THIS WAS THE MOST ABSURD EXPERIENCE. we ordered ahead so we wouldn't have to wait too long and still spent 30 minutes in the drive through. it wasn't even busy. the worker helping me poured the wrong drink and just handed it to me and said "i made a mistake" ?????? girl just re-do it then?????? and then i had to pull to the front TWICE because the food took too long. some of it was boiling hot and some of it was ice cold. i know it's fast food and not always pristine quality but i would hope for the bare minimum. i am incredibly appalled and disappointed because usually i love wendys. goodnight everyone read more

This place needs to be shut down. Horribly mismanaged for months. We maybe get something for our child once every 2 weeks and last night a staff member screamed and cursed at us. This place is terrible, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I can't imagine how the cleanliness of the kitchen is if they can't even control the drive through. read more

The crispy chicken sandwich was good . The cantor fries were smoosh and I wish bacon was broken up but it's not . The Carmel crunch frosty was ok . The wait time was awful . The people were ok. They just take your money and don't say anything I guess that a regular thing some places. read more

Door was locked when we arrived at 8:20 and they're supposed to be open art 7. We went through drive through and the woman knew that the doors weren't unlocked yet. They unlocked the doors so we could come in but she didn't say hello or good morning, just walked away. Ordered English muffin sandwiches and the English muffins were not toasted so they had a lovely raw English muffin taste. The egg was rubbery and we couldn't chew it. Asked for a redo and the guy who we spoke to said he doesn't eat here so doesn't know why the egg is rubbery. Redo took a long time. Restaurant was very clean and potato's and Cinnabon pull apart were good. Not a great experience over all. read more

This i possibly the worst experience I've even had at a Wendy's. Employees were very rude and barely spoke let alone smiled. Major attitude from all because they had to look up from their phones in disgust that they had a customer that took away from their precious damn screen time. The hardest working one was outside washing windows. We'll be sure to avoid this place at all cost next time we're in the area. If give zero stars if I could!!! This Wendy's has provided very poor service over the last few months. Today we waited in line for 20 minutes, with only 2 cars ahead of us, then another 10 minutes at window. French fries were cold, double stack was a single stack, nuggets were not cooked and worse of all the sprite was dark colored and had a strange taste, worker tried to convince me sprite was dark. There were many employees working, so that was not a problem. Will stay away from Wendy's! read more

Dog water service ordered food got told to pull up to the front were waiting on fries, no problem waited almost 20 minutes for cold fries the wrong cheese sauce and there was 1 one other car there the whole time. It takes 5 minutes to cook fries what did you do the other 15 minutes while they were getting cold. read more

July 16, 2018 - 1 PM for lunch 4 Adults and a teenager Atmosphere - 3 stars Food - 5 stars Service - 4 stars Background - Travelling to Buffalo from Corning NY. This is a typical stop for my parents. Atmosphere - Still an old style Wendy's which needs an update. The floor title near the register is the kind you use in a fast food restaurant kitchen. Somehow that floor was slippery. I know it is right after their main lunch rush but tables were dirty even after employees sat there for their break. The garbage cans were full too. Food Drinks - Just water. Lunch - I normally get the spicy chicken sandwich but the Southwest Avocado Chicken Salad caught my eye. I love avocado and guacamole, so seeing this salad today I had to order it. There was a little bacon in the salad, but it was not needed. The Avocado was the star of this salad and it was, could have used another scoop of it on the salad. Service - Our cashier was friendly. Our food came out in three waves. Salads first, then the chicken sandwich, and the third and final wave was fries, chicken nuggets, and chicken tenders. Future - Sure. Probably with another trip to Buffalo from Corning with my parents. read more

I've always had a very good taco salad from any Wendy's I've been to around the country (trucker's wife) but yesterday 9/22/21 most of the lettuce was bad! The rest of it was good! I may not get another salad from here but will get sandwiches! read more

It's a Wendy's so it's not a fancy place. But the manager came over and offered my kids stickers. Those gestures deserve recognition and patronage. The food was prepared accurately and quickly. I really like the new bacon jalapeño burger. The hotness is just right. The chicken avocado BLT is good too, I tried a bit of my wife's. They have a coke freestyle machine, so you can fun with flavors. It's a good Wendy's and I will be back if in town. read more

Just stopped here today. Our food was luke warm, we got the wrong side in our kids meal and one of the drinks was wrong. Also the burgers had way too much mayo and the fries were really salty. Will not be going to this location again. read more

They say they use fresh never frozen pattys but I'm about to blow the lid off this whole operation.

The frosty I had was great, comparable to Dairy Queens Blizzards. Still one of the best places to eat fast food around.

I called here. I asked if they were open on Thursday night's at 6:00, and the lady hung up on me. I would NEVER recommend this place for eating. Don't take your kids here. read more

My friend is deaf with 2 CIs so keep that in mind. We stopped in for lunch, and we had the RUDEST cashier ever. She asked my friend if she wanted a combo or 2 for $5. The thing is my friend didn't hear the 2 for $5 option and said yes to the combo. When she got her order, it was completely wrong- she got 2 Homestyle chickens when she wanted just one. When she brought it to the same girl and tried to get the right order as well as explain that she didn't hear her, she gave A HUGE ATTITUDE about how she said yes to the 2 for $5. Though my friend tried explaining that she did not hear her (and as someone who's hard of hearing, I also agreed that she had a soft voice which is not helpful at all). She then had to talk to her manager (which is odd cuz usually in the food services world, if they get an order wrong, they get you a new order no problem). My friend apologized and said she's fine taking the 2 sandwiches but the girl grabbed her tray and said that it was fine. Looked and acted like a bored, rude high schooler. Definitely not impressed though food was good and definitely not stopping by here again. read more
