I don't like giving 1 star reviews and I avoid the best I can to talk about a bad experience (big or small), but this place deserves NEGATIVE stars. If I could, I would give it -3 Stars. Also, I have given this Mc Donalds PLENTY of chances. Even after huge disappointments and fails, I kept ordering (around 10 times) in hopes that I would finally eat my meal in peace and give them the benefit of the doubt. But, nothing; Still failing in every way possible. Most of the times I ordered was because I wanted to enjoy a glorious cheat meal, craving or it was the only place open. So, Imagine looking forward to eat the thing you've craved all day or what you want your last meal of the day to be, only to find out that you didn't even get the main food you want, or the with the ingredient it originally comes with. I always ordered simple meals such as fries, oreo mcflurry with extra oreo, chocolate fudge sundae with extra fudge, general breakfast items, mc chicken, signature sandwiches,etc. For ONLY TWO PEOPLE. Nothing complicated. 98% of the orders we made were completely wrong or missing multiple items that were indeed listed in my receipt: Multiple times (around 3) when I ordered a chocolate fudge sundae, it came with chocolate syrup. Yes, its wasn't thick chocolate fudge how it should be. It was like the watered down syrup they pour on shakes, whipped cream or cappuccinos. The Oreo Mcflurry incident was twice, when I ordered and paid for extra Oreo but they never came with extra Oreo. They came with even less than the normal amount. The burgers and sandwiches were just too much of a mess to describe in detail; They either gave us what we didn't order, didn't add any sauce in signature items, or we were just missing more than one item in the bag. Another two occasions was when we ordered family meals. One of the times, we didn't receive any of the drinks at all. The second, we got different types of burgers than what we ordered. The last time I ordered, They forgot to put the LARGE fries that I terribly craved for in the bag and that's when I gave up with this place. Uber Eats didn't help much with compensating these either. Customer service is not even at mediocre/decent level. Don't even bother speaking with the Manager because they will be rude even when spoken to in a respectful, professional manner. They really need to get their stuff together and hopefully are aware of ALL the other bad reviews being written. I'm simply trying to help people avoid disappointments like this. Go to another McDonald's, even if its a little far. No free items or apology can erase the terrible experiences I had. Hope I helped Someone. read more

My family and I had breakfast here today. The employee who took our order was very courteous and helpful. We were very impressed with the integrity of this establishment. my wife left her purse in the morning and did not noticed until 10:30pm.. she called the establishment and to our surprise, they had picked up her purse and placed it in a safe. We were able to retriev it and it was intact. This says a lot about the people who work here. Thanks guys! read more

On a Sunday morning at 2:42am to be exact .. I just came to buy an ice cream, I had the late night craving and what better then McDonald's... right ? So here I go am driving up I ordered and the drove threw the first window and nobody was present. Then after waiting 4 mins I drove up to the next window and the girl was on her phone texting and didn't even greet me on this fine Sunday morning. she leaves and then some random guy came to the window charged me and the girl came back to the window to continue texting awkwardly and still hadn't acknowledged us, I noticed she was charging her phone. Then as I leave with my yummy ice cream I say " have a wonderful night thank you" and they both just looked and shut the window on me. Going into a McDonald's, you can expect good quality service. This McDonald's is like any other. The Drive-through is very efficient, considering two people can order at the same time. Having one window for payment and another for receiving your order also lessens the wait time. If you decide to go inside to eat, you will also have a good experience. The cashier was very quick with my order. They also kept a positive attitude. Thanking me when I was leaving also made them seem appreciative of my business and made me want to go there again to buy food. read more

I went into this McDonald's with my son and his two friends who ordered from the kiosk. We waited for approximately 20 minutes while several other people, including those that ordered after us and those in the drive thru, received theirs. When I asked the manager, Cedric, what was taking so long, he simply said, "I just got here 5 minutes ago." When we finally received the orders, I asked to speak to the manager again. I told him it took approximately 20 minutes to get our food and he repeated that he had just gotten there 5 minutes ago and did not know why. I asked why he did not find out what took so long and he shrugged and asked how would that address the situation. I asked him to address the situation as a manager and he said he was there to make sure his shift went smoothly. I was polite the entire time and simply wanted him as a manager to address the situation; however, his attitude of "not my problem" since it is not "my shift" made a frustrating situation more frustrating and showed a complete lack of not only managerial skills, but also care for the job. read more

I wish zero stars were an option. You will be waiting in line over an hour, you'll hear employees yelling at each other. No one will be there to take your money, you'll get to the window, and think you're finally getting your food only to realize it hasn't been made yet. Such a joke! read more

I wish I could give this place a negative 5 stars! I used the ordering Kiosk and had to hunt down a number placeholder. The order was placed for eat-in. I had to clean a table in order to sit at it, they were all filthy and littered with leftover bags, napkins and ketchup stains. Waited 15 minutes and then hear the number on my receipt being called from the counter. My order was in a bag to go. They weren't even using the table numbers, but left them out for everyone to pick up. The soda machine area was a complete disaster. I will never go back to this location. No management, no service and filthy!!! read more

I give this location zero stars. They have gone down hill. Very unclean people handling patrons food. Pick at their face and dig in their heads and then go to put burgers together. A couple were called out on this same issue when we had to GO INSIDE to get our food when they forgot about us. Literally been up to a number, to make their time seem as tho they are sp efficient and on point, only to be FORGOTTEN ABOUT. 3 times. This is the closest to our home and we hoped each time it would get better. Our most recent visit we went inside passing 5 (FIVE) cars that parked to wait on their food and a very confused employee trying to find the right car to deliver 1 (ONE) order in his hand. Visibly the drive thru guests were agitated and upset. While we stood in line, one DT guest came in on the phone upset she/he had been waiting 40 minutes! And wanted to make sure they got their food. Turns out. Theu forgot about her and cleared her order from the screen, just like they had done to us a few times before. Coming inside does nothing but unnerve you to see these young people joking and laughing behind the counter, making fun of the McDonalds guest. Getting upset when they are called out about their UNCLEAN HANDLING of food and unease that they may retaliate and tamper with our purchase. We are now going to.driver 3 additional miles, gas put of my tank to get BETTER CLEANER service than this open oozing sore, giving McDonalds a bad name and leaving a bad taste in guests mouths. Sun rail riders literally cross the street for Burger King and wawa to avoid this infection. Change needs to come to this location. You are only as good as your team AMD they are lacking. I apologize for the negativity, however, it's a major health concern and such a hassle to go inside to REMIND THEM you are waiting. read more

After several visits service and food remains consistently poor. Whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner the food is cold. Service is slow. I have found myself stuck in drive-thru lines more than 20 minutes. Inside workers chat, socialize with each other, drink beverages in the front, forget orders...it's amazing this location is frequented. I've written the owner at least twice. The lack of response indicates little interest in the improvement of the quality of service or food. If I have craving for anything McDonalds, I go out of my way to find a better location. read more
