I figured I'd try it because of all the hype and the story I saw on TV about the founder. Interesting concept. they have people sitting on chairs at the drive-through windows taking your order. I'm not sure if their equipment was down or if this is standard. I asked if they had a four piece meal. It ended up being $10 59 for the meal with a drink. The chicken fingers are just chicken fingers. They were certainly hot and fresh but one of them was tiny, and there was quite a bit of grease in the container. The fries were OK. The cane sauce that comes with the chicken fingers is sort of like a pickle-ish remoulade. The tiny thing of coleslaw was sweet and standard. A lot of places are switching to paper or more sustainable packaging, but they are still using the Styrofoam that takes forever to disintegrate in a landfill. I love this canes. Their customer service is outstanding. I remember the one girl on the register who was so funny and nice. The inside is nicely decorated and lots of seating, tho if h jt fills up wuickly when busy. The food is often fresh and the cane's sauce never dissapoints. The lettuce that they put on the sandwich (and the sandwich itself) is bussin too its my favorite sandwich. read more

Nice people serving. Food was okay. Here is what is not okay: (1). All fountain drinks except lemonade were out. I learned this after purchasing. How can this happen firstly and how can the person serving not be aware and keep charging people? (2) Condiments except pepper were totally out. (3) Both garbage cans at the back were overflowing. I counted about 6 people on this shift but 2-3 working . Understand fast food but start with employee efficiency and work ethic. read more

LOVE Cane's!! The Macedonia location has great order accuracy and we continue to return for fresh, tasty chicken. The inside of the restaurant is similar to all Cane's establishments, but has local decorations and sports memorabilia. Their service is not the fastest, but they get your food done right and done well every time. read more

Worst experience at a Raising Canes ever. An employee told me she didn't wash her hands as she was exiting the bathroom when I asked her if there was any soap in that bathroom because the other 2 were out of soap and toilet paper. She went back in and showed me the empty soap refill bottle that was smashed on the counter and shrugged. Toilet paper was all over the floor and there were no paper towels. The other 2 bathrooms had no toilet paper (FOUR DISPENSERS WERE EMPTY) and there were feminine hygiene products on the floor and a baby bottle cap was on the counter. I informed a manager and asked for soap. Instead of getting soap for me he just asked another employee if he'd even checked the bathrooms. Meanwhile my order got cold as I waited and had to go scrape soap from the discarded bottle. Fries were cold and soggy, chicken was dry and soggy. All the booths were dirty, most of the tables were dirty too and chairs. The trash was overflowing inside the restaurant and there were only 2 other tables occupied. Wet wipes were laying on the table, but no one was cleaning any tables. There was noticeable trash on the parking lot too. This store really gives Cane's a bad representation. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

We visited for the first time today. There was a guy standing at the drive through order area and we weren't sure what to do. We told him it was our first time but he just stood silent and looked bored and frustrated. It was awkward trying to read the drive thru menu with a guy just sitting there staring at us. We asked if there was anything like a10-pack or maybe 12-pack and said it was just 3-packs or you could get a 25-pack. Otherwise you had to buy just multiple box/combos. So it didn't really fit what we were looking for - surprisingly. No one working outside ever smiled or seemed like they enjoyed any part of their job. We'll do some research online about how to go about things there and try again some other time. read more

The food was good and the correct temperature. Since the nearby Chic-fil-A is closed for remodeling, they are probably busier than they would have been. They are trying to run the drive-thru like Chic-fil-A, but they don't seem to have enough employees to do that. There was only one young man taking the orders to the cars, and he was so sweet but pretty frazzled. It took quite awhile to get through with probably 15-20 vehicles ahead of me. read more

This is a great location. Food is always fresh. Staff is always friendly. BUT there is a manager that works there that YELLS every order out, YELLS to the staff, YELLS the songs playing, YELLS hello when walking in. Very startling actually she's so loud. It's extremely unprofessional and extremely disruptive to the guests dining in. It's not something that's intentional I believe because she was quite friendly, BUT I do not think this is the type of establishment where "LINE COOK" yelling methods are appropriate. It became overwhelming to the point my family and I WANTED to leave. I could tell other customers dining in were quite agitated also. I will avoid dining inside here with my family simply because of the obnoxious behavior. I truly think she has great energy but for this type of fast food establishment I believe appropriate tone and management techniques should be retrained. read more

They have terrible customer service I gets up to the window to pay and the girl just walks off and was gone for about 5 minutes she never came so I goes up to the second window to pay and then the manager lies for the worker and says that we had to pay at the window where they normally just hand out the order and keep in mind I just watched the girl take someone else's form of payment at the first window and that same girl was at the front window standing and staring at me. Also doing all this playing around with lots of cars in line waiting is not okay. I've been to multiple way faster Caines this has to be the slowest production one I've been to! read more

The drive-thru situation is difficult to navigate, especially if you enter from 82 going Eastbound because of the way the turning lanes are positioned (in October 2021). We had cones blocking the entrance and traffic coming fast from all directions as well as a line of cars wrapped around the building. I ordered the sandwich combo and while the food was good, I wouldn't place the chicken on par with nearby restaurants like Chick-fil-A or even Wendy's. I'd recommend trying it, but the novelty should wear off once time passes. read more

Easily one of the best raising canes in Northern Ohio. This is not biased because I know one of the workers, but they always make sure the food is hot and ready to go. They are always hard-working; you barely see anyone sitting down unless it's their break time. Also, they are one of few restaurants open after 11 pm anymore. My only complaint is the prices went up but the portion size decreased. read more
