This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to by far. Really long drive through wait. Then when I got the meal the fries were cold and soggy. WOW, what a spectacularly bad McDonald's this one is!!! My son and I both ordered Big Mac meals to go and ended up taking our burgers back. As you can see below, mine had nearly nothing on it and it was missing the onions entirely! My son's on the other hand was nothing but lettuce with one pickle and again...no onions and barely any sauce. There was no manager on site to speak to and this was during what most places consider to be the dinner rush hour. The woman before us was very unhappy as well and a man who was there when we walked in had waited for more than 13 minutes for his order. This place wasn't busy either. Absolute worst McDonald's location I've ever been to. 14 minutes at the drive through for a large coffee and Egg McMuffin, which I received some type of egg and sausage sandwich instead. No one inside and they claimed to be "swamped". I usually stop here one weekend a month for the same thing around the same time and usually have to wait at least 10 minutes. Not anymore. Not worth it at all. Their average customer wait time shows 9+ minutes. read more

This McDonald's is the worst. Not only did they get my order wrong THREE times, the service is terrible. I stood at the counter waiting for the Manager/Shift Leader and two employees to hand me my frozen coke for over 5 minutes while they stood around and chatted. My fries where cold and hard, they put the mayo to the side of my chicken sandwich and the buns were so greasy the sandwiches were inedible. 0/10 would not recommend! EVER!! read more

I come here a lot. About half of the time I order a burger it comes with cheese on it when I ask them not to put cheese on it. Just about every time I get nuggets, they give me the wrong number (18 or 19 instead of 20). The fries are almost always right out of the fryer. The staff who works the window is always almost always awesome. read more

The Okmulgee McDonalds is the worst ever! Even when they make you pull to the side for one burger & one order of fries the food is not fresh and half the time they bring you wrong order. And I'm always very patient and very polite, but after this last time I will not be returning to this location. I ordered a 10 nugget meal and only received 9 nuggets. When I went up to the front to ask for the missing nugget, the staff sat there on their phones while I just stood there for over 5 minutes. Once they finally looked up and realized I existed, they seemed overly annoyed that I wanted help. When I asked for the nugget the girl took my nugget box and walked to the back and then returned the box to me. When I sat down and opened the box, the tenth nugget was sitting on the very top with a clear bite taken out of it. I've never been so pissed in my life. I should know better by now than to go back to this McDonalds, I had quit going to McDonalds in Okmulgee for a while because of the poor attitude of the drive thru staff (slightly better if you park and go inside and get your food to go). When the owners are there during the day everything is a little better but after they leave it is a marked difference in attitude and speed. The Drive thru staff take a long time to even take your order and then they have trouble when you get to the first window, stopping to take your money (instead of talking with their friends). They rarely (if ever) use the words thank you or come again. But once again today I thought I would try them for lunch. My order was supposed to be without cheese, but in a hurry and not wanting to hold up the long line behind me I failed to check (I've tried to simplify my orders to something that I thought would be easy to make correctly and not really order what I actually want anymore just something close enough that would be easy to make). Once I got back to my office I discovered that once again it was wrong. I called and tried to discuss the problem calmly with the first person who answered. They sounded very young and claimed to be the manager, said their name was Kendall. However after trying to explain my frustration he really acted like he didn't care. (No offer to replace or to correct the mistake). I asked if he could have the GM or owner call me and he said they would but I expect that wont happen (I asked if they needed my name and number he said they had my name and number). I hate being lied to on top of the lack of concern for the attitude, but unfortunately it seems to be pretty prevalent in the industry now and especially with this restaurant. In my opinion this might be the worst of all of the McDonalds. [ One other note, a few years ago, I had gone through the drive thru at this McDonalds and I had a Visa that I rarely used and had not used anywhere else in over a year, I was a little short on cash that day and so I gave the drive thru person my card, within two weeks I was contacted about possible fraud attempts on that card by my credit card company. Someone had copied the card and numbers and was trying to order things online with that info.
