Grilled Cheese & Sausage & Cabbage Soup Combo
    Nury T.

Our group went for lunch & had the classic platter, the western omelette, & sausage gravy from the all day breakfast menu, which was all delicious. I had the grilled cheese on Italian bread with provolone cheese & the sausage & cabbage soup which a chicken broth base combo. We had cannolis & the cannoli cookies for dessert were all great. The place is very small with limited tables to sit after you order at the counter, & have a limited time of 60 mins to stay at your table. They bring the food to your table & have very friendly & helpful staff.

Canolli and my leftover Florentin Omlete. My husband took a bite of the Canolli before I could take a pic! Amazing!

Amazing owners! Amazing food! There small and cozy inside but also have outdoor seating. Definitely will be back.

    Deviled egg platter.

Concetta's is so good! Everything we have tried has been delicious. I was in a pinch needing to bring something to my sister's party. Concetta's came through for me and made this platter of deviled eggs. One guest said they were the best they ever had! I may never make my own again!

Had time and wanted something unique. We've been here here before and loved it. Great Italian sandwiches and market. The staff helps make this place special. So nice !!! My wife and I shared Cream of crab soup and BBQ Shrimp BLT on Ciabatta with Guacamole spread. All the while, sitting outside near the natural rock wall. Right in downtown Mt Airy. Soup was awesome. Loaded with crab meat and perfect consistency and spice. Sandwich was nice size and incredible. Only recommendation would be for a few more shrimp. I would order again in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back for a while, and here's why... I ordered about 15 minutes ahead. Website said it would take 20-25 minutes before it was ready. So I expected at max to wait 5-10 minutes when I got there. Instead it was a standstill at the drive thru with only two cars in front of me with one or two people in each. Let me tell you, I can usually arrive to work a half hour early on Fridays -that's including a stop at Dunkin WITHOUT ordering ahead. This place? I barely got to work on time!!! It took them an extra HALF HOUR from when I pulled up to the drive thru just to hand me ONE sandwich and ONE small latte!!! And my latte was literally just coffee, milk, and a pump of sugar!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I've worked these kinds of places before; I'm not making it up when I say I could've walked behind the counter and made it myself in half that time! I will say the staff was very friendly and apologetic, but EXTREMELY disorganized. The sandwich and coffee were good, but a little expensive and not worth the ridiculous wait time. Until management can find a better system, I will not be back here on my Friday morning commutes. Such a shame for a local spot with good food!

It's a sit-down grill seating around 25 in the back of the store at a gas station, making some good bbq and sandwiches and more! This day (Sep 2025) we were on the way towards Baltimore after a day in Mt. Airy, and we just wanted a relaxing inexpensive meal without any fuss. There's enough parking out front, though it can be a little tight. You just walk into the storefront and head to the back to order. Folks are always friendly. You serve your own beverages while you wait. The food comes out hot and in generous servings. We had a $10 "pit beef" and chose it with gravy on a soft bun, which made it a kind of bbq sandwich, richly flavored hearty thick gravy over a generous serving of thick beef slices. It was mostly melt-in-your mouth tender. A few pieces could have been trimmed better, but the favor could not gave been more delightfully savory. We had an entirely tender $10 rueben on toast, perfect flavoring, perfectly thin-sliced. We had a really over-stuffed $10 BLT with perfectly crisped thin bacon. And we had a fresh bright $10 chicken salad on toast with lettuce and sliced tomato. For $3 more each, we had zig-zag fries accompanying a couple of these, and they gave us an additional side. They were so generous we never ran out! Piping hot and lightly crispy. Of course sodas and teas, too. It was a perfect quiet little oasis with freshly made tasty generous inexpensive food and friendly staff.
