Terrible. I ordered a simple mcchicken and it took them TEN MINUTES to get a simple mcchicken off the heater. When the worker came to the window to give me my food, she looked annoyed, didn't even look at me and just threw my food at me. Completely disrespectful. Drive-thru service still seems overly slow and counter service is virtually non-existent here. If you do decide to go inside, use the ordering kiosk. I did recently after standing at the counter with no staff acknowledgement for a lengthy time. The kiosk experience worked fine. I feel like I ordered during the time I would have still been waiting. The only hiccup was my order required counter payment. When I received the order I had to inform the surprised staffer I still hadn't paid. I recommend using the app and ordering online ahead of time. Then, pull into a parking slot for curbside delivery. This works the fastest. read more

Where mobile orders and dine in orders go to die. The only way you will get any fast food at this McDonalds is standing in the drive through line. It wasn't till the drive through line die down did people inside and my mobile order was served. My app said 2-5 minutes for my order to be brought out. 20 minutes later I went inside and finally get my food. nothing better than sitting in the drive thru for over 4 mins waiting to be acknowledged, only to watch a car pull up in the next lane and have their order immediately taken. I sit and watch them drive forward then I'm asked what i want. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this location. It happens all the time. But, today was the first time I said no thank you and drove off. I've put up with the horrible service at this location for way too long, only because it is near my house. I cannot believe some of the crude things I heard today at this location. To start some young man was walking around ordering people to do things because "his daddy owns this place". This young man continued to make rude comments to his coworkers speaking in whatever Spanish he might know to his mostly hispanic coworkers. He was also making loud moaning and groaning noises through our entire meal. Then we got our food in a bag and drinks in a carrier even though we order dine in, the door to the lobby was only unlocked because some "important manger" was supposed to come by today. My daughter and I just walked out of this location. The woman at the only register open barely spoke English. It took ten minutes for one customer to be helped. 12 people were in line by the time we walked out with four other customers. She needed help with the second customer! 12 minutes in line and we moved up one spot! They didn't open a second register and lost customers. I have been to this McDonald's twice in the past week. Both times after 9 pm. I would be the only car in the drive through, the menu was lit up and there were cars in the parking lot. I would never get anyone over the intercom and I'd wait for several minutes. I understand that there's a shortage of workers, but if you won't take orders, then you shouldn't make it seem like the building is open. This McDonald's is a disgrace. I came through the drive through with a list of orders for my coworkers, all of which were wrong or MISSING altogether! I caught this at the window and went back through the line. The person working told me to pull forward and they would have it ready at the window. After waiting in line behind 2 other cars for about 15 minutes, I came to the window to show them what was wrong and tell them, and they just did not get it so, frustrated, I drove off.
