McDonalds has a business plan that is virtually flawless. Besides the fact that I love all their food, I love that it's prepared quickly and efficiently. The staff I have always encountered has been nothing less than courteous, friendly and attentive-helpful. This location was nothing different. This location was a little smaller than I'm used to on Long Island bit that certainly did not slow down the flow of cars through the drive through. They were hopping busy and were actually bringing the food out to the cars and mobile ordering spots. This was no simple feat since it was a grand 18 degrees outside. Burger and fries were fresh and hot. The location, while small is all windows and very bright. The restaurant was very clean. The person behind the counter greeted me with a big hello and was very pleasant and courteous. These reviews don't change much from location to location and I would not expect it to. Everyone does their job and follows the procedures... This always makes for a pleasurable experience. read more

Don't bother with the McDonald's in Mount Morris. The drive-through line was incredibly long and it took each car at least 4 to 5 minutes to go through just ridiculous and you could almost overlook that if the food was good, but my french fries and big Mac tasted like they were renowned for a second time, stale tasting, overcooked, and awful. We were waiting at cash register for more than half an hour waiting for someone to come up and help us pay. The workers were forgetting things constantly and when asked to help, they did not speed anything up. We have been waiting for forever and this was an awful experience. read more

Fast, efficient, and well-managed McDonald's. Employees were working together as a team, a manager helped a customer with carrying food outside the restaurant to the customer's car, cashiers were friendly and helpful, and the food was super hot and fresh, so the entire experience was positive. The interior was fairly small but very clean and modern (likely a recent renovation). The only complaint I have is that the sweet tea is kept in the back instead of out by the fountain drinks. Same with the sweet and sour sauce and tangy BBQ sauce--no hand pumps for those, only for ketchup. Overall, very very good! read more

I used the McDonalds app to place my order, then drove over to pickup my "food" at the Mount Morris NY location near where I live. Gave the order code at the Drive-Up and then waited 20 minutes to get to the window to get my order. The girl at the window told me to pull ahead to wait for someone to bring my order out. 10 minutes later I finally have what I hoped was my food handed to me. After 30 minutes of waiting they still managed to get the order wrong!! My wife went back to get her food because they didn't give us what was ordered. The correct part of the order was cold. The only reason the are getting one star is because this web site won't allow me to leave NO star at all, which is what they deserve! Fire the staff and close the place down. Placed an order at 9pm. We placed three orders in total, this order and 2 mobile orders to pick up in store as we ate our food. At 10:15pm we were finishing up our meal and an employee came over and said we HAD to leave the store because they were closed. He said that he was nice to allow us to stay after 10pm (which is when the dining room closed) at all. He also kicked out another older gentleman who was also finishing up his meal. The employee stood there in front of us until we physically got up from the table, there was no you need to finish up than leave but rather you need to leave NOW! The employee was upset when I said I would report this to the survey at the bottom of the receipt. The three of us were physically kicked out of the dining room. I didn't even feel like I could hit the restroom before I left as the employee stood watch over all three of us as we exited the building. I can not believe that this is how an employee is supposed to be. I could see if the entire placed closed at 10pm but the drive thru was still open for hours after that. The reasoning given was there was a cleaner crew arriving and they needed to start cleaning. The cleaning crew was the cashier who waited on us. read more

I ordered food and I got mostly everything except they forgot my burger and a drink and I'm pissed I want a refund on this. this is bullshit

People think the food is really good there it's not there's grease all over the floor behind the grill there's a lot of cross-contamination in the fridges condiments left on the floor in the stockroom and the food isn't cooked to temperature because some of the patties that come off that grill or Raw fries aren't cooked all the way to dump their taken out 30 to 40 minutes early the frappes that come off the Frontline they're machines aren't cleaned regularly and back to the freezer and refrigerator they have a lot of cross-contamination with meat and vegetables and excited read more

It's a McDonald's, so you know what you're getting. The service is slower here than at a "regular" one though, apparently due to crew turnover. It literally took me 22 minutes (timed because I was on my way to work and ended up being late) to get a Big Mac, fries, and a froufrou coffee once... They can be skimpy on the fries if you hit the drive thru as well (enough that I've stopped ordering fries at their drive thru). read more
