I wish I could give zero stars. This place is disgusting and the employees are no better. I walked in to use the restroom, and as I was walking by, an employee walked out of the stall with her pants still halfway down. She gave me no room to get by and I had to squeeze by her, touching the wall in the process. She didn't even wash her hands. I walked in the stall she had just used to find urine ALL OVER the seat. Not just a few drops, but a massive amount of urine. So I walked in the adjacent stall, and there was feces smeared all over the floor, the toilet filled to the brim with crap and toilet paper. I used the restroom to wash my hands before making an order, as I entered the restroom I saw a Hispanic male masterbating at the urinal for all to see!!! This place was really very clean and the staff was friendly and attentave.

Burgers were raw, my wife and son's were pink and mine was blood red. Fries were cold, the one soda machine was broken, crew was disorganized with the orders and took forever to muster up a pulse. But the main issue is that the burgers are raw, they might look fine on the top but they are not. If you want to risk a bout of food poisoning, ecoli, or any other gastrointestinal issue caused by raw meat, then lucky for you this is the place. I would give them negative but I have to give them at least one star. read more

This is the slowest drive thru I've come across. Instead of having orders that are not ready pull into a designated waiting spot, they make the rest of us wait. And you'd think they would be able to catch up on the other orders while the lead car is waiting. No, not the case. A drive thru visit can take as long as 15 minutes. Not convenient at all. Person at the window was nice but the last 4 times we have been here something was screwed up. Forgotten sauces multiple times, go-gurts missing, messed up order, and this time the kids toys were forgotten. One of the dirtier places I have been to with indifferent service consistently. Food is typical fare but often long in coming for reasons that are not clear to me. I occasionally get coffee in the morning on those rare occasions when I forget to set up my coffee pot the night before, and invariably it is burned. Finally I lodged a formal complaint via the website on the receipt and asked to be contacted by the manager, but so far 3 weeks later no response. I''ve been going to burger king ever since and won't be returning. I don't eat fast food very often very often, and this place is a mess. read more

This location is usually pretty solid. Being the only place open all night in Mt. Airy I come here maybe once a month with my friends. Props to Mario for the great service with a friendly smile. However I have to give the store 4 stars due to the rude "woman" who can sometimes be found hiding in the darkness of the night shift. I ask for a water cup and within three steps of leaving the counter I hear "make sure you put water in that" grumble out from behind her beard. ***Parents Beware*** incompetent management that puts the lives of their customers at risk. Tonight I went with my son to this establishment we drove 10 miles to go to a McDonalds with a play area and at first it was a fun my toddler loved the play place we ordered our food and it seemed like it was going to be a nice night... Until a fight broke out at the counter between five men and two girls, the manager stood there the cashiers looked confused and everyone stood there as the fight got out of control... This fight went on for five minutes with more and more customers getting involved. I understand the fight or flight reflex but this was not one of those cases the manager refused to get involved and instead sent a minor cashier to the front and he looked so scared. I called the police when the confrontation went from verbal to physical and at no point did management step up to split up the fight or even ask them to leave. At one point a man saw me on the phone with police and started screaming at me and advancing toward me and my son and management and workers still did nothing. I have never seen a manager behave this way but this particular one obviously does not care about the restaurant or the customers. I will never go back with my son I will never go back. This McDonalds is poor even as McDonalds go. Stopped in a couple of weeks ago while driving to get two cheeseburgers. One of them had no burger on it. ZERO STARS! When you walk into a McDonald's you don't expect classy, but this place free for all. There are always random people in the building who have not even purchased food just hanging out, and the manager does nothing about it even when they are in the way of you ordering food. When you do order forget the words "fast food" more like "slow food" it will take 15 minutes to receive your order, and then it could be wrong. Then, you have to locate a clean place to sit (good luck with that). I take it to go or eat in the car. There is always food on the tables and food on the floor. If you are going here to use the bathroom go to the Burger King down a stop light across Rt 27 it is so much cleaner. The bathrooms here are gross, and never have tp! Matter of a fact why don't you just eat at Burger King its clean and nice. This place is disgusting, and the staff is rude when you confront them about their service. P.S. There is a place for your children to play in tubes. Please don't take your children there. God knows what goes on in that play room during night with those "random people" I told you about earlier.
