Used the mobile order and drive through using $4.99 Deal - cheeseburger, 4 piece McNugget, small fries and small drink. It was interesting being greeted with "What can I get for you?" as opposed to "Welcome to McDonald's" to start the transaction. The service level keeps dropping at this location. Food is as expected.

Three kiosks are by the front door. We do NOT like them. We ordered from a friendly young woman who was at one of two cash registers. We got the drinks riight away. Two quarter pounders and large fries took longer. In fact, we got someone else's order first - Big Mac and Double Cheeseburger with special requests and two fries. Husband took it back, and a few minutes later we got our order. Fries were fresh! Hamburgers were lukewarm. The place was clean and reasonably quiet. Available inside were, chairs, comfortable booths, with light music playing, and 3 TVs muted. No play area. The bathrooms were well stocked and also clean. That's important on a road trip. We came over here for a Global Access interview, and that was only a mile away from this McD. Parking lot was large & clean. The drive-thru was much busier than inside.

    It's okay.

This guy kept touching the food with one glove and then grabbing the food, and picking up his phone and texting. Then he saw me pull out my phone just to give me this little number.

I cannot remember the last time that I set foot in a McDonald's. My wife, Kim D. was in need of a sausage biscuit. What's a grown man to do? We were on our way to The Titanic Experience, I know we're such tourists. So I pulled into the McDonald's near OIA. We just used the drive through this time. As always, my wife had a sausage biscuit. I had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I must say it was quite delicious. This service at the drive-through window was quick and efficient. We pulled over into a parking space to have our biscuits, and we were on our way. Everything was fine with our short visit.

Horrifying and raw wtf is this

This service is very terrible first this guy (skinny Hispanic with glasses) that gave me my food was on his phone eating and drinking while waiting for my food which I already had 10 minutes waiting for. Then he proceeds to give me back attitude when I asked for some ketchup packets. I asked for the manager but they didn't seem to care this place is mess compared to the last time I visited. And to make it worse once I get home my sandwich was a disaster looks prison food or a horror movie

This place has a Florida Keys theme and looks like a Tiki Hut mixed with a McDonalds.

Slowest McDonald's ever! I waited around 20 minutes for my food and there was nobody in the line. :/

This McDonalds is Key West themed! The interior is unlike any Mcdonalds I have ever seen :) Kudos!

I ordered a cappuccino, orange juice, and a bagel sandwich with egg, sausage, and Swiss cheese. Everything was excellent. The cappuccino was bold and flavorful -- it really woke me up. The bagel was soft and fresh, and the sandwich was warm, tasty, and satisfying. The OJ was a nice touch for extra energy. The owner, Jessica, is from Puerto Rico (Boricua like me!), which made the visit even more special. You order and pay at the counter, then enjoy the beautiful dining area. It's welcoming with comfortable seating and a sophisticated white-on-black décor featuring inspiring messages about life and God's providence. It's a lovely spot with great food and a warm atmosphere. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Orlando

The service was good; we were greeted immediately as we entered and everyone was so nice. We got the white chocolate strawberry and white chocolate lavender and white mocha latte. The white mocha did not have any coffee flavor and left a sugary aftertaste. The white chocolate strawberry had a light strawberry flavor which I appreciated but the coffee was very light and watered down. The only that was decent was the white chocolate lavender. Def recommend using a dark roast bean to enhance the coffee flavor Another downside is that despite the how large the place is, there is only 1 bathroom for men and women with 1 stall.

No--not until today!…read more When we came across this cute hidden gem called Beignets & Brew, we decided to stop in and give it a try. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles, and the cozy atmosphere immediately made us feel welcome. We ordered two kinds of smoothies along with their traditional beignets. The beignets were generously dusted with powdered sugar, and when I took my first bite, they were hot, fresh, and wonderfully chewy on the inside. I honestly don't think I've ever had freshly made beignets before, and they were absolutely delicious! We were both so excited to discover this place. They offer several different varieties of beignets, and we're already looking forward to trying more of them little by little on future visits. Today was my cheat day, and it was completely worth it for these amazing treats! The smoothies were also fantastic. They weren't overly sweet, and you could really taste the freshness of the fruit. I highly recommend Beignets & Brew to anyone who has never tried freshly made beignets--or to anyone who simply loves a delicious sweet treat. We will definitely be back!

They are definitely at their best when they're fresh and straight out of the fryer, warm, light, fluffy, and coated with just the right amount of sweetness. It's the kind of dessert that's hard to stop eating once you start. The café itself is small and has a cozy atmosphere, making it a nice spot to grab a quick treat or coffee. Just keep in mind that seating is limited, so it may not be the best place if you're looking to hang out for an extended period. The only area that could use some improvement is the customer service. The staff wasn't unfriendly, but they also weren't particularly warm or welcoming. A little more enthusiasm and friendliness would make the experience match how great the desserts are. Overall, the quality of the beignets easily earns this place five stars. I'll definitely be back, and my biggest recommendation is to enjoy them while they're fresh, they're absolutely worth it.
