It was nice I was able to get a nap while I was waiting for my food. Other then that food was good. Just glad I was not hungry.

The fast is taken out of fast food at this McDonald's. It is a rare occasion when they actually get your order correct the first time. You must always check your food or else you will undoubtedly be coming back to correct the order. The staff is very unfriendly or unhappy and have no problem showing you. read more

From my many times going to this restaurant, it has had horrid food quality along with poor hygiene, once a child in the play area found actual regeritarws food inside the play structure along with dirty floors. There food was falling apart, litteraly and was uncooked and was thrown together randomly as I saw in the back. As of 10/21/19 this place is in poor condition read more

Love it they go above and beyond to make us happy. Restrooms clean cooking area clean counters clean it is nice to eat there.

Not reviewing the food, but the service & cleanliness which would be a four or five star on a fast-food scale if they'd let me rate it that way. As we were leaving, we saw an employee run out to the parking lot to give customer something she forgot & employee did it with a smile. Wish there was a zero star option. This was by far one of the worst McDonalds we have experienced. The owner should be embarrassed. 1. When we arrived there was a lady at the counter and the staff were simply talking to her. I assume she is a regular. We stood for a few minutes when several staff members talked to her and ignored us. Including one who I assumed was the manager and her daughter (she called the manager Mom). Finally after 3-4minutes someone came from the back to take our order. 2. We waited close to 15 minutes for our food while we watched several staff members on and off duty horse around. 3. The bathrooms were disgusting. Not only did they smell but they were far from clean. Me complaining about that means they were horrible. I understand that public restrooms typically aren't great so I have pretty low expectations to begin with. 4. There was some sort of sewer problem that made them close down the kiddy land. We weren't there for that but multiple others were and a simple sign explaining why it was closed would have provided simple customer service. My recommendation is to get a staff that provides the basics of customer service. There were plenty of them there working and a few others that obviously enjoy just visiting but when that distracts them proving your paying customers with service that is a problem. Dear owner you are paying people to give your restaurant a bad name. We were just passing through but I would recommend to others doing the same to wait until the next exist before stopping. read more

Expect long waits... I live here and there hasn't been a time that I've came through that I haven't waited +15 minutes. Absolutely garbage!

My health conscious husband and I stopped here because of all the recent hype we've heard/seen that McDonalds is capable of making healthy entrees that are not salads. At this location; First offense was the manager who was making cuts to her staff minutes before taking our order that touched the cash I gave her then handled our food without gloves. I reminded her she just handled my cash then food... And she threw it out walked to the back and then came up and did it again. I'm not sure what protocol is but I would assume all food handlers should be wearing gloves not just washing their hands (how did I even know she washed her hands and didn't just go back to hang out for a min to appease me). Second- we got in the car with the remainder of our order and noticed though it was typed right by the person who took our order, grilled chicken was entirely missing from one of our wraps- we were about to pull on the highway but decided to go back after inspecting the other wraps which all had lettuce that had turned pink. Third, the bathroom trash was overflowing. I am taking the time to write this review because while McDonalds can sink money into advertising and remodeling they aren't putting it into the quality of the food, food safety training, or consistency across businesses. I will be cross posting this review as well as filling out their corporate complaint form. Needless to say, we got a refund so therefore they've earned 1 star in my book. I know corporate will send me a certificate to try them again but after so many disappointments like this one- (getting mayo when I ask for it to be left off, or getting fried when I ask for grilled chicken) I'll just be handing it off to someone who doesn't care about getting what you ask for out of their meal. read more

As stockholders in McDonalds today's performance at this restaurant finally made us so disgusted with the franchise, that we will dump it from our portfolio. Something is terribly wrong when we cannot get a " to go" meal in under 20 minutes; and no side salads made and told cannot get one! Really? O k then we choose another store to spend our money. Worst experience ever in the declining American fast food scene. Bye bye McDonalds. Thought you had vision. Too bad there's not a zero star. Worst service I've ever experienced in my life! Whoever owns this should fire the lot of them and hire new people. I walk in and they are all standing around talking and nobody acknowledges me. Like I'm invisible. Then I wait for two minutes and ask one of the people talking if anybody works up front. Ooohhhhhh! No she didn't is the look I got. No apology no nothing. I said I've been standing here a couple of minutes and just a dirty look. No thank you after the order no thank you when handing the food. Quick stop for some grub on my long journey home from St Louis.Got my usual #3. Fries were fresh and food was good. Excellent service.

The only thing this McDonalds has going for it is Roberta she is the only one that smiled and said hello. Avoid this McDonalds at all cost. If you have to come here don't expect any kind of customer service. read more

This McDonalds is located on a very busy road off I-64 next to two truck stops so getting in and out is a challenge during peak times. Advantage to this location is ample parking in the rear for larger vehicles. read more

This morning ordered some breakfast got a smoothie in a med strawberry banana that was barely a small in a med cup. Drive thru ordering was friendly for a change reported our order back to us at window still great then pulled up to get our food was very disappointed woman with no nametag handed me my less than desirable smoothie and our food. Our food was very sloppy. We used to attend this one because the quality was better than the one on Broadway. Was not impressed with this visit to say the least. read more
