Haven't been to a Zaxby's in a long time. Seen the wing special advertised on TV for the 10 for $10 and it looked good on TV had to try it again since it's been awhile. Have to say we were disappointed. The wings were suppose to be just a buffalo mild sauce. They had the sauce plus à seasoning on them that made them so very salty. I did tell one of the workers that they had sauce and must be one of their rubs on the wings. (They are not breaded wings either) She went to get me the right ones. They are definitely not big wings. The sauce was not buffalo sauce I've had before. They were still a little seasoned with a rub. The skins were not crispy, not done enough , way too soft. The food itself was amazing! However Alana D at the pace location, who took my order had an awful demeanor which made our experience and others around us disappointed. When we walked in there was another family in front of us ordering and once they were finished you could tell by their faces they were highly disappointed in how they were just treated.... Whenever it was my turn to order Alana seemed as if me ordering food was an issue and as if we were a bother. As we were eating Alana was cleaning up and accidentally dropped something and I kid you not I heard the words "oh my f*ckin god" come out of her mouth, the family next to us even heard it as their face was in disbelief... they had small kids and to hear someone say that in a restaurant as a worker is uncalled for! Ordered inline for pickup. Got 2 Asian chicken salads, 4 chicken fingers and a grilled cheese kids meal. When I walked in for pickup a little early it was already waiting on the pickup self. Everything was there and it was all fresh. The chicken and grilled cheese, along with the fries were hot and very good. The salads were good and the dressing was excellent. I used to be a big fan of Zaxby's. It was a staple for my family even back when we lived in GA but the issues that we have had here recently have been horrible. Every order has had something wrong or missing, the chicken is sometimes very dry and the fries seem like they are fried repeatedly. Not to mention the cutoff for ordering online/delivery and their closing time is way earlier than it used to be. This was our first experience at a Zaxby's. The interior was really, really nice. It was aesthetically pleasing & super clean. The service was really great as we were greeted as soon as we came in & the man at the register was super accommodating recommending a lot of items for us to try with it being our first time. The food was really good, especially the fried pickles and the boneless wings. The food was just a tad bit saltier than most fast food restaurants, but it was fast food nonetheless so it's to be expected! read more

I waited almost 40 mins to receive two ZaxSnax meals and a kids meal. When I finally did get my order it was cold. When I got home I came to relieve that there was no sauces in any of the meals. Nice facility... but.... the food was cold. Nothing my wife or I had was likely fried within the past hour (at best). My wings and fries were about room temperature. My wife's chicken club sandwich and onion rings were room temperature and looked as if the cheese slice was just pulled from the refrigerator. Our last time at the Pace restaurant. Next time, we'll drive to Buffalo Wild Wings in Pensacola. BWW at least is hot when served. read more

I am new to Zaxbys, so I don't have much to judge by, but this particular location is beautifully appointed, clean, and "modern rustic" all at the same time. However, it's still fast food. While the chicken was delicious, my overall impression was that it was quite salty and a little bit more greasy compared to competitors like Sonic or Raising Canes. We went for the first time in probably over a year. We asked for the club and got their new club sandwich. My husband went in to get them remade because it wasn't what we asked for. She told my husband they don't offer the Zaxby club anymore and did not offer to remake the food. I then went in to see why she couldn't remake them. I noticed their menu still had all the ingredients and asked her what the problem was. She was very short with me and rude. I explained we hadn't been there in a long time and didn't know they changed the menu. Maybe they should call their new club something else so people don't get all they way home and get disappointed when they realize the didn't get what they hoped for. I asked why it was a big deal to get them remade since she has all the ingredients to do it. She said that they will no longer be carrying lettuce and tomato. I was made to feel like I was asking for too much to get what we paid for and were expecting. She remade the sandwiches, stating that next time they won't make this for us. I let her know we won't be back. It's not that big of deal to lose items on the menu, but her attitude was unacceptable for someone in a management position. Someone should give her some training on costumer interaction and satisfaction... Also the fries tasted like they were old and had been over cooked or possibly cooked more than once.
