We have met different drive thru ladies, and all of them one meaner than their other. The worst Pollo Tropical that I have EVER been to. Service is terrible, barely anyone can speak English which makes it difficult for non Spanish speakers to order. Food is always lacking (rice is hard, like it's been sitting for far too long or it came from the bottom of the pan, beans are always watered down - I always seem to get 1/4 of the container beans and the rest sauce, chicken is dried out, sauces run out) and forget it if you get any special - they hardly put any rice/beans and you get the smallest pieces of chicken. One day I waited 20 mins+ in line to find out that a person came from the drive thru line with his order and he was missing the chicken, an associate then said he had to wait 30 mins for the chicken which is absurd - I left and went to another location. They are always running out of chicken. For fast food service, I would not and highly recommend for you to not go to this location, you're better off at the Crosslands (Loop) location. read more

Ok. 2 minutes then the employee informs me that the deep fry oil was too dark, so it wasnt very good. so i got the steamed ones. flavorless. Fast food places need to replace deep fryer oil in between lunch and dinner to be prepared . its supposed to be a signature item for this chain right? In any case, we ate the food, and packed up the leftovers, but i wont be rushing back anytime soon.
