5699 Fox Creek road My son and I got food poisoning from our burgers today. Call to tell the manager about it and she stated it wasn't her problem and hung up on me. Then called a corporate number and the person on the line sounded like they were either sleeping or intoxicated and failed to respond after one sentence. I can't believe someone wouldn't want to hear exactly what was happening so that they could go check their food. Hoping we're not headed to the hospital. I am not a fan of McDonald's and I can assure you I will never eat there again. $23 on food is very expensive especially for me to end up on the toilet all day. Beware! read more

Cant give a zero. Still the WORST McDonald's anywhere. Ordered on app from parking lot. Of course found lobby to be closed as it usually is. Don't know spend capital on renovation and rarely open lobby? Had to go to drive thru where only one lane open. Why spend capital to have 2 lanes and keep one closed most all the time. Waited in the blessed drive thru more than 20 minutes only for them to not find my order and repeatedly asking me if I was at the right one even though I had already showed 3 valedictorians the order on my phone. Finally got order at the 3rd drive thru window which I guess is where they send the remedial customers. Finally got my order, naturally wasn't correct, but gave up at this point. No apologies, no offer of compensation, nothing. I have low expectations at fast food typically, but I can't lower the bar enough for this location to ever hit it. Guess I'll go back to driving further for something else. I'm done after yet another 35 minute fiasco. read more

On 05/06/2023 I had an issue with a mobile order. I called this location that afternoon and spoke with the manager Cherlynn ( I may not be spelling that correctly my sincere apologies) . She was very pleasant to deal with, had manors when speaking and great customer service skills! She told me she would refund me & I could come in the following day 05/07/2023 since I was already a town over. I wish I had the pleasure of dealing with miss Cherlynn when I came to get the refund on 05/07/2023, however that wasn't the case. When we arrived I placed an order thru the drive thru as that's the only available way to order actively. I handed Caiden, whom was very kind and very pleasant to deal with my payment and stated I would need to speak to the manager as I also needed to pick up a refund for a mobile order. I want to add Caidens name tag clearly states he's a minor, which is important later on. Caiden promptly got his Manager miss Sherri and return to the window with her. I will spare you the entire detail of my interaction with miss Sherri and just share the needed points. The way miss Sherri spoke to Caiden ( in person ) and miss Cherlynn ( via phone) was both degrading and demeaning. She spoke with a foul tone to both her coworkers showing no respect for them. Not only did she speak to her coworkers as so, but she spoke to me with such lack of manors and care it was disturbing. She made it very apparent to me the customer she thought very low of her coworkers skills and efficiency. She also made it very clear she didn't care that I had an issue with the way she was speaking to Caiden ( a minor), Cherilynn and I. I will be escalating this to corporate. read more

We came at 11:15. They are open until 12. We waited at the order box for 10 min. Nobody answered. We called the store and asked if their was anybody to take our order and they said... " there are three people here we are allowed to close early bitch goodbye." And hung up on us. There were 12+ people in line behind us. This is absolutely the best McDonald's in or around the St. Louis area. I will NOT eat at any other location but this one. The reason they only have 1.5 stars is probably because Six Flags Theme Park is right across the street from them and they get busy and people just complain. Pack a cooler with some sandwiches for your children and quit wirh the bad ratings. If there are 20 people in line and the parking lot is full you may be there a while. I went there yesterday and it was fresh, the employees weren't talking nonsense back and forth and looked coherent. Great job folks, I will see you the next time I'm out your way. The most filthy McDonald's I've ever been to in my life! Every trash can was full and overflowing, flies were everywhere, food and trash covered floors in need of a good scrubbing, and you could see dirty work stations in the kitchen. The bathroom floors were covered in dirty liquid. read more

This McDonalds is friendly, fast, and about 110% better than the McDonalds about 1 mile away. Close to Six Flags and can even get fuel for your car here. On a personal note this McDonalds fixed the mishap the other store wouldn't. AND they don't yell at their customers. A better choice if you're eating McDonalds in Eureka. read more

The drive-through on Saturday night was sloooooow. When they finally got around to taking our order we pulled up to the first window, paid and moved on to the second window where they informed us that they were out of chocolate shake mix (the only thing we ordered) and they acted as we were being difficult for not having a strawberry or vanilla shake instead of asking for a refund.
