We ordered 3 sodas and they gave us carbonated water. There was no syrup at all in the drinks and they were clear and not drinkable. The environment is horrible, we had to wait in the front for our sodas and we never got them. There was a very rude lady who walked away when we told her that our drinks weren't drinkable. She didn't do anything about it, and she was being aggressively rude. When It became too long my friend went in to see that she was at the register taking other peoples orders, not taking care of this. She told us she had no control over the sodas when they do and usually refill the syrup all the time at normal places. She never offered to give us our money back. I feel so bad for all the others who took a sip at home and realized that it was just undrinkable carbonated water. read more

I am absolutely appalled at the behavior of one of your employees today. I was inside at a kiosk ordering drinks when we started to hear an employee (lady with dark hair that looks like it had been dyed blue at some point) speak very rudely to another employee in the back. She got louder and more rude with each minute. She was dropping F bombs and other profanity that was loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear. I said "Language please!!! There are children in this building". To which she replied "Then go eat some f***ing where else." I put my children in the car and proceeded to the drive thru to get a manager. I was told the GM is named Shannon but no one knows her last name, an email, or a phone number for her. Then I was told "I don't know, I'm just really busy right now. I can't help you." This is completely unacceptable behavior from employees working at an establishment geared towards serving children. read more

I ordered two large sweet tea's and one Mcchicken. That was the entire order. Pulled around to the first window paid. No problem wasn't busy. Went forward to the 2nd window the girl said the mcchicken wasn't ready. She gave me the two tea's and I pulled forward to the waiting area. At this point there was two cars already there. So I blocked the entire drive through line having no room to pull forward anymore. That took 7 minutes to get the first car's food to them. They left. The car in front of me moved up and I freeed up the line so car's could get out around me. 18 minutes later I was giving a bag with a mess of a sandwich in it. It wasn't even wrapped up completely. Lettuce was kinda green and there was so much mayo on it that I couldn't even bring myself to reach into the bag. I gave it to a dog . The tea was nor sweet and by the time I got my one sandwich the little bit of ice was already gone. I remember when the older guy owned that place and he was a great person who took pride in his product. Who ever is running it now is doing a very bad job. Oh course having a complete staff of teenagers is probably not the best way to go. But I will not ever waste my time or money there again. read more

So this is my first review of a McDonalds... they have three windows ,one to pay at, I thought one to get your drinks and one to get your food, but honestly I don't even know. I got my drinks from the second window and then I pulled up to the next window but there was no one there. So I waited a while. Now let me tell you.... two cars ahead of me had also pulled forward to this window. The car in front of me drove off and then they did bring some food out to the guy in front of me. Let's just say this place is a hot mess and I still had to send my son inside to get my food because I had no idea what was going on. read more

Oh McDonalds...how I love thee. I know we aren't supposed to but who cares?!? McDonalds is a franchise so each location can be different. This one is one of the better ones, extra clean and the location is excellent. The staff is always very nice, they are always prompt and courteous. The food is always hot and exactly what I have ordered although I usually don't go crazy with adding/removing items. This time I went through the drive thru, I did not like the 2 lanes of drive thru but they have it mastered, always a smooth visit. I ordered a McChicken with cheese and a small fry, only issue was I had no bonus fries in the bottom of the bag when I was finished. . So sad! read more

McDonald's may be garbage food with little nutritional value, but I nonetheless love it. I particularly love the Filet-o-Fish. It's probably mostly not fish, but what are you going to do about it? McDonald's French fries are also in the top tier of fast food. This particular McDonald's location is about par by McDonald's standards. But it's still close enough to what you expect from the chain to get the job done. read more

Went up to counter to ask when we would be getting our food and they didn't know what was going on. Lots of people, not much getting done. There wasn't a manager present to help. I was disappointed by my visit to this Mcdonald's drive through. When I drove by to order, the lady who was taking our order sounded like she wasn't paying attention at all, I had to repeat my order more than twice and she stopped talking to me for a good 3 minutes. When I drove up to pay, the worker sounded very annoyed when we tried to confirm our order and waved us off. We were charged for something we didn't even order which enraged me. Even worse, when I received the food they gave me a iced tea when I specifically ordered a coke after we had corrected their mistake. I normally wouldn't write a review for McDonald's but this location doesn't deserve a one star rating. They've always been very nice to us. And we order huge amounts of food when we go. This location is always packed. There isn't another fast food place anywhere near there. As a result everyone that comes from the state park looking for fast food comes here. So be prepared for that when you go. And even considering all of that we still have good experiences. read more

Do you count your change after it is handed to you at the first window? I recommend that you do before driving to the next window. On 8/17, I realized I was short 25 cents when I was waiting on my food at the 2nd window. I decided just to let it go as it was only a quarter. However, I made a note to myself to be sure to count my change before moving on from the 1st window. Lo and behold, the next time I went to this McDonald's on 8/21, I was supposed to receive $18 in change, and I was only given $16. I sat and waited for the guy to open the window so that I could remind him I was still owed $2 in change. Since this happened to me two times in a row, I can only assume that it is common practice, so be sure to count your change. read more

This McDonald's has quite poor service. It has gone downhill over the last several years and I think that the only reason they are still in business is because they are located in a small town. I wish they would put more emphasis on making their customers happy rather than having conversations with each other and their friends that come and visit. This is the worst Mickey D's :(....I never thought that could happen, but a few months ago, drove in for breakfast, and the manager was very rude, and wouldnt fix my order.
