I ordered online for pick up! The process was easy and I had no problems. Now was it the best five guys meal I have ever had? No. The burger was smaller than other locations. Also the bacon was not crispy. The big con with this meal was the seasoned fries. Look at the picture! It was too much. The fries also could have been a bit more well done. Great place to come for a quick and not too expensive dinner. We stopped in after work when we had some other errands to do at Home Depot and some other places nearby and were pleased with our experience. The burgers were cooked well, and I love that there are so many topping choices free of charge. One thing to note about their burgers is that there burgers are large. The "regular" cheeseburger is actually made of 2 patties. I would have been happy to order the "little" cheeseburger but I mistakenly thought it was like a smaller kiddy size. Nope, just 1 burger patty, more of a traditional size burger in my opinion. The fries also come large. We were fortunate to have spoken too another couple who was eating, and so we decided to get the medium size for 4 adults rather than the large and we were happy we did. There fries are really delicious which is saying something because i'm not a big french fry person but they just give you so many extra, the fries were overflowing all over our bag. A great option for good food and a quick night out. read more

I stopped here on my lunch break and I ordered a small bacon topped hamburger with everything on it, I love the idea of free toppings and I also ordered a small fry and a drink and they also throw extra fries in the bag the food is always good and fresh and hot at five guys and the customer service was great and the restaurant is very clean read more

Satisfactory experience. Service was quick, food was fresh, no mistakes in filling our order. I love that you can choose a ton of different toppings without extra charge (like mushrooms and grilled onions). They have regular or Cajun fries, yum! I have eaten here many times. It is insanely overpriced. Just get a burger from literally anywhere else. Come on man. what are we doing here. They got a coca cola freestyle I fw that. And they have a little bulletin board where people can put up little drawings they did but there is never any space on the board and the crayons are always broken. It's kinda weird man the bathrooms are clean. read more

I ordered the bacon burger and was surprised it had two beef patties. I think they should do a better job of communicating this fact. I was very satisfied with the quality of the burger and the fries. Be aware also that a large fries is enough for four people. All in all, I would stop there again for a quick meal when in the mood for a burger. read more

I'm generally a fan of Five Guys burgers and have tried this location in Batavia a few times. The burgers have always been juicy and delicious. I'm also a big fan of Five Guys fries. One of things I enjoy most about Five Guys is you can get lettuce wrap and have the burger be Whole 30 friendly. Lots of the ingredients and toppings are compliant including the hot sauce. This location has always been clean, fast and easy every time I've gone in. read more

Fantastic quality food. And a large fry gets you half a paper bag full of fries!! It can be a little expensive depending on what you get but the burgers are amazing and all of the topping are free! It has a cute decor and the staff is always friendly and accommodating! read more

Insane quality burgers and fries + Out of this world Milkshakes all ad's up to the reason why Five Guys Burgers is at the top of the burger mountian of Batavia. While it can be a bit pricy the quality, freshness and OUTSTANDING service makes it more than worth the extra $$ read more

As burger places go Five Guys is always good. I don't know why some other reviews complained about this location; I've been there several times and never had a bad experience. I always feel like I should get the double and then regret not getting the single. Likewise with the fries, order a size smaller than you think you need because they give you a tone. Good food and reasonable prices. read more

Last few times we've been here the French fry orders have gotten smaller and smaller. This is a ridiculous penny pinching thing to do and leaves me as a customer feeling ripped off. This happened once before and I thought maybe just a one off but now seems more likely intentional. The burgers and shake were good but can't stop thinking about the empty bag of fries. Not anywhere near the Five Guys experience I have come to expect. Burger was dry and barely warm. My pickles were coated in mayo (did not ask for mayo!) Very disappointing. I do not recommend this Batavia Five Guys. Keep driving. read more

Wasn't sure how to feel about Five Guys. I have heard such mixed things that I didn't want to get myself excited for nothing. However this was amazing. From the moment we walked in the service was great. The dinning room was super clean and there was always a worker coming out to clean it some more. The food was so delicious and fresh tasting. We didn't have to wait long at all, the staff making the food looked like a well oil machine. I was very impressed. read more

I love 5 Guys but first time in and my burger order was completely incorrect. Type of burger was right but all toppings wrong including ingredients that I cannot eat (allergies). Never have had an issue with other locations. Please be more careful, this was a waste of money for me. Super expensive for just burger and fries, especially if you can't eat it. read more

I have been to many Five Guys restaurants in various Towns and States, and always had a great meal. Not so with my recent visit to Five Guys in Batavia. I ordered a hamburger to go with ketchup, lettuce and tomato along with a drink and fries. What I got was a hamburger with double ketchup, but that wasn't the real problem. The quality was no better than a McDonald's hamburger, certainly not what I expect from Five Guys. read more

I have heard about how great this place is. I was looking forward to having the best burger I ever had. So, I got my burger. It was barely warm, cold enough that the cheese did not melt. The patties were over cooked. They were actually crunchy. Flavor was bland. The roll was ok. Fries were only OK. They were only warm, soggy and greasy. We did get a second order and they were better. The bill was $57 for 5 of us. Not worth it at all. Much better burger at Wendy's. Went to sit at a table, restaurant was empty, and tables were dirty. This was disappointing. Can't say I would go back. read more
