So I went into the store because my app wasn't working, I am a regular I go every morning for this coffee. So on sept 5 I went in and purchased a large coffee normally I check my coffee cup because they only fill to the inside line which makes no sense that you're shorting the customer their coffee but anyways yesterday I got my coffee went and set in my car in the parking lot at McDonald's trying to fix my McDonald's app. While sitting there I went to drink my coffee and it burst open on me wasting on my lap my hand and my leg!!! Yes it burnt the crap out of me ! To the point my skin was very red from the contact it didn't break or bubble my skin but I was burnt. I called McDonald's and reported what happened they said someone will call you as of yesterday I'm still waiting on the call from corporate if not anything for an apology or at least show that you care about your customers with at least a courtesy call!! 30 minutes to receive my order when ordered through app. Everyone here looks miserable due to their attitude, speed and customer service skills. Didn't have any napkins at 2pm in the day. We asked and they stated they ran out and it's the early afternoon. Staff is not attentive and will not acknowledge you when you go to the front of counter. We waited for an hour in the drive-thru, we would've gone inside but the doors were all locked despite the hours being open until 3 a.m. and it was the only thing around that was still open at 10 p.m. when we went. I normally dont take time to review fast food places unless they stand out and this one does. Based upon the service we received, management listened to the previous issues and took initiative. We were impressed by the "cafe" style decor including a quaint outside patio. We were personally greeted and assisted by "Carlos" who helped us at the kiosk. He had pride and ownership of his store and followed through from beginning to end to insure we were satisfied with our visit. Food was delivered to our table accurately and promptly. This is NOT the largest McDonald's as someone earlier mentioned - in fact, they don't even have a play area like that person mentioned. Any way, it is an up to date restaurant, but the day I visited (a Wednesday at 1PM), there seemed to be a McDonald's convention going on. There were several large table areas filled by McD employees wearing different colored team shirts. There were so many of them, that I had to eat outside in the central FLA humidity. On top of that, there was a group of them crowding around the drink/napkin/ketchup area. Then, two employees came out simultaneously to refill the tea machines - no "excuse me, pardon me, or screw you" was offered as they crowded me away from the condiment station. Honestly so impressed with this McDonalds that I came here two days in a row. They switched over to having the electronic kiosks where you order and pay your own food all in one place. It's incredibly convenient, but the only negative is that the order number that prints off on the receipt isn't the same as the table tent that you pick up. I understand that the servers need some way to know which tables to deliver food to, but there has to be a less confusing way. The food was good, but it looked as though a hurricane had struck the inside of the restaurant. I've been staying at the Red Roof Inn down the street and I didn't even know that this McDonald's was there, since I've been going out the opposite way. It's a bit small and very busy, but it looked a disaster with tables in need of service, and with a broom sitting around some tables, as though the person using it was swept away. It took a bit of time for the food to arrive, but with the drive-thru just packed, I can't imagine how they keep it going. The fries were great! This was probably the first time in 30 years that I'd had fries that weren't sitting over the fryer or that they'd not retrieved from the fryer on time. That said, beeep beeep beeeep! Someone needs to handle things more promptly. The Filet-o-Fish was fine, although a bit sloppy. Unfortunately, having said "for here" two times apparently didn't stick and I got my food in a bag instead of on a tray, and they were out of lids. It's a modern McDonald's. Go in at a peak time and order a typical menu item, and it appears just like that (like ordering a sausage mcmuffin during breakfast hours). Go in at an off time and order a grilled chicken item, and it takes a little time - because they are making it to order. Both of these speeds are good - fast breakfast when you just want to get in and get out, and a chicken sandwich made to order. It's been ages since I've eaten at McDonald's and their fries still taste the same. Wait. no.. these were saltier? maybe they've always been this salty. The only reason I came here is that there really are very little cheap dining options around the east end of the convention center, and this is the only fast food option. Otherwise you've got Denny's, IHOP, Red Lobster, and hotel restaurants ($$). Orlando, you could probably add another fast food/quick serve eatery in this area. Walked into this McD since I had a work event in the area and needed nourishment beforehand. Placed my order via their large screen, picked up a number for them to bring it to me and paid at the cashier, sitting down eagerly to get my breakfast. I ordered the 2 for $4 egg sandwiches: one on a egg muffin with sausage and cheese while the other was on a biscuit with egg and bacon. The drink was the $2 for a small iced caramel mocha coffee, tasty though quite a sugar rush too. The breakfast sandwiches were tasty and filling, you could savor the melted cheese and fluffy exteriors of them. I was filled up and able to not think about food for a few hours after enjoying them. This particular time I went, I cruised through the drive-thru and eyed a building exterior and seating area cleaner than most other fast food establishments. The person on the intercom didn't waste any time on frivolities such as greetings as she confidently marched right up to the great, big question of: "What do you want?" After sloppily scanning the menu like a public high school Scantron machine, I placed my order of a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Bagel meal with an Iced Coffee to drink. Both the lady who swiped my card and the lady who handed me my food were pleasant enough I suppose, but I can't really recall as I had one thing on my mind: Wolfing down the meager meal and getting on with my life already. I love McDonald's so much this McDonald's is particular because it's one of the biggest McDonald's in the world it is so much better than British McDonald's because they have a sundae and cake counter (which is my heaven), a pizza counter, a pasta counter and the regular counter. All of the staff are so friendly and caring it has toilets an atm at the side of the restrooms a fish tank and an elevator for people who need it. Going here can be a bit stressful because of how busy it is but if you stay calm it's so worth it. read more

This McDonald's is closest to my work so I started going for convenience but the 2nd time I went their inside self-order machines don't work with the app so you have to go up to the counter to order. I waited at the counter for 10 min and a line of 6-7 people formed, half to use the code on the App and then the other half to pay in cash for their self-service orders. The clerk shooed everyone with the app code aside and then only helped the people paying in cash. And instead of helping the people with app codes she went to back to work! Once my coupon expired (after 15min of waiting) I decided to give up and just go through the ZERO LINE drive through. So they CLEARLY weren't busy. The staff are rude, argumentative, and the quality of food is worse than every other McDonald's. Also, I'm fairly confident the chicken nuggets have freezer burn on them and the over cook them to hide it because I've only come 3 times and gotten chicken nuggets every time and they are always super dark and taste weird.
