It's McDonald's, it's the same everywhere across the country. Sub par food and sub par service.

Took over 20 minutes to get my order and my food was cold by the time I received it. Guess the staff was too busy chatting to bother checking to see why I was still there. Won't be ordering from here again. read more

Where to start, ordering from this McDonalds is awful. Food is consistently wrong when ordered. Trying to get a replacement for wrong items is like pulling teeth. Curbside is a joke. Service is terrible especially after 8pm. The manager couldn't care less about customers. If I could rate less than one star I would. read more

This is unacceptable. My daughter which has autism she really wanted fries. I used a deal to get 2 10 piece nuggets and fries. But when I got the bag and looked the fries were no where to be seen. I looked high and low for them. So immediately the customer service was bad. They should know what comes in the deals. The employees are putas. This is bad customer service. And the sweet and sour sauce spilled everywhere. Never go to this McDonalds again. read more

Food and service is horrific, and has been for years now. Burgers are dryer than a rice cake. Efficient use of 2 lanes at drive through ordering is WAY over their heads. I have waited in the drive through for someone to acknowledge me while 3 cars in the other lane had their orders taken and pulled forward. This McDonald's should be closed until an owner can be found that actually cares about the quality of their product and is willing to spend the time teaching and training the employees that represent them. read more

Went in just before lunch, no one at the counter. Several employees looked my way, but they were busy either chatting with each other or waiting on the drive through. Waited to see if anyone was going to approach and take my order. They didn't, I walked out and went next door to Long John Silver. Was waited on immediately. That did it for me, I will no longer give Micky D's my patronage. read more

We had the kindest cashier when we were ordering our food. His name is Frankie and he made me and my friends day! He was joking around with us and made us happy. He deserves an award for being the nicest and funniest cashier I have ever seen. He was charming and rung us up real quick because we were in a hurry but he did his job perfectly. We asked for some extra ketchup and he gave us a huge handful as a joke and for fun. He started our day off great. Not only was the staff very welcoming, the food was delicious and I strongly recommend this location of McDonald's. read more

I've gone here too many times where I'm always missing something or my order isn't right while workers are picking and playing in the background and on there phones and then I was told to pull up and then bring my order out and setting there in my car for 15 to 20 minutes until I eventually have to go in and remind them I am waiting on my food or missing something and I honestly think it's the manager thats on duty because you can tell when you go through where it looks like a party back there instead of going through and everything going as it should read more

I always love McDonald's. Sadly, before I met my wife...I ate here three times a day every day. I don't have to eat here as often anymore but I do still enjoy the food. It's always good, always hot...can't ask for more I guess. You just have to remember to always check your food before you leave because every McDonald's gets in a rush due to their drive their time and gets orders wrong. read more

I prefer this McDonald's over most myself also. For one it is always very clean. And the employees are a little more respectful at this McDonald's than most others or for most restaurants as far as that goes. so with that being said anytime your in the area and looking forward to being respectfully waited on in a well mannerly fashion well this is the place to go. read more

Very clean, courteous, friendly, organized McDonald's. Fast friendly service, super clean restrooms, and delicious fresh food. One of The best McDonald's I've ever been to. The manager was working right along side everyone else and the employees were very happy. We'll stop here again for sure. read more

The bathroom was horrific. There were tissue all over the floor and the sink. They didn't even have paper towels to dry your hands, they had an air blower that didn't even work! As far as customer service they were very polite, but my order took way too long. I'll have you know that I will never come back again read more

Pretty much what you would expect, people being paid minimum wage who aren't going to do the best job because they're mostly kids and they don't care that you just spent your money on the food. Most of the time I come here they mess up my order, this is kind of on me for sometimes being in a rush and leaving without checking the bag. Normally they offer something for free when I come back if I call them, either way not that hard of a job. For sure better food in this small town alone. read more

Nicer than most other McDonald's. Prices and products are the same, but the inside provides a nice ambiance. They also hold events like meet Ronald McDonald for the kids. It's located right off the freeway, so it's readily accessible. Overall pretty clean and gets pretty busy during the lunch hours. read more

This is by far the WORST McDonalds I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. More than once, I have attempted to order a PLAIN iced coffee. No sugar. No flavor. Cream only. After several failed attempts as the sugar seemed to creep in with the cream, I tried ordering the cream on the side. I added my cream and went to take my first sip, SUGAR BOMB. I can understand that most people will order the standard iced coffee and happily sip the sweet beverage but I simply cannot stomach the sweetness and should have the opportunity to purchase and enjoy a plain iced coffee if I order it that way. I once made the mistake of calling the manager on duty about my coffee and they refused to refund my money unless I drove back and returned the coffee. I explained that I only have a limited window of time and had to return to work. This has happened multiple times despite multiple attempts at clearly ordering without sugar. The management is unhelpful in rectifying the issue and I'm left with donating $3 for a beverage I cannot drink. Unfortunately they are in the middle of nowhere and with limited options, they are sometimes the only option. read more
