not be ridiculously inept. We were in the area for a show for a few days and stopped in at least once each day. Each one of those days the staff couldn't get something in the order right, each day the staff were either inept or rude, and each day it was different staff. I think this McDonald's is average as far as the fast food chain goes. It is conveniently near the Morgantown PA Turnpike exit, although I probably would not take that exit just for this since there are potentially better choices farther along the Turnpike. One weird thing I'd like to point out though is this restaurant makes it look like there are power outlets at nearly every table but I found that most of those power outlets are fake. Of the two power outlets that weren't fake, only one was turned on. I'm not sure why they would do that. Although they are not obligated to provide power for recharging phones, etc, this looks questionable to me. read more

I will never eat at a McDonald's again after heading to this place. I was hungry and I usually don't eat fast food(I worked in the business so I know what happens behind scenes)but I thought whatever, what's the worst that could happen. I get my usual double cheese & large fries. Simple easy for everyone. I get back I open my burger up and it's cold. DEAD COLD! I think "fast food you pay for what you get." So I simply move on to my fries. As I'm eating my fries something black is in them. I paid it no mind. Thinking it was a burnt fry but as I hit towards the bottom it kept peeking my intrest. Wouldn't t you know it's a GIANT CRISPY HORSE FLY! I immediately threw up everything I Ate. I have not touched a McDonald's since. Do not go here. Once upon a tIme it was nice. Now it's disgusting! I just went to this McDonald's and made my order very clear that I wanted a McChicken but of corse that is very difficult for some kids and a 14 year old manager to complete. Took me a few days to write this review since I haven't felt good since eating there. I ordered the Bacon Smokehouse burger and there was NO burger,just condiments. I went back to show the employees no burger,they told me 4 minutes and then less than a minute later they give me a new burger. Went on my way,took a bite and realized it was not the Smokehouse,had a very strange taste. Wound up throwing it away and have been sick since. This Mc Donald's has been leveled and a brand new one was built, nice interior. the service is horrible, the wait for your food is like 10 minutes inside and the drive thru. Fries were cold both times I went thru the drive thru. Trash can inside over fulling. It seemed short staffed. Its the only fast food place right off the turnpike entrance/exit so they will always get business no matter how slow they are. read more

Unbelievable. My favorite thing about McDonalds is the Coke. But when I took a sip it was just carbonated water. Not what you want when you're trying to wash down overcooked fries. This place used to be a good McDonalds before they totally remodeled it and put in another drive-thru. The interior is so small and uncomfortable now. It's just way too crowded even though there aren't many people in the building. When the line forms behind the cash register, it starts coming back to the booths and then there are people standing next to you as you are sitting there eating! LIKE THEIR BUTTS ARE 2 FEET FROM YOUR FACE! If you go inside to eat, they take FOREVER, but if you go through the drive-thru they will mess-up your order. They are also very stingy with fries. I have NOT ONCE gotten a full container of fries! It's always 75% full, not like the pic on the menus. If you order fries from these people make sure you ask them to FILL IT. Some other rater said that the staff is ugly? I don't think that really matters, as long as they are clean and they seem average as far as that goes. On a positive note, the staff is usually pretty friendly, unlike most McDonalds. read more
