So if i go to a McDonald's I go to this one because it is on my way to and from work. If I do go it is drive thru and during the week and have never had an issue. Food is always fresh, fast, and staff is very friendly. That's why I gave it 3 stars. Why I would give it 2: My recent experience on a Sunday going INTO the store was another story. Although this location is remodeled it was not well kept after. The drink, ketchup area was a mess. I'm talking sticky get your hands nasty ketchup packets, sweetened tea was empty, and spills on the counters. I know this happens during busy hour but you have to send someone out and tend to it. The person taking our order was confused which is okay but she called another girl off her break for help and they were bantering and it wasn't fun. They clearly didn't want to be working there that day. The food took wayyyy longer than expected but it was all hot and fresh so that's a plus. I will probably stick to drive thru when it comes to McDonald's just to be safe. read more

Slow service and bad employees. They were ridiculously slow for a McDonalds. People waited in line and left while in line because they were so slow. Furthermore, they forgot to give me my burger when the food was done. I drove back to pick it up. Wasted 30 minutes of my time and gas due to their awful service. This McDonald's is TERRIBLE!!!! I have never had a good experience here and I've given them several chances. I'm not the type of person to leave a bad review but in this case I just can't keep my thoughts to myself. They never have food ready. You are always instructed to pull forward and wait. They mess up the bills constantly and over charge for things by mistake. The staff is rude and disrespectful when you try to get mistakes corrected. Absolutely terrible! My husband and I we're waiting at the drive through menu waiting for an employee to great us so we could order our food. (Mind you there was NOBODY ahead of us and it was pouring down rain) we sat there waiting for 6 min. And nobody said a thing. Eventually my husband says "hello" and they just start laughing. After they stop laughing all she said was "hi". And started talking to each other. So we just left because obviously they don't want to do their jobs and slack off. I wish I could give a negative star. So I pull up at exactly noon.... two vehicles in front of me (not a problem). I order two items off the dollar menu thinking it has to be quicker.... two guys in front of me are long gone....and I get to the window and sit for a bit.... then I am asked to pull up and wait. I Asked how long, because I have to get back to work... one minute I'm told. Five minutes later and no sign of anyone coming out. (I waited three minutes at the window first ). So, does it take eight or more minutes to make a cheeseburger and McChicken? I don't think so (I know it doesn't, I worked at a McDonalds in high school). So I left. No food . No sign of anyone coming out... after five minutes no less. Best part they don't give you a receipt for cash! Not sure how corporate would feel about that. I gave this location one more chance because it was convenient but not if you have to wait over ten minutes for a bread and butter item. They should have had a couple of those in the holding bin since it was noon. And since when do you not give out receipts for cash. I remember when our owner sat across the street and timed the drive thru.... maybe this location could learn something. Merry Christmas... I wish I could give this McDonald's ZERO stars! Service is ALWAYS slow and to top it off I asked for "some ketchup packets" and the employee hands me ONE ketchup packet! ONE! I ordered TWO McPick Two fries and you give me ONE ketchup packet!?!?. Honestly, this McDonald's has been just a last minute stop mostly for coffee and whichever coupon I feel like using with their mobile app so I usually order something else BUT I HATE going to this McDonald's. WHY IS IT SO SLOW HERE?? I mean there were times I was with a friend and we ordered two coffees and two hash browns with a breakfast sandwich and it took almost ten minutes!! Not-so-fast food. My last visit though has me thinking I should avoid this place for awhile because I was with some friends and this was our order. The breakfast combo number 2 with a large coffee and 3 creams, 2 Big Macs and the McPick two consisting of two small fries. Well, all I can say is this order took over ten minutes (it wasn't fresh either) and they messed up the order. Before this though, I had asked for some ketchup packets and the girl literally hands me ONE ketchup packet! I have never known anyone to ever ask for just one ketchup packet for fries! So, we received our order and I asked again, "could I have some more ketchup" and she hands me three more and turns her back to me. Wow. I almost wish I had gone to Wendy's across the street. If that wasn't bad enough, the order was wrong for the breakfast sandwich. As far as I know it's a universal menu so the breakfast number 2 should be a sausage egg and cheese sandwich/McMuffin. Well, what my friend received was a sausage Mcmuffin with EXTRA cheese, top and bottom! No egg. Not what my friend ordered and she is lactose intolerant to make matters worse! So she can handle a little cheese but not that much so she scraped it off and gave it to us so we could dip our fries in it. If I wasn't driving I would have taken a photo of this 'cheese sandwich'. The Big Mac's were correct but they seriously shredded a whole head of iceberg lettuce between the two Big Mac's because I opened the boxes they came in and it poured out. Why? I don't understand why at all? Was this a joke or were they in such a rush (I waited closer to 15 minutes for everything so I don't know how much of a rush they were in) that the employees just threw handfuls of lettuce on each Big Mac. The coffee was good but it's hard to mess up coffee unless they leave it sitting there for over two hours. I can almost give this McDonald's two stars but the constant slow service with mistakes and just the overall lack of caring (honestly, who gives out ONE ketchup packet unless someone specifies, "I just want one ketchup packet"). My recommendation: CHECK YOUR FOOD after you order it. You probably waited over 5 minutes so make sure it was worth the "wait" for your food. Especially if you're in the drive thru. Pull over and look at your order just in case when visiting this McDonald's. I am going to do that as well from now on IF I end up at this McDonald's. read more

This McDonalds consistently lacks quality employees, therefore the experience is consistently low quality in terms of food, friendliness, and really any care at all. In the past month, how have I ordered a #9 (2 chesseburgers) and they are nearly bone dry with a speck of ketchup? How can people have that little care about quality or customer service? Drove away looked at the window an she was just a standing there with her headset on at the window.... earlier today I also went before this happened and they cut me off from ordering the rest of my order. This McDonalds is close to the house so I go maybe twice a month. I went there to order the fresh cooked burgers, no problem with service but the fresh cooked burger wasn't fresh. It was the same old burgers I always get. It wasn't even a 1/4 pounder either. The server even helped me order the correct one. I work nights and this location is convenient for me to drive through and get a coffee on my way to work, but I will NEVER go through the drive through again. They have had problems in the past understanding the difference between "hot" and "frappe" so I always emphasize what I want. This time once again, I asked for a "large mocha coffee hot", repeating myself 3 times and they made me a frappe.
