The nightshift guys were soooo slow. There were only two of us cars in the drive though and it took 10 minutes to get my food because they were standing around talking about their coworkers. this place is really slow. We were waiting for 30 minutes to get to the window, when we got to the window they told us to wait at a reserved parking spot. We got a large fries , 2 hot and spicys 2 mc chickens a ten piece nugget and a four piece nugget a large refresher. we waited about 35 minutes to get our food, we had to go inside. Due to convenience and easy access, this fast food restaurant is a USA it self. However in Pahrump they cheated us time after time. We ask to get a freshly cooked French fries but failed. Last time the quantity of the large size fries were half full and wilted, not freshly cooked. This place can have the best food if the night shift can get their act together. I have been here twice at night and first time the service was poor took excessive long wait time at the curb. Then when I got home order was incorrect. Tonight we gave the night crew another chance and we preordered and we parked into curbside #1 and our order # was 1990 it took over a half hour to get our food. When asked how long it will take we were greeted by an elderly woman who yelled I am doing what I can. Surely she has no host or customer service skills. read more

I will never spend a red cent at this location ever again. I used the app tonight to order ahead and when I get to the drive through around 10:20 PM to pick up my food there was another car there ahead of me in the left drive through lane ordering. I pulled into the right drive through lane and there was nobody ahead of me so I was waiting at the speaker. The car in the left lane completed their order and pulled ahead to the window. I continued to sit and wait, nobody ever came over the speaker to assist me. Then as I was waiting, another car pulled up into the left drive through lane and instead of taking my order on the right speaker, they proceeded to ignore me and take the order of the car on the left that pulled in after me. I was there first! After I had to wait for the second car to order they finally came on the speaker. I told them that it was very rude that they took the order of the car that pulled up after me before me, and just left me sitting there, even though I was there first. When I said this the classless, rude African American woman who identified herself as the "manager" proceeded to start yelling at me over the speaker and telling me that I would have to come inside to order, that she didn't care, she was training someone." When I shouted at her back she said that if I came inside to get my food she would "beat my ass". Mind you, my child was in the car this whole time. I had ordered a Happy Meal for her and a Quarter pounder with cheese meal for myself via the app. So, basically, she was telling me that if I wanted my food that I had already paid for through the app I would have to come inside to get it and waste even more of my time, and be physically attacked in front of my child. I guess this is the thanks I get for spending my hard earned money at McDonald's. And for being a loyal customer who even uses their app! Not anymore! Never again! This location might as well not even exist as far as I am concerned, it is so poorly managed. The inside is like a dystopian hellhole. Setting foot in there feels like a punishment, like going to jail. Maybe that is why the employees act like inmates, or caged gorillas. There used to be one nice, older lady who worked there, at the drive through. She was always at the first window. She wore glasses and had grey hair. She was the only employ worth a spit in the whole place. IMO, she should run the place, fire everyone who currently works there & re-staff. She was always a pleasure to see there when I would come through the drive through with my daughter. I hope she doesn't have to work there anymore. The place should shut down it is so bad. You can't even order at a counter inside of the restaurant. You have to order on those touch screens. And woe be to you if your order is incorrect because the few times I have gone inside there are always frustrated people standing around because their order is incorrect, while being ignored at length by the staff. If the idiotic woman who shouted at me through the speaker is a manager this location is doomed. The fact that they have someone admitting to training a new employee incorrectly is an embarrassment. So the person who is in charge of training others at this location & claims to be a manager is not only incapable of training new hires correctly, and teaches them such poor customer service that they threaten to physically assault a customer in front of them! GHETTO! When I called afterwards and asked to speak to a manager it was a different woman on the phone who claimed to be the manager and all she would tell me is that I would be refunded within 3 days. What a crock. Don't waste your time or money on these ungrateful ingrates. They shouldn't even have a job. Visited this location today spoke with the manager Ashley, letting her know that the speaker was out in the drive-through line and she couldn't be bothered to even take the constructive observation. And the lady who took my order I asked Ashley what her name was, and she said she couldn't give that information out not sure why, and when I asked for what Coke products they offered the girl who took my order could all she could say is Coke products I really thought I was talking to an AI. The personality was less than personable and professional. I do not recommend this location and I do not recommend Ashley as their manager. It was not a good experience. If you go in the morning and afternoon the food is great, service is about as good as anywhere else in town. However, the night staff clearly isn't trained on how to do things properly, this is the 5th time I've eaten McDonald's after 10pm and woke up with my stomach hurting, people should lose their jobs. What kind of establishment runs well during the morning and afternoon but has lazy late night staff. It's ridiculous how this business operates and people should avoid it after 9pm. Not to mention the fact we went through the drive through and guess what, we were sitting there waiting for 15 minutes, the lady at the first window was nice even though the guy in my backseat was complaining, no angry voice no nothing from her but the Latina lady with the piercing on her cheek was moving slower than some freshmen I knew in high school, this establishment no sense of time management and they refuse to do any better than what they already do, I know most of them are high school kids and I try to give them the benefit of the doubt as I remember my first fast food job, but even at KFC there was a certain level of effort you had to put in, the only reason ANYONE should wait more then 10 minutes for their food is if you have to make it from scratch, which I know no one at McDonalds has to do, so get off your asses and do your jobs properly or kiss my business goodbye. read more

I came here at 2am Saturday night, i wasn't expecting much but even then with low expectations I was left disappointed. After placing my order at the drive through I was told that they they just threw my nuggets into the fryer and that it would just be a moment so please pull up to stall #4 and wait a minute and they'll bring my order out. while I was waiting half of the night crew go out the back door and smoke cigs and puff on their vapes, which is fine its their break time. but i had to sit at the parking stall for 20 mins before they brought my order out, and then they told me everything was hot and fresh.... my fries were cold. They must've put my fries in the bag while the nuggets were cooking and they just got cold in there. This McDonalds is severely understaffed. We went at around 11 pm and it was an absolute mess. There were only like 4 people working and a bunch of machines were going crazy beeping. We waited at least 20 in line to order even though there were only 2 people in front of us. Getting our order took another 20 minutes and only after prompting. At the drive thru line was even worse. Surprised they finally got the orders right and for so reason it taste like nostalgia

They really don't want you in the dining room. Most of seating closed for repair. No one is working. They absolutely don't want to wait on you at the counter. I tried to order at the kiosk but it was impossible. They have 50's music playing so loud I could not talk to my wife about her order. Finally a person helped us out only because another upset customer stopped them. Then to top it off they have the air-conditioning off and it's really hot. It's the way of the future. We ate in the kid's area. Every table was dirty and still had the numbers and food leftover from whoever ate there last. Floor was filthy. You can only order at the digital podiums now and they removed the soda dispensers from the lobby so you're dependent on the staff to get your drinks. Which was extra inconvenient when the lady working the counter told me she was grabbing 2 of our drinks, and then left us waiting for 10 minutes. McDonalds' decision to automate and obviously hire less people has truly hurt every aspect of the restaurant. read more

I don't know what's going on with this place...but the drive through today was a mess! I was there about 3:45 pm. I was told to look at the menu while the who ever was taking the orders figured out what they were doing. I was waiting and waiting and waiting. It was taking so long the person behind was honking at me and telling me to make my order. The person working told me it would be another minute. I told them people are honking at me because they didn't think I was ordering. The truck on the other side moved forward making me think I had also been skipped. I told the person working to never mind. With the person growing angry behind me and how extraordinarily long it was taking I felt like I was in a precarious situation and felt unsafe. I felt the safest option would be to just leave the line. It turns out the truck had abandon the line as well. They lost at least two customers in the span of a minute but had kept us both waiting for quite a while-so much so that one car in line at the pull up window was leaving. Not sure what the hold up was but that was worst experiences I've ever had in a drive thru anywhere. read more

I have to say since my last review this McDonald's has definitely gotten better. So I am raising my stars to 3! There must be a new manager or owner because the food seems so much better The one thing any McDonald's has is amazing coffee. It's really good and for the price you can not beat it. We are very happy that this McDonald's finally has some good management and better help and have stepped it up a lot compared to the way it was. For fast food and the only McDonald's in town if your craving it just make sure it's hot and fresh!! I actually go here for coffee more than the Starbucks in town. read more

Tonight was an "experience" at the local mc Donald's. First thing that should of told me that this was going to be terrible was that the drink was only filled 3/4 if that... I asked the woman at the window why it wasn't filled she explained that it was due to the ice not supplying enough in the cup. And said that's just how it is... secondly I was told to pull into parking spot #2 however the entire parking lot was filled with waiting customers and had to park else where. After waiting about 10 minutes an older cashier comes out and starts going to each car asking if this was their food. She progressively gets more irritated and eventually starts swearing to herself and customers. After 20 minutes she comes out with only half our order and told me that I was in the wrong parking spot which I told her it's still occupied with the pervious customer. My wife decided to walk inside to get the other half of the meal and still has to wait another 10 minutes. Terrible experience, whoever is the owner or manager of this particular mc Donald's needs to do better. read more
