I so want to give this place a higher score but honestly it's the first Chick-fil-a that has been inconsistently with both my orders and the hospitality. I go here for the diet frozen lemonade and the salads which always taste delicious even when I have to go back in line or to the counter to get the missing items. I maybe get the typical "have a blessed day less than one out if three or four times and the younger staff seem just really tired. read more

Very nice staff and no complaints there but I think all those preemptive chicken slaughters because of the avian flu are driving chicken specials across the fast food universe. Yesterday I was bombarded with ads for Chic-fi-lay's new grilled chicken sandwich with the lime cilantro sauce, so as I was out and about yesterday I thought to stop in to the Pace, FL store. It's almost small enough to be a slider and I think the company knows it because they gave me a free brownie for ordering it... it's small, like Happy Meal small. I thought at first bite it was served cold but I hit warm by the second bite. It wasn't up to their usual quality... We went there a week or two ago, Sabrina, our waiter, was very nice, she is a very blessed woman. Our food was very well-cooked, when there wasn't enough room for our large group, she even offered to take some of the other chairs in the restaurant to our table. We loved our meal, the place has a very friendly staff. I would love to come back here. read more

I'm not someone who usually does reviews but the last 2 times I have come to this place they have been horrible not the food but the service . Last time it was something small today they humiliated me. I ordered something and they forgot it. I didn't even leave the store got right back in line and let them know the girl went around the counter and said the lady said they already gave it to me and I wasn't getting another one. I put the bag on the counter and told her she could check the bag It was a big deal at that point I just left the store without it because I was causing a bigger scene for a missing item . I've never had a complaint on chick-fil-a before today. I went to the drive thru in Pace, Fl and ordered three meals for three teenage girls who specifically requested extra sauce.. When I ordered I made it clear which sauces they wanted and four of them with each order. I told the girl taking my order that I would gladly pay for the extra sauces. Pulled around to the window and got my bag and was just about to pull off when I realized there were only a couple sauces in the bag. So I told the young man at the window that they forgot my sauces.. He said "Oh No Sir" they're in the bag.. so I look again and all I see is two sauces. I explained to him that I ordered four sauces for each order and he said that there is a sauce shortage and they're not allowed to give them out like that. I told him I paid for them and he said they are not set up to charge for sauces. I told him I'd have went on up the road to foosacklys if they would've told me that when I ordered. Not the end of the world but just aggravating to find out after I've placed and paid for my order. Those sauces are the bomb and I honestly wouldn't eat there if they didn't have them. read more

I ordered online and went in to get my order. It took over 5 minutes before I even got any recognition that I was standing there after giving one of the team members my name she said they were working on it and then nothing... I stood there for 30 minutes and never got my food and just left. I love Chick-fil-A and it pains me to write a bad review because I eat here quite frequently because my son is gluten free and likes the food options. It was very busy, but no one took the time to truly help me with my order. As a former Chick-Fil-A employee I know that is not how things are supposed to be handled. read more

Consistently forget to give customers what they ordered. I've had to go back twice now because the employees forgot something.

My family and I stopped for something quick to eat on the way to Orlando. The service was good and the employees repeated our order correctly twice (2 different people) got our order and on the way back on the road, we checked our bag and it wasn't what we had ordered. We had ordered 3 salads, 2 markets and 1 spicy market salad with Mac and cheese, spicy delux, and chicken nuggets. We got 3 different salads with NO dressing. NO Mac and cheese. And chicken nuggets with NO sauce??? Like I said the service was fine but after being on the road, coming from Texas 10+hr drive and finding out the food we were anticipating wasn't what we came out with. New renovations look sleek and the sliding door seems efficient. The service has been a little slow lately... but I can understand it takes some time to get things grooving with completely new technology and workspace. This location has to be the SLOWEST Chick-fil-A around. Employees looks sloppy with untucked shirts and no name tags. This location seems to never be prepared to lunch/dinner rush. I came in at 1pm and there's a huge line with one only person on front register. This places seriously needs to consider new management, and drive thru procedures. But like always the food is good, and the new renovations looks nice. But seriously get rid of horrible management and bring new ones in. read more

Hands down one of my favorite places to eat breakfast! Drive thru never takes longer than five minutes, employees are always so so friendly. I get the chicken minis that come with the little hash browns my husband gets the chicken biscuit and we both get sprite. Keep up the good work Chick-fil-A! read more

The service, like most Chick-Fil-A franchises is excellent. As a whole, I think the chain is over priced for the portion sizes - especially the nugget meal options. However, the restaurant is clean, the employees genuinely seem happy, the play area is great for my youngin', and the food is generally higher quality than typical fast food joints, so we keep coming back. read more

Professionalism of staff was horrific. While the employee was taking my order, he said I need to take this phone call. Other employee walked up and explained that was very rude, while she was also very rude. I'm a District Manager myself in a sales environment and I understand that we have at times cancerous employees that we need to get rid of. This was a lack of leadership and accountability.
