The quality of their beans & all their drinks. You cannot go wrong with the Tiramisu cloud & viet coffee. Thankfully that one stays on the menu year round! A seasonal favorite I always look forward to is their black sesame cloud & viet coffee, as well as the affolatte. I've never had it anywhere else like the way they do it! I came here during their happy hour, 3:30-5pm, to try the mini cloud drinks. I tried the Madagascar vanilla cold + brown sugar Matcha adjusted to 50% sweetness. It was delicious! Good matcha flavor and the cloud was nice, creamy, but light. Although I adjusted it to 50% sweet, it was still sweeter than expected so I will adjust it to 25% sweet next time. The mini clouds are 12oz. Next time, I will ask for less ice (cup was still of ice) and get a larger drink. It was so good, I finished it in less than a minute. The associates were quick and helpful in explaining the items we had questions on. The cafe is cute and small, but would be a great opton if you wanted to stay and chat or even work or study for a bit. There are 2 couches, 1 high to, and 2-3 tables. It was a fluke that I found this place. Heading home from an appointment. Delicious coffee excellent service and great layout overall. All of the syrups were handmade lots of choices to pick from. OH SO YUMMY!!!! We tried the seasonal flavors of the pistachio cloud Viet Coffee and the mango sticky rice latte with coconut cream cloud. Both were amazing and perfectly blended. Too bad they are seasonal because that could be a standard order for me! However, the Tiramisu cloud and Viet coffee is a standard menu item and it was delicious. I also picked up a few to go packs of viet coffee that you can mix with any milk of your choice that are good for about a week. Perfect for a travel size or a straight up shot of coffee in your purse! Free wifi is available and there is plenty of seating inside the cafe. Such a great vibe of both living and just for show plants with friendly plush all over smiling at you. They also appear to have event nights that I will have to come back for. Discovery this place, check it out the Ube cloud is similar to Orbit Coffee in California. It's Vietnamese coffee it wasn't strong enough but it was good. I wish they had more pastry but the chocolate muffin was good. The lady warm it up and she was thinking ahead she gave me a fork in the bag! I like that!! The place is cute and small few tables. Use to be called kool bear refresher. The coffee was delicious, had the right about or sweet and coffee flavor. Almost identical to a cozy cloud offered by lineage. But here has way more flavors on the menu to try. From the outside you can't tell this place is small but definitely cozy and very inviting once you are inside. I wasn't the biggest fan of the cookie and croissant- but this isn't a bakery. So I suggest getting a coffee from here taking a few steps to Publix to get a bakery item from there though. Prices are the same as lineage but if you don't want to drive to a lineage this place is definitely better than a Starbucks ice coffee in the same plaza. And no shade on Starbucks because there's a time and place for them too. read more

We had a chance to stop by during a window as this was a little bit out of our way. It was worth it thought for the White Rabbit cold form special drink they were doing for lunar festival period. I felt that they really enjoyed sharing their passions about coffee and making a good drink. They were so kind about trying to see what the customer would be interested in. The drink itself wasn't the punchy bitter Vietnamese coffee but tasted a lot smooth but still strong af. I definitely got some heart palpitation going after an hour or so. It such a cute place but end of the plaza so kind of hard to spot. I did noticed it was a little more than usual price wise but they got overhead to pay for plus I didn't notice a explicit tip page so maybe thats reason..... of course please give extra at your discretion too! This place is FIRE! The staff is like family and they are so sweet! It's like a true local coffee shop where you get quality and true pure ingredients! This is the only place where I will get my Vietnamese coffee, and all of the clouds are chefs kiss! This place has gone through several owners since opening. Initially it was not worth returning. Last owner's tried hard by adding a snack menu along with their ice cream. The selection for ice cream is good and their concoctions were amazingly good. Now they are Good Roast at Kool Bear and have several Vietnamese coffee drinks.
