This is a formal warning to anyone with food allergies: Avoid this location. My boyfriend went through the drive-thru today (01/23/2026) at 5:21 PM. He clearly stated I have a severe tomato allergy and requested NO KETCHUP (I was on the phone with him so I explicitly heard him say this). The staff acknowledged this, explicitly promising to change their gloves and put a "special request" flag on the order to ensure it was safe. They put the special request on my food and still, the burgers arrived covered in ketchup. The most alarming part? When I called to complain, the manager's immediate defense was that the employee claimed my boyfriend "only mentioned the allergy but didn't say no ketchup." This proves the staff discussed the allergy while preparing the food and still chose to put ketchup on it (instead of just asking). Any competent food service worker knows ketchup is made of tomatoes. They acknowledged a medical risk and then ignored it. To top off this dangerous experience, the manager told me he "didn't like my tone" when I called to tell them what happened and ask for a refund. I did not swear or scream; I was rightfully firm and upset about a mistake that could have sent me to the ER. To the Store Owner: 1.) Review your camera/audio footage from the drive-thru at 5:21 PM. You will hear the clear request for no ketchup. 2.) Review of the internal recordings of my phone call to the store at 5:51 PM. (I assume you have a recorded line). You will hear a manager more concerned with my "TONE" than the fact that his team served a known allergen to a customer. This wasn't just a "mistake", it was a total breakdown of safety protocols they claimed to be following. I expect a full refund and a response from the franchise owner AND I expect an investigation into this manager. read more

I went to this McDonalds on Tuesday 11/8 before voting approx 5:50pm. I went to the drive-thru, ordered and went to the first window. No one at at the window so I drove to the second one and realized I left my wallet at home but thankfully I have an emergency debit card in my car just for such an occasion and gave that to the employee. They had my card for a very long time, and being a banker I was getting worried. They finally came back gave my my order, then my card and I went on my way. Two days later I fine fraudulently charges on my account. As I said this was a card and account I never use so my McDonalds order and a gaming store charge were the only items posted more months. I am not a gamer!! As a banker I always tell my customers to never hand the card to anyone and the one time I do it I have fraud. Fast service at this location ... hot burger but the fries were quite cold, should've returned them but no time.

After seeing what poor ratings this McDonald's has I felt the restaurant and the staff on around the lunch hour deserved to be recognized. I stopped in to grab lunch while at work and my food was excellent, especially the fries. I find more and more McDonald's lacking in their fries lately which is sad because it's a signature item, but this location on Eddie Dowling did not disappoint. The staff was hustling to get orders out promptly at the busy lunch hour and took the time to ensure the right guests were getting the right orders. I also have to mention the respect I have for the gentleman who handed me my meal as I felt rude having to pick up a phone call while waiting, but he didn't bat an eye and quietly passed me my food and acknowledged my thanks to him. The restaurant was clean and a pleasure to be in. Hats off and thanks to the staff at the Eddie Dowling McDonald's for giving me such an enjoyable experience at what most people don't even give a second thought to- a fast food stop. This is the second time ordering from door Dash. Both times I did not get half of my order. I understand this is hard times and people are ordering out more than ever but not getting half of my order or not getting 3/4 of my order it's just ridiculous. I was currently in a long line for my mobile order . I ordered 2 meals that comes with fries which was just 2 Big mac meals nothing complicated. As I approached the window the guy handed me my food and drinks and I simply asked if everything was in the bag. He simply tells me "Yup should be" with an attitude . It would be GREAT if the posted hours on the door matched what the employees inside told me. My sons and I went in to the dining room around 905pm on 2/21 only to be told that the dining room was closed. Posted hours on the entrance door said 11pm Monday-Thursday. Really, every time I go there I end up with something missing and the last time I went my cheeseburger was terrible. The cheese was thrown across the meat or what ever that brown substance is and the entire burger was cold. If your going to serve people food no matter where you work at least put effort into to it and make it as if you were the one going to eat it. Well. It's a McDonalds. Convenient location, late hours and great service. While I don't really eat food from MickeyDee's, I do stop in often for their iced coffee. Surprisingly, this one makes a fabulous iced even with my bizarre specifications: black, one pump of sugar free vanilla and cream on the side. I spent pretty much the entire summer snagging coffee on the way to and from work, the beach, etc and never had a single one poorly made. ....and it's cheap. Way cheap. Like, under two bucks cheap. Honestly one of the worst experiences Iv ever had a simple McDonald's restaurant. Me and my friends were just waiting in line counting our money because we had ones and 5's and this horrible woman was demanding for us to respond, "HELLO HELLO HELLO!",I had already tried telling her we were just going to be a minutiae if the next customer would like to go before us but she was demanding to take our order. It just made set the mood for the whole day for us and when we went to order she acted fed up with everything we wanted to order and not even much. Two 20 piece nuggets sand a large fry and there was three of us and didn't even ask if any of us wanted a drink and just said "ok chip it!" And turns around only for me to over hear her mocking us for "having to ask a few times before you can get them to work" And the whole time she had the clean the coffee spilled floor she was throwing stuff around and then told us to leave because now the floor was wet.. even though we were sitting next to a coffee spilled floor the whole time. Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever received in my entire life. I'm a manager at a retail store. I left work to get me and my coworkers lunch. I got back to work and saw no fries in the bag. I had to punch out of work to come back for the fries so I asked the manager if she could refund my card for the fries. Afterwards, she wouldn't give me the fries and argued with me that it was one or the other. I told her it was their error the first time and I shouldn't have had to punch out of work to come back here a second time to get fries. Her employee started yelling at me, saying I shouldn't be getting the fries because I got the refund, that it wasn't their fault the fries weren't in the bag, etc and then told me TO GET OUT OF HER LINE. every time I go to this location they always screw up my order somehow! One of the times I went there, all I ordered was a Big Mac with no cheese (I don't like cheese and this is exactly how I order it at every other location and they seem to get it) and not only did my Big Mac come WITH cheese on it but it also came with KETCHUP!
