Decided to try breakfast here on friends recommendation. Wow am I glad we did. Got the Nutella French toast and oh my. Delicious. The service could not have been better and all meals were insanely delicious. Will definitely come back here

This is my receipt for two people for breakfast. The last time we were there and asked for hot sauce, there was a surcharge for it. Today, I paid close to $70 for two people to eat breakfast. I understand the economy is bad, and food prices are high. This is just a straight rip-off.

$12.99 for this measly sandwich. Over priced not enough food for the price. Never again.

$12.99 for this measly sandwich. Never again. Paid $42.31 for three sandwiches that were all bread. Can you spare the bacon and egg for $12.99. I ate nothing but bread.

Our go-to breakfast stop for the past 10 years has only gotten better! BP is a family owned business where the food is consistently good, prices are on par with most family restaurants, and the dining room is clean, well lit and comfortable. Service is fast and servers are always personable. Love when co-owner George is manning the grill! He has great energy and is fun to watch behind the line, rockin' the best hairstyle in the biz. Favorites on the breakfast menu are the Vegetable Omelette with tender crisp broccoli, spinach, tomato, onion, peppers & a ton of melty cheese and also The Bird's Nest, a unique combination of their grilled homemade bread, topped with hollandaise sauce, shredded grilled turkey, poached eggs, crisp bacon and green onions. I always request extra grilled onions on my home fries. For dinner I often get one of their gigantic entree salads. My pick is the Southwest Chick Salad with mixed greens, red onion, tomatoes, corn, carrots, shredded cheddar and tortilla chips tossed in ranch dressing and a big scoop of diced BBQ glazed chicken salad. I order my ranch dressing on the side as sometimes this salad is a little overdressed depending on who's cooking. I also dig the pasta dishes like the Chicken Parm and the Chicken Duet. My only small complaint, which has been mentioned numerous times in other reviews is that the $3.99 price of coffee, tea and soft drinks is a little higher than most restaurants. Not sure why. Even high end restaurants like Gracie's in Providence do not charge more than $3.50 for these items. Maybe it's to compensate for other food price increases which they have kept comparably low, even with the recent spike in eggs. Not a deal breaker with me, though. I'll never forget when they sold big containers of soup and chowder to-go during Covid lockdown. Great comfort food during a very dark and stressful time in the community. Cheers to the wonderful staff and many more years of success to Bellingham Palace and the Hatjopoulos family.

Food here was delicious and waitress was very friendly! I loved the pita bread and thought that the portion sizes for the meal and dessert were on point. Very relaxing atmosphere, would definitely come again.

I have been to the Bellingham Palace twice for breakfast and every time I'm not disappointed. The waitstaff is very friendly and it's well ventilated for Covid seating. There is also a small patio. The one thing I don't love is there home fries. They come out too soft, I like crispier fries.

    Cheese fries

I ordered a small steak and cheese sub, and a order of the loaded fries with the ranch on the side. The young women who answered for the pick up order didn't say "Bellingham place, or even a name of who I was speaking too (What if I called the wrong place?).She couldn't understand I was saying steak and cheese until I near spelled it out. She kept saying "bacon and cheese sub?" Finally she understood. Finally I get a price and time to pick it up. 27$ and change!! Almost called back to cancel upon hearing the outrageous cost for two items, but decided to carry through with it. I get there, get my order, and come home to ranch all over the fries, bacon In a container on the side, and extra ranch. Over all completely wrong, I'm writing this as I'm on hold trying to get a refund for my order.Originally I wanted it to just be fixed, but the manager so poorly handled the situation. Didn't apologize or even offer to fix and prepare a new order correctly. She blamed the kitchen, said so what do you want. Got frustrated and left me on hold for 16 minutes hoping I'd hang up as I did. It's too bad a good establishment hires careless sub par at best employees like the women that ran away, I mean "handled" this situation. In the trash my fries go just like my money to this place. Had to give it a star to post It's not about the food. Mistakes happen, just about the piss poor attitude from their manager on shift I assume?

Chicken and waffles, if you have to eat here against your will I'd go with these.

Should've listened to the 3 1/2 stars to this place. Food is rather overpriced for brunch. Service was okay, the lady was nice though. Let's just say the food literally has no flavor, even to the maple syrup. The food presentation looked good but when it came down to taste I could hardly taste anything and I'm not sick. I had to switch my pancake sandwich with my boyfriend just because of how much flavor my food lacked and I enjoyed the chicken and waffles he ordered just a bit. Also, after eating the food my throat swelled so something here isn't clean. I'm not allergic to any type of food. Regret trying this place but now you know, it's just meh. Oh and apparently there was a young waitress eyeing us the whole time, which was weird. I don't really like being stared at by a stranger when I eat my food. And she wasn't our waitress, an older lady was. Straight to the point: the food lacks flavor and it's overpriced for a brunch joint.

They also have other things like breakfast items, muffins and cookies. I don't think the ice cream was extremely top notch what, but it was decent. The cookie dough ice-cream could have had more cookie dough in it, but other than that, it tasted pretty good. Bright pops of color in between the TVs playing a variety of news and sports at the bar My friend and I were there for one thing: the 10" pub style pizza. I wasn't sure what style of pub/bar/tavern pie it would be but I was eager to find out. Our bartender was super friendly and quickly put in our order. We got two pizzas. One standard pepperoni and the other Chicken + Pickle. The pizzas came out ripping hot and smelling heavenly. The crust of these pies is more akin to a pan style pizza than what I would think of as a bar or tavern pie. It had that buttery crisp that reminds me of old school Pizza Hut (and I mean that complementary!). The sauce was a solid supporting character, the real star are the cheese and toppings here. It tastes and stretches like they use a blend of cheddar and mozzarella. The pepperoni was cooked to perfection. The cups pooling with oil and so crunchy. The chicken was quite tender and most on the other pizza, and the dill pickle taste was in full force, exactly as I was hoping! While I was hoping to find something like South Shore Bar Pie, what I did find was an awesome pub pan pizza in a spot that I've passed 100s of times. I'm glad I stopped in and I'll definitely be back. That pepperoni could not have been cooked any better

The rest of the table had a variety of breakfast and lunch options. Once ordered the food came out quickly. The tea is also bottomless! My omelet was good but a little dry. I wish that they had cooled down the onions a little more. The corned beef was excellent though. Toast could have been a little toastier. The homefries were seasoned well but a bit on the burnt side. I like my potatoes crispy like that so it didn't bother me, but my grandma would have sent them back. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food as well. A breakfast for 5 came out to be $100 before. Which I felt was reasonable but a little pricier compared to other breakfast locations. Would I come back? Sure! I would just want to try some other options as their menu was expansive.

While I did greatly appreciate that they use ceramic mugs instead of paper if you choose, I was disappointed in how it almost cost $10 for a nondairy latte. The second time I went I ordered a chai latte and found out they use the mix instead of making it from chai tea. Disappointing from a place that demands premium pricing. I ordered a chai tea instead and the water was so hot I had to order ice. I was with a little kid who also got a chai and disappointed they didn't offer that to him and instead gave me what I consider scalding hot water in a cup with a tea bag. Staff was friendly. I went to Unlikely Story in Plainville and got a chai latte made from real tea with almond milk under $6 last week. So again the prices at this Bakery are premium. I am willing to pay for premium if that is what I am getting and while the first time I got a latte it was tasty but I still am disappointed at the price point. The second time I went I sat at the bar in front of the espresso machine and was grossed out at how dusty the top of the machine is... because they have their to-stay mugs upside down on top of it. There was a layer of dust and there were dust bunnies hanging off it in my direction. There was a bit of dried splattered milk on it too. Basically, they need to clean that and it was not the type of dust that was just there for a week. Got a scone that I wasn't sure was either day old or overcooked either way I needed a sip of tea to get it down and I did not finish it because it just wasn't that great. Pretty sure the scone was over $5. While I want so badly to support a small business like theirs I don't think I will be back until I know they clean the machine more frequently.
