Tonight was an "experience" at the local mc Donald's. First thing that should of told me that this was going to be terrible was that the drink was only filled 3/4 if that... I asked the woman at the window why it wasn't filled she explained that it was due to the ice not supplying enough in the cup. And said that's just how it is... secondly I was told to pull into parking spot #2 however the entire parking lot was filled with waiting customers and had to park else where. After waiting about 10 minutes an older cashier comes out and starts going to each car asking if this was their food. She progressively gets more irritated and eventually starts swearing to herself and customers. After 20 minutes she comes out with only half our order and told me that I was in the wrong parking spot which I told her it's still occupied with the pervious customer. My wife decided to walk inside to get the other half of the meal and still has to wait another 10 minutes. Terrible experience, whoever is the owner or manager of this particular mc Donald's needs to do better. read more

If you order sprite, or really any soda for that matter, taste it before you leave. They are notorious for not refilling the syrup in the soda machines. Also every time I DoorDash the food is cold and the burgers, whether it's a big Mac or just a normal cheeseburger, taste weird and you can tell it's been left out or just plain "cold". Recently I pulled up to the drive-through around 12 AM and they put cones in the drive-through indicating that it was "closed". Yet on the website it says it's open. Not to mention if you do get in the drive-through nine times out of 10 it's going to probably take about 30 minutes not even exaggerating to get through. Lastly to end on a positive note they do have a lovely cashier I usually go through and not to mention the fast food drive-through is also very kind on the late nights. read more

Ordered food via curbside and the female staff was more worried about her personal phone call than my parking location, we watched her walk around the curbside area and there's only 2 cars there! Once she finally saw us, she just gave the bag of food without even acknowledging us. And these people want a pay raise haha what a joke! read more

I'm giving them a three because the manager today cared about my complaint and replaced my meal because we had waited so long for a shake. I've had many terrible experiences with the temperature of the food and they didn't care. The manager today cared about what I thought and was very quick to resolve the issue and added two apple pies for my inconvenience. Thank you for going the extra mile today. This McDonalds is ridiculous. We have visited at many different times of the night because we work at night and there is no consistency to their system shut down. Tonight they were shut down at 1a.m.. Other nights it had been at 3a.m., 4a.m., even 5:30,a.m.. Then most of the time like a few days ago when you can get food is cooked very poor. The French fries I got were so undercooked that they were almost raw and grease soaked. Also noticed that sometimes they are only taking cash late at night and never see them write orders on anything. I'm not sure if this is a poor management issue or just a poorly run business but they are hurting themselves all the time. I was very hungry so I went over to jack in the box. 11 cars in line ordering so I'm not thinking 1am is a good time to do your system shutdown. read more

This is a McDonald's at which I've stopped several times usually on the way to/from Death Valley. It's a good pit stop and I pick up a large iced tea for the journey back home. The only problem with this is when you're heading north. You have to turn left on Crawford Road, Route 372, and enter from side street. Because 160 is divided, to go back you have to retrace your route back to the light to continue north. I know it's a safety factor but it's a bit of a pain at times. By far the dirtiest McD's I've ever been to. Stopped by on Wednesday August 19th 2020 at about 7:00 pm. Order/counter area and waiting area was infested with flies as was the women's bathroom. There was a filthy, scrunched up dry rag on one counter ( how long do you think it was sitting there to get dried out?) On the positive side, the fries were fresh & delicious. The iced tea was fresh, too bad it was warm and melted all the ice cubes but still it was nice that it was fresh. Big Mac was not up to McDonald's usual standards, but edible. Bottom line is I couldn't get past how dirty the workstations and customer areas were including a filthy floor. I don't think I'll be going back... Good thing there's a Hardee's across the street. read more

After spending time in Death Valley National Park, then driving miles in triple digit temperatures, the Pahrump McDonald's was my oasis. The Frape Caramel cured my thirst attack. On both visits at this very McDonald's the dining area was immaculately clean and the employees were friendly. A word to people who are travelling from outside Pahrump: this is currently the only McDonald's in the region. Walmart which often has a McDonald's, has a Subway in this town. BTW, I couldn't help but notice that there is an awesome indoor playground. This is a great McDonald's for children. When I visit Pahrump in the future, I could see myself returning to the Pahrump McDonald's again. read more

Maybe they are having problems getting back to business with the Covid-19 shutdown. But I went in yesterday and ordered 3 iced teas and 3 hamburgers. There was only one other inside order ahead of me. It took 12 minutes for them to get our order out. It looked like they were focused on the drive through, and just worked us in around the drive through orders. We took our order and left. When we ate 5 minutes later, the tea was good, but the burgers... ugh. The onions for all three burgers were on top of the bun and my burger was folded in half. The burgers were really dried out, so they must have been in the storage bin for a while. read more

Ordered a cheeseburger, medium fry and a coke. They took 45 minutes They actually started skipping my order to make orders for their friends, which is the only reason why I took the time to write this bad review. I asked them for my order and the woman looked upset. They hadn't even made my cheeseburger. I get it, it's McDonald's, their service is never great but all the employees besides the drive thru worker weren't doing anything but chit chatting around. What's worse is that they get attitude and then complain because they get paid so little. My order should of been easy to fill and they failed. Their customer service is non existent. Ordered a tomato mozzarella chicken sandwich, which cost $6.34 with tax. Received the sandwich. It had no tomato on it. Per the signage and website, it's supposed to come with tomato (hence the name). I asked and was only then told that they were out of tomatoes and wouldn't have any until tomorrow. It sure would have been nice to know this before I paid. My husband tried to get napkins, but couldn't find any. That's because there is literally no napkin dispenser. He then tried to get ketchup. He wasn't successful at that either, because even though there was a dispenser, it was empty. On the one positive note, they have a decent Play Place area that includes both slides for older kids and play equipment for toddlers. It was hard for me to choose between giving 3 or 4 Stars. I walked in around 9 Pm on a Saturday...the floor was quite dirty, it looked like someone with muddy Shoes or Boots had done the Michael Jackson Moonwalk Shuffle all over, but an employee had started mopping so that's good. A young man who l'm guessing was in charge, looked tired and had his shirt untucked giving a somewhat disheveled appearance, but he was still polite and efficient taking my order. My order came fairly quickly in five to ten minutes, they were out of just (Tea) and so I filled my cup with their (Sweet Tea) and lots of Ice to try to dilute it. I drove home and everything I ordered was there and more! (Very Happy Camper) First, the French Fries were warm and tasty. Second, the Triple Cheeseburger was also warm and delicious. (Recommended) Third, the 20 pieces of Chicken Mc Nuggets were acceptably still warm and also tasted fine. I had ordered and paid for only the 10 piece Meal. (Party Bonus)! this has to be one of the worst McDonald's out there. a small group of us gathered up enough $ for breakfast and I used the app to order. When I got to the McDonald's I gave my code to the lady and pulled forward. I'm told they canceled my order becaause they " Just ran out of breakfast."" No they did not LOL I'm sick of companies coming up with liters like this. What they did was not make the order when it was placed and then jumped the gun for lunch menu. Then I'm told they will reverse the funds and it will be available in several days. So now I have a group of upset hungery folks with no food and out their breakfast $$, Normally they just forget they have me waiting in the parking lot fort my order and I eventually have to go inside to ask about it. then the order is either cold from laying around or wrong....or both once. Visited this McDonald's on multiple days recently. First two days were great. Did mobile orders. The breakfast sandwiches were good. Eggs weren't too overcooked. They provided water when requested (as there is no longer a soda fountain or water dispenser at this location) The last day we visited we ordered six breakfast sandwiches. When I asked for water, we were straight up refused. The employee, a Latin fellow, (I didn't see a name badge) told us they "...[don't] provide water..." (which contradicts the previous visits). He claimed they stopped giving water "...last week..." which was also inconsistent as we were just there the day before. In either case, if we wanted water, he told us it would cost us "...$1.39 each..." which is the soda fountain drink price. I mean... it's silly. The profit margin at McDonald's is quite high in 2023, 46% according to YCharts.com. We bought six sandwiches and you don't even have the courtesy to give us a plastic cup of filtered tap water that likely costs the Franchise no more than 5 cents? In Golden State Foods massive volume, probably even less than 5 cents. That's pretty sick. I could understand if we didn't buy anything and asked for water... different story. Perhaps it's a Nevada thing? Perhaps it's a McDonald's employee who just doesn't like Asian-looking customers? Not quite sure. In either case, since this falls under the "Cost of Doing Business" I had to mark down the "Service" category on stars. Clearly, McDonald's should have their employees watch the Bob Farrell customer service video "Give 'em the Pickle!" Why? Because this type of customer service, correction -- dis-service -- is what kills businesses in the Long Term. Just go back in time to the early 2000's, and you'll remember McDonald's serving you cold food not made to order. Perhaps some businesses don't learn from History. This fast food establishment is just disgusting. I don't understand how management or the owner could allow this store to operate in poor conditions. You have flies all over the place especially near food. Rest rooms are never kept up. I even waited almost 20 minutes for a basic 2 cheeseburger combo. ‍ There is a male manager there who is in his 40-50's who acts like he don't want to work there when talking to customers. Floors aren't clean on a regular basis and since we are so worried about who wears a mask because of Covid, let's tackle on the fact that these people touch everything and don't even wash their hands. One of the better McDonald's locations. They were working on the second drive thru at the time I stopped, but the line still went pretty quickly. The staff was friendly and they got my order right the first time. The fries were great and cooked to perfection. However, they forgot to give me BBQ sauce for the McNuggets. Overall, they gave me a good experience and I will return in the future. read more
