I give this particular location the highest mark I can, because not only was everything extremely fresh and VERY hot, they were incredibly fast. I have never seen that type of turnover. Spent a few hours here while waiting for my car as it was being worked on. Actual restaurant was clean and well kept, as well as the kid's area. The kid's play area though was mind-numbingly cold. I like happy people, but I'm not impressed when someone slaps the girl on the registers ass in front of me and then she's giggling too much to get my order right. Then it took three people to fix it. The girl that handed me my food just shook her head no over and over when I said it was wrong. Manager also told me I was wrong before fixing my order. This restaurant is so cold you'd be better off eating in your car. In addition, don't bother asking for anything special (such as "no onions") in the preparation of your burger; you won't get it. Even when you take the burger back because it wasn't done right, the replacement will be the same as the first. I was passing by here and decided to stop to get food for my Little ones and my 2 year old needed to use the bathroom and in there is 2 toilets there and I go In in the family one and the toilet had blood on it, which is disgusting and unpleasant and very disturbing and nasty, so i decided to go to the other which was "clean but had to put a bunch of paper on the seat for my daughter to sit on it. Horrible and very nasty and the worst part there was a blue bucket of dirty water with a nasty mop on it outside the bathroom. I went and told the manager very politely and she looked at me like she didn't care and before I finished speaking she turned around and went about back to do what she was doing. I could not get service at this airport McDonald's. It's 7 a.m., they are fully staffed, and no one would take my order. A manager came up to the register and did some button punches without even saying a word and walked away. She told a girl to take my order and the employee started arguing with her that it was not he station. read more

The staff has a habit of getting your order wrong so don't drive away without checking your order. They also very rarely use more than one register. The person who takes your order almost always is the one to fill that order. They do this for each customer instead of someone else completing your order. This is the main reason their service is slow. Another annoying thing is when there is no one at the counter to help you, very rarely do they make the gesture to acknowledge your presence. Most of the time you get ignored or occasionally someone will come from the back and say someone will be right with you. Can be cold inside at times so eat fast if you don't like cold food. read more
