There's a police station right next to this McDonalds franchise, although there was no donut shoppe to be found...that was the only surprising part, ha ha only joking. To further perpetuate the joke, I told Chong I wondered how many officers begged to transfer to the station built right on Mickey Dee's parking lot. Little did I know Chong`s plan was to simply roll through the drive thru, light up and drive away so the cops would speculate and conclude we were from the E14 track and were just hungry. But that's the thing, why would I think we'd order after an entire taco bell banquet?! Under things that don't make sense, proceeding to order a [brand new, limited edition] Rolo McFlurry and a medium hot caramel latte quickly fell in that category. I don't know, I think Chong should have told me, or I think I should have listened to my body cues and just stayed quiet refusing to order. I ordered a hot latte and a Rolo Mcflurry, Instead I got an OREO mcflurry and an ice cold latte.I didn't complain about the Oreo Mcflurry because I happen to love them anyway but minus 1 star for getting a simple order wrong at such a quiet hour like 2 a.m. especially since I specified "hot" three times!!! ! He literally said "fuck this!", threw off his hat and ran out LMAO You know that empty and painful feeling in your stomach you get when you're hella hungry? As they were standing in line, a black couple were arguing about child support and the black girl took the McDonald's trays and threw them on the floor. People began to leave and my mom and aunt went to another McDonald's. Don't ever eat here. The few times I've eaten here, I see African American school kids and sometimes they talk loud. Seen a rat running around the back door of McDonald's while in the drive thru. Didn't think anything of it cs Oakland ratchet period. Being fat and hungry I still got my food AND ate it then threw it all up smh. The drive thru line approximately 25mins wait, once we got to the window to receive our food, we pulled the burgers to check that everything was correct, then pulled the fries out. I was in shock, the fries were cold, I politely told the lady our fries cold may we please have some hot fries, she took the fries back and I could see from my seat that all she did was go back to the fryer and acted like she gave me new fries, when she handed them back to me, with no bag, I told her Hey these are not fresh, she didn't argue, she took the back, I then called for the Manager and I explained about the fries, here response, Well I'm the only manager and I don't have time to dump the grease, I asked her so I'm just suppose to pay for nasty cold fries after waiting in line for 30 mins. She said well, let me see if the other fries will work, she came back with 3 fries on a napkin and said what about these, I took one and said Sure that's fine. I was so angry and annoyed that was the best response to give to someone that was the manager and this was the best customer service I good get. She is in charge! Not only was I greeted by a rat upon my arrival, I was treated with disrespect by an employee at this McDonald's (whom has purple hair and was wearing a 49ers sweater over her nametag.)
