Update: After my original review, I was contact with management and they really helped to turn things around. He took the time to listen to our concerns and invited our group back so we could give their group another chance. While I still stand by how our initial experience made us feel, I also think it's important to acknowledge when a business owner responds with professionalism and genuinely works to rebuild trust. Our return visit was a completely different experience. I appreciate the way the owner handled the situation and his willingness to have an open conversation with us. It doesn't change what happened that first night, but it did change my impression of how much he cares about his guests and his business. I wanted my review to reflect that as well. read more

The stuffed caramel French toast was the perfect consistency of chewy and soft with a rich caramel inside. The cheddar biscuit Benedict is a great savory item and a classic. A few of us were looking for a last minute spot outside when the weather happened to be gorgeous! They took us right away and it was so nice! Staff were helpful, attentive and accommodating. The mixed drink I got was already pre-mixed, it was good but a little too sweet. I got the herb chicken blt sandwich without the bacon and with avocado instead. It was ok but a little dry and under seasoned. The side salad with sweet peppers was good. I tried the seared tuna sandwich in the past which was good but was more like a tuna steak. Came here for happy hour the other day and it was a pretty good deal. They had $40 marg pitchers. They were a touch on the sweet side, but overall a good deal. The pitchers had more than four glasses of margs, so if the entire table is doing it, you might as well get the pitcher. The service was OK. It was pretty crowded, but I feel like they were sitting around at times and wouldn't come to help us. Overall, a pretty standard happy hour place. Decided to make a reservation here before our show and so glad we did! We were seated right away inside. Very pleased with table. Service was prompt and friendly. Tried the French Dip sandwich - good choice! The meat was tender and there is lots of it. Top that with mushrooms and cheese - and a very flavorful mornay for dipping. I was so excited to try this place out for brunch with friends from out of town. Definitely make a reservation ahead of time especially for Sunday Brunch! It fills up quick. Be aware that this place can get very noisy and may be hard to hear friends who are sitting with you at the same table. We had a very nice waitress take our order and checked up on us. She also took into consideration my food allergies. I was really looking forward to trying their Lucky Charm Pancakes, but then found out it is only a special around St.Patricks day. I was a bit bummed but opted to get the WTF waffle sandwich. One of my other friends got it too and my other friend opted for an omelette. My WTF waffle sandwich was made out of mac and cheese as the waffle part with a piece of fried chicken in between it. It comes with french fries too. My friends opted for the bottomless brunch menu so they had multiple rounds of drinks. One of my friends had the boozy Iced coffee she said it was very good but strong and my other friend got the strawberry Bellini I believe. She enjoyed it. I got a mimosa which did not taste that great but oh well. The atmosphere as I said can get very loud in here. MISOGYNIST MANAGER tldr: they kicked every girl in my group out of the bar while telling our guy friends they could stay claiming we didn't spend enough when our tab for an hour was over $200 Went to go watch the Knicks games with friends. Got there 3 hours early to get seats. They let us know the restaurant was reserved but that the bar seating was open for the night. We sat and in the first two hours, I had two aperol spritz and two surf sides, as well as sliders and fries. Then the manager came up and let us know that there was gonna be an $100 minimum per seat for the next game and we said no problem. After we agreed he then told us actually we couldn't stay in the seats because they were already bought however he let the two guys who were not connected with our party stay even though they had been there for longer and one only ordered a shepherds pie and a whiskey he nursed for the whole time we were sat. I know because I had to watch his drink while he went on four smoke breaks in an hour. The true cherry on top is that one of our Guy friends who was seated at the end asked the bartender if he had to leave to which he said no. The worker then alluded to the fact that we hadn't spent enough money. When we asked the woman who was amazing and serving us the whole night what was happening because we were told that these seats were available for the whole night she said it was out of her hands, and that man was her manager. He then went on to allude to our male friend that we were getting kicked out because we hadn't spent enough, even though we had spent significantly more than the men around us, and had instantly agreed to the minimum he proposed. 0/10 wouldn't recommend to anyone read more

Stopped in for brunch on the weekend, we got a table without a reservation as soon as they opened without a wait. The fries were not crisp, but not soggy - so just ok. The Benedict was delightful and eggs cooked perfectly - aside from the biscuit which had a burnt flavor but wasn't in itself burnt so I had to skip it so it didn't overpower the flavors. This restaurant is the same owner as The Horny Ram down the road and The Flying Cock, but this looks like they just opened so all of furniture and floor look new. Love the theme here as they have a bunch of paintings with pigs. I ordered their WTF Waffle Sandwich ($21) which is a waffle made from mac & cheese with a fried chicken sandwiched in between with bacon drizzled with maple aioli. Comes with house-cut fries and a pickle. This is their signature dish and it's a pretty impressive creation, which does get messy with the syrup, but it's delicious. My gf got the Avocado Toast ($18) w House-Cured Salmon (+$4), the most basic thing someone could get (yes I just called her out on it). It tastes good for what it is and the smoked salmon is a nice addition. We also split an order of the Chicken Quesadilla, which is a pretty solid choice if you're feeling it. Just like the other two locations, they have the bottomless brunch where it's $28 per person for 90 minutes of unlimited mimosa, bloody mary's, or bellinis. It's a solid spot for brunch. read more

Came here for boozy brunch with a party of 10 and it did NOT disappoint. We made our same day resys for Sunday brunch and we were extremely fortunate to get in with a big group of friends. As soon as we read bottomless brunch unlimited drinks for $28, we were IN. We had the best waiter to take care of us, kept the drinks coming with a big smile, great music playing and delicious food. 90 minutes felt like it wasn't enough time and it definitely flew by but also went by pretty slow. Definitely start off with your drinks right away but be sure to order food to stay well balanced. The best part about the bottomless drinks is you can choose between mimosas, bellini and Bloody Mary. You can even switch around pick your favorite or stick to one. For our big group they did batch the mimosas but truthfully they were pretty light on the OJ which we loved. We ordered the fluffy and airy churro pancakes and a vegetarian version of the WTF waffle sandwich. Mac and cheese waffle? Sign me up! Again, they were so accommodating that they let me substitute the chicken and bacon for mushroom and avocado. Love when places let you accommodate. I will say the waffle was just a tad on the dryer side but still delicious as a sandwich, and those fries were spot on! Everything was delicious and we all loved what we got. Waiter was not around a lot until he needed to tell someone at my table they had 8 min left to their 90 min endless mimosa. Then the hostess comes to our table at 1:02 pm to tell us they have 1 pm reservations waiting, so can we get up. I have never been asked to leave a brunch table in my life. The food was where this place didn't impress us. I had the avocado toast and my bf had a burrito. I enjoyed my toast but it was a TINY portion that was not nearly worth the price. His burrito was a decent size but he didn't love the taste, though he really enjoyed the fries that came with it. Overall we had a good time and would consider coming back with a group of friends just for the ambiance. The Naked Pig is downstairs from my apartment, so I've given it a few tries, but I genuinely miss the Pig and Whistle that used to be here. I've been a handful of times, but twice my husband and I were completely ignored. Went the night before and had a few drinks the place was completely empty so we sat at the bar. Tonight the bar was full but there were a few high top tables available. We came in and sat down at the table in the center. We waited for some time and tried to make eye contact with the bar tender and the waitress. The waitress walked past us three times without even acknowledging us. We ended up leaving. Disappointing, especially for a neighborhood spot. Since there's no way to reply Hi Kenneth, thank you for your reply.
