Went here for a quick lunch before an appointment. It still has the green burrito signs so I ordered the 3 chicken taquitos. They didnt look like the picture at all. They were just the frozen ones you get at the grocery store on top of some lettuce and a little bit of toppings. For $8?! I had 2 and gave my daughter the 3rd one. It just tasted like crunchy tortilla chips.

Steak green burrito. It was excellent and big!

I've been coming to this Carl's Jr for a long long time. They always have excellent service and the lady that always seems to be working the drive when I come in a alway soooo friendly. She is such a ray of sunshine and the sweetest thing ever! I need to find out her name next time so she gets the props she deserves. I tried the green burrito stuff tonight for the first time. It was excellent! It put Taco Bell to shame! As with the rest of Carl's Jr the food is pricey for fast food, but it is quality! I got the steak green burrito and it was big! So needless to say I ordered way to much food. Also got a crunchy taco which was excellent. And the bean and cheese burrito which was really good and surprisingly big. I'll be getting the green burrito menu from now on (along with the other wonderful menu items). Parking is abundant and it is a very clean well kept restaurant. Wish more fast food joints would get it together like this place.

Okay, I know you're all gonna laugh and roll your eyes, but this is the best Carl's Jr. I've EVER EATEN AT!!! As a matter of fact, I think it's close to the best fast food restaurant on Planet Earth!!! The burgers are always prepared to perfection, as good as any "no name family burger joint." The variety of food, in a fast food restaurant, is mind-boggling. Six + different variety of 1/2 pound burgers, are you kidding me?!!!! The french fries, around 4-6 different varieties of potatoes prep? 4 different desserts? Milkshakes with whip cream and 4 different flavors. A full Mexican Food menu, with Taquitos, Burriots, Tacos..... A SALSA BAR, with consistently stocked condiments? Are you kidding me? Fresh Pico de Gallo? Hot and spicy pepers? Lemons? Are you kidding me? This is a fast food restaurant!!!! There may be around 12 different beverages at a self-serve fountain, fairly common in places like 7-11 and those types of shops. But in a fast food restaurant, normally about 6 - 8 soft drinks. I don't think I've ever seen this high quality of a Carl's Jr Restaurant, at any other location!!!! Trust me, I've tried. (the one in Newark/Fremont sucks by the way!!!) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! (I haven't even mentioned the breakfast menu!!!) The price is a bit high, but the result is very satisfactory!!!!

My breakfast at this local eatery was quite pleasant. My server brought my order out to me. There's only one fastfood place that has that service. She gave me a pleasant start to my morning. Food and coffee, just what I needed. It was a carb overload. Couldn't believe they made this a combo. However, it's Alameda and prices aren't cheap, even for fastfood.

i ordered the spicy chicken since i was craving some and in and out's line was so long (i dont wanna wait) so i went here and when i get home my bread was burnt the fact that i couldn't eat it because it's too hard for me to bite (because i have braces & it sucks) i hope the one in the kitchen doesn't do this all the time because i know all the people who's working and worked here especially elaine! I know she's hands-on and very nice (i used to work here)

This location was no exception but on one point. We ordered our fries with specific instructions (well) but got them twice under-cooked. One of our party went back to the counter to get a fresh order, and twice got under cooked fries. The manager was pulled over too and they looked pretty bewildered, so this seems to be a one-off experience. That being said, this location is massively impacted since the other Alameda location closed due to rampant crime. Parking is a bit rough as a result, but you can loop around and eventually a spot will open up.

As a parent, I never knew how much I would appreciate a drive-thru at spots like Walgreens, Starbucks, and now, an actual restaurant! It's the little things sometimes that really help to take the heavy lift off, while giving back the flexibility and energy to the driver :) While I can't speak for the interior of the restaurant, we did roll through the drive-thru to test it out over the weekend while exploring Alameda and all of its charm. On a Saturday evening it seemed like they were pretty swamped, and no one was responding at the drive-thru window so we figured maybe it was closed. We pulled up and my husband got out of the car to confirm before we pulled away with a worker inside the restaurant and they apologized. Almost immediately someone came to the window and gave us printed menus because we had already passed the digital menu part of the drive-thru. We ordered hush puppies, a fried shrimp po' boy sandwich, mac n' cheese, and bread pudding. Oh wee, we had a feast when we arrived home and reheated everything! I think they may still be working out some kinks, but I'm open to trying the drive-thru again next time we're in town post brewery fun. A drive-thru in the East Bay for Cajun bites? Very cool! I've explored their menu before and wow, that bread pudding! Special. Would go back for that alone to try it hot from the oven!

I ordered to-go blackened fish platter with red beans and rice, and a chicken sandwich with fries. It took 30 min for the food to come out and when I opened the fish, it wasn't even slightly warm (mmm, room temperature fish!). What's more disappointing is that everything was severely overcooked and dry and nothing tasted remotely Cajun or appetizing. This place isn't exactly cheap, either. And all I can say about the ambience is it's got a cafeteria vibe. Anyway, I gave it two stars because the front people are at least friendly, but I in no way, shape or form recommend this restaurant.

By the time the mystery burger bandit struck, the kitchen was already closing. I thought I was cooked. Instead, the staff came through and made me an order of Animal Fries since they couldn't make another burger. So technically In-N-Out forced a cheat day on me. Honestly... I needed it. Been eating too clean lately! Bonus points to the security guard who made me throw away my cigarette because they were closing and there were no "In-N-Outs" allowed. At first I was annoyed, then I realized he's probably helping me live longer. Respect. Great staff, great customer service, and somehow they turned a stolen-order disaster into a memorable late-night snack. Highly recommend with my utmost respectful regards.

So thinking, the workers must've been super busy and may have missed the details of what the usual burgers quality should be like. The register staff also seemed kind of uninterested, except for one young lady that was calling out the orders. She had enthusiasm. But when it came to my order, it was another shorter girl with glasses, and she had no smile and just didn't want to be there. So yeah, okay visit this time around. I ordered the sando and fries combo and enjoyed them at the picnic tables nearby. 5/5 Chicken sandwich I'm no fried chicken connoisseur, but I really enjoyed this sandwich. My mild fried chicken sandwich was crispy and savory with a hint of sweetness. The coleslaw was a creamy tangy addition that paired well with the sandwich. It's nice they offer various spicy levels; the mild is flavorful without burning off your taste buds. 4/5 Fries were nicely spiced with cajun-esque flavors. Not spicy at all. They included a mysterious (aioli?) sauce that went well with the fries. Fries were crispy though without the pillowy insides I crave. The portion was huge, quite shareable. I also tried a few bites of the thick gravy seafood etouffee. Other folks in my party were impressed with the flavor and generally liked it, but I didn't care too much for it. We ordered a chicken sando, the chicken and waffles, and a couple sides -- the greens and etouffee. The sandwich was the clear highlight: moist chicken thigh with a breaded crunch, covered by a thin layer of mayo coleslaw. The light, sweet crunch of the cabbage and carrots gave balance to the dark meat. The waffles were crispy but just soft enough you could wrap them around the chicken to make a sweet sandwich out of that dish too. The server was very friendly when we came. I expressed curiosity about the different heat levels, and he shared nuggets batter d in the medium and hot sauces. He shared our excitement at trying the hot stuff! For the record, the medium is hotter than your typical spicy chicken sandwich and probably a safe go-to. The hot level just cracks "painful" but not unmanageably so -- might be fun as a treat. TBH I was pleasantly surprised by how much flavor each sauce packed -- and how different they were. The medium is especially sweet. Go for the sando. Crank up the heat. It doesn't miss.
