First time at this location. Based on drive thru only. I was surprised to find out the ice cream machine was working . I got a m&m mcflurry. ( They use to have strawberry for sundaes I thought? Now only chocolate & Carmel to pick from when I pull it up on Google it says strawberry is back maybe certain locations because they didn't havê any) We wanted to try the new refreshers , one has a watermelon taste and the other with pineapple. I did one taste of both and no way could I drink them. They were so sweet and tart , I don't see where they would be a refreshing drink. It would have had me wanting water after how they were. To tell you the truth, this was a very amazing and shocking experience. Most reviews for McDonald's are negative for good reason. Bad service. Bad employees. Bad food. Not this McDonald's . NO!! This is a great fast food stop. Walked in, a manager was about to walk by, stopped, and took my order, she was genuinely friendly, took my order, even the special request sweetner for my iced coffee. Thank you. Atmosphere is wonderful. Clean floors, clean tables. No trash on floors. No bad smells. Drink station is clean and tidy. Soft music in the background, great sounds. Food was fast, hot, and as requested. This has been an unexpected wonderful trip to McDonald's. I will need to come back read more

Amazing how low McDonalds has gone! Stopped in last night for a Quarter Pounder and medium Diet Coke. After ordering in the drive through I was actually wondering "Why do they have to be so rude?" After handing them my card, they handed me a drink with no/zero/none ice. When I asked for ice they said they didn't have any. When I said then give me the money back on the room temperature drink, they didn't know what to do. Finally, after several minutes they handed me the card back. When I asked for a receipt - to see if they actually gave the money back-they told me their printer was out. How do you get ANY business that bad?? How did McDonalds fall THIS far??!?!? The worst McDonald's I've ever been too. It takes them 15 minutes to prepare an order of breakfast hotcakes with no other customers in line. The hotcakes looked like they microwaved them for 5 minutes and are completely inedible. Avoid this McDonald's at all cost. read more

Waited in line for 45 minutes and still hadn't ordered yet. Then followed the directions of their sign that said to go to the window to order if you have difficulty hearing, and when I got up there they said they couldn't take any orders at the window. So after waiting all that time, I just left. But when I could see in the window, there were very few employees and the ones that were there had no sense of urgency whatsoever. my autistic son and I came in for lunch, ordered via app and funds came out. We were refused service and insisted we were only allowed to puck up from drive through. Today I learned that not all McDonald's are in the same the McDonald's in Milton really is full of not very happy. Employees and the food is either cold or cooked incorrectly. This McDonald's located across the street from Walmart is amazing. The staff is always friendly. food is hot and if you go for a breakfast sandwich, the bacon is Crisp and doesn't pull out of your sandwich when you go to take a bite. You can definitely. tell that your food is fresh when ordered and haven't been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Might be worth the extra few minutes drive in order to get a tasty fresh meal. read more

I won't go back. The staff is always rude. Food is always cold. Went the other day to get two McFlurry's ($7), figured you can't mess up ice cream. The girl handed them to me in the small coffee frappe cups. They weren't even mixed. It was half as much ice cream as usual. It was the wrong lid so you couldn't even get the spoon out. They really need to work on teaching the teens that work their proper work ethic. I ordered on the mobile app, and after waiting 20 minutes at the curbside pick up, finally went in to find all the front workers sitting around on their phones. One of the girls sitting a foot away yelled at another worker to "come get this order", once I told him that I had a mobile order, he went and gave me my already made drink, and threw some fries in their container and in my bag, and handed it to me.
