Oh the Moses Lake McDonald's. If you're driving across Washington on i-90, you're either stopping here for lunch or you're stopping in ellensburg for lunch. There's really no other options (maybe cle elum). So first of all, this location does not have a play place. So it is not capable of earning five stars on my McDonald's scale. It's located close to the freeway which is nice, it's convenient to get to from the freeway, however the parking lot itself and the drive-thru itself is poorly laid out and inconvenient to get off the main street to get to. We've never had any issues with the food or the service at this location. The drive-thru moves quickly, and the food comes out quickly. The biggest thing that brings this review down for me is one time when we stopped here there was a team member who is very helpful to us. He was super friendly, he helped us get our food, he was nice to my kids, however while we were there the manager came out and really berated him for seemingly no reason. Like inappropriately dressed him down in front of my family and other guests. Even threatening to fire him for what he was doing. It was just super inappropriate, and quite shocking to be frank, especially after he had been so helpful and done a good job in my opinion. So yeah, I will definitely stop at the Moses Lake McDonald's if that's where timing has me stopping for lunch, however just know that although it's convenient to the freeway it's a pain to get in and out of the parking lot in the drive-thru, and know that one of their shift managers is incredibly unprofessional and rude. read more

I used the apps d my service was great!!! They had my 80 nuggets ready!! I had to wait a bit extra time but my order was right!!!

Went thru the drive thru and asked for 2 double cheeseburgers with no pickles and to add extra mayonnaise, got them and had absolutely no mayonnaise. So went in had them remake the burgers then they added a ton of pickles on the second try so I had to have my burgers made 3 times! I ended up not even eating them. They clearly don't know how to manage and operate the business because when I showed up and waited in line for 25 minutes to order, they ended up not being able to give me my food because the POS system wasn't working and then when I went back an hour later, they said they were updating the system again. Went through the drive thru on Saturday and ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal and a 20 piece nugget. With 3 small sprites. They forgot our fries!! I knew I should've checked but I didn't order much so I didn't check. This was the worst especially with kids waiting at home. We pulled up to the window and asked for the information to contact the owner. I was told "I'm not allowed to share that information. you can meet the manager at the next window." Traveling back to our home state and didn't check our order before getting in the highway. Big mistake! After having to repeat our drive through order several times, they still got our order wrong! No egg on the sausage egg and cheese McMuffins, steak instead of bacon on a sloppily made bagel sandwich and No hash brown to go with the combo mill! Only thing they got right was the unsweetened tea with no ice. Can't leave feedback on the McDonald's site because we didn't get a receipt either. My last two visits in the past two weeks some how they messed up my order. On my first visit I order a two quarter pounders with the extras which include lettuce and tomato's and cost a little extra. Got home and found out all I got where two quarter pounders. Today I ordered two daily doubles which come with two patties. I got home and only found one patty. I called them to share with them what happened. They told me they couldn't do anything about it unless I came in with the actual hamburgers. So I would have to waist about 30 minutes of my time and gas to drive back. I would end up wasting more time and money doing that then to just eat what I brought home. In the past with other McDonalds they just told me the next time I come in to just ask for the manager share with them what I told them and they would take care of it. read more

They have a new riding system that you order from to include their apps. Attentive staff that stand from behind the counter to help you if you run into any issues. Table and curb side service. Stopped to use bathroom and grab lunch only stop for miles. Bathroom is small and dirty. When I went to order lunch at 1058 after waiting in line I was told I could not order lunch and would have to wait 2 min to be able to place an order. When I asked if I could place my order and then wait for it so I would not have to go back to the end of the line I was told no. Seriously by the time we were done talking at least 1 min had passed. When I finally got my food fries were only half cooked and soggy. I recommend to keep driving. read more

With the coffee machine out of service so frequently I've never bothered to ask about their milkshakes. I am disappointed more times than I am content with this establishment. Had the worst service in the drive thru. The young man had a hard time taking our order because we wanted 2 Mcchicken sandwiches in meals. I guess making it into a meal was complicated but he got it figured out. We paid and proceeded to the pick up window. The lady only handed us one of the drinks. My husband let her know we were short one because it was all ordered in a meal. She asked to see our receipt which we showed her. She stated we weren't charged for 1 of the drinks and demanded $1.08 more to give us a drink. We pointed out again it was ordered as a "meal" like the other one and we didn't owe more. She refused to give us the other drink unless we paid. Rather than continue being held hostage in the line and keep our fellow drive thru customers waiting my husband paid her in cash and we got the drink and moved on. Don't waste your time or money at this one. Go to the MCDonalds by Walmart. This one always messes up your orders, gives you the wrong food, forgets to give you half of your order. Their ice cream machine is "broken" half the time and the other half their coffee machine is. This morning I asked for a McSkillet Burrito meal and a large Premium Roast Coffee. The cashier couldn't find the premium roast coffee on his register so he asked someone else who showed him the regular coffee selection on his register and I wound up with a small regular coffee. The other person was working the drive-through. I hate leaving reviews, especially bad ones, but this one needs to be done. This McDonald's needs to get new management desperately! Their employees seem to have zero training at all. They must just hire these poor kids and throw them on a cash register and say "Go serve customers!". It seems every time I have gone in this place they have messed up the order, and most times it is something as simple as a "Medium" shake. I always seem to get the small, teach them what the sizes are please. Oh and don't even get me started on the scoop ice cream. I would be surprised if one individual in that store, including management, know what the flavors are or how to discern one from the other. I mean really they can't even put them in the right spots in the freezer, when they are clearly marked. My wife's favorite is the Chocolate Peanut Butter, but they NEVER have it in, even though when you ask in the drive through they say yes. Well...you will most likely get plain chocolate. Please if you are going to advertise and sell something, try to keep it in stock and train your employees on what it is and how to tell the difference between the products choices. Simple enough...or so I thought. There always seems to be confusion and disorganization here. Management the onus is on you to strive to do your jobs a whole lot better. I was a manager at McDonald's and it truly saddens me the terrible service this restaurant has. I know good help is hard to find, but sometimes people just need a good trainer and a bit of mentoring to make them good help.
