I placed an order through the McDonald's app and accidentally selected pickup instead of drive-thru. When I arrived, I realized I couldn't exit the drive-thru line due to how it's set up, so I explained the situation at the window. My order had already been prepared, but the staff refused to hand it to me simply because it was marked as pickup. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I had already paid and was physically at the location with no way to go inside at that moment. I understand policies are in place, but there should be some level of flexibility in situations like this especially when it creates an inconvenience for the customer. McD's wow - a lot of hatred going on here at this tiny McBranch of the fast food giant. To be fair, I have never entered the place, I only use the drive-thru (yes, I am a contributing factor to the ongoing weight problem in this country) but I have always had no issues with getting the order taken, and made properly. They, like a lot of McDonald's recently, seem to be in love with the double drive-through order thing - where there is clearly room enough for only one... not sure what marketing weenie thought it up, but it is just too tight for large vehicles in there... Anyway, I get my goodies and get gone in relatively short order - so you have to give them that. Your experience may vary. read more

The Crispy Chicken Sandwich was partially cooked and chewy. The bun was soggy and wet. It was liked they microwaved a sandwich that had been sitting for hours. The fries were cold and tasteless. The service was okay. Ambiance - none I do not recommend this McDonald's read more

Haven't been to this location in months. Stop by the other day on my way home sick from work. Grabbed a double cheeseburger, two large fries and a large Coke in the drive-thru. Food was awful. Fries were cold, got a Diet Coke instead of a regular Coke and I didn't even get the correct sandwich. It wasn't even a cheeseburger. So I tried to call several times and of course, no answer. Tried to call several times the next day. No answer. Had to get in my car, sick as a dog and drive to this location. Went through the drive-thru, reordered my order and when I got to the pay window, explain to the gentleman that no one would answer the phone so I could speak to the manager so he got the manager and the manager gave me a little bit of a hard time, I handed him my receipt and he reluctantly replaced my order. However, gave me a hard time about replacing my soda which he insisted I was not charged for. Whatever. No apology for screwing up my order, not answering the phone and making me leave my house sick as a dog to get this taken care of. No apologies whatsoever. Just asked me if I wanted to pay for the soda I said sure whatever. So then he you mentioned something about me saying that the girl that works there didn't speak english. I had no idea what he was talking about. So he handed me my food, fries were not full. He reluctantly filled the French fry containers and handed them to me . At this point, he muttered something under his breath and I couldn't hear him so I told him that I don't pay $4 for a large french fries so that they're half full and cold. He rolled his eyes, turned around and said " EVERY EFFING DAY!" And kept walking. I pulled off and was pretty angry. As I said, I had not been there in months because of the poor service. This particular manager was maybe in his 30s, darker skin, curly black hair. I hadn't been to this location in months for a reason. They treat their customers like garbage. Managers and employees alike. So you wonder why the employees are allowed to treat the customers like garbage in the managers don't do anything about it. And then you see how the managers treat the customers. It makes you wonder what the owners are like. It's ridiculous. If you don't want people to complain about the food, make it properly. I once had employee tell me that if I want my fries hot, I have to tell them that I want them hot. Are you kidding me? So serving subpar food is okay apparently. And they probably wonder why I go back there. Well like I said I hadn't been there in months. It's quite honestly, a matter of convenience. It doesn't matter whether I like the food or not, it's a matter of making it correctly. How do you serve someone french fries and only fill them halfway? How do you give someone the wrong sandwich? Ok stopped in last night to get a couple of Southwestern salads. Since no one can speak English (like being in a foreign country) I finally went to the self order big screen and was able to find what I wanted and the order came out correctly. To make it worse the salads never scrolled up on the menu board so I couldn't just point to it. No one was speaking English, guessing it was Creole. Not sure I'll go back after this experience. I'm ok as everyone needs a job but you are not going to learn our language if you keep speaking the language from your country and don't try to use English as much as possible. English is a tough language. The young lady who tried to wait on me couldn't understand what I wanted and in the end I was happy to find one of the self order screens on and working as the others were off for some reason. read more

I've been to this McDonald's a handful of time over the past couple of months and it's just been consistently good. The fries are always fresh and hot, my order has never been wrong, and the people working the drive-thru are the nicest people ever. I came in for two mcchickens and some cookies an hour before close and not only did they tell me they didn't have the mcchickens when I ordered nuggets instead they also said they didn't have them either. They basically offered me whatever was easy to make. Cannot follow simple instructions and you have to tell them your order 10 times and then they have to get the manager and you have to tell the manager 10 times, and then it still comes out wrong. Always good and fresh. Workers are very nice. Good management. Even during the pandemic they stayed good. It's my go to McDonald's.

Anyone who gives this location less than 4 stars either had a bad experience here on an off day or isn't taking into consideration how bad McDonald's usually is. This is the best McDonald's location I've been to in a long time. I ate dinner here 4 times this week because I'm staying at a friend's house very close by. The burger is actually juicy, nothing to write home about, but it's not the ACTUAL hockey puck I usually receive from almost every other McDonald's I go to. The foods always hot, the staff seems pretty friendly, again when compared to the other locations where they always seem to hate you, and most importantly, the fries are always crispy. But not too crispy. I've been to one McDonald's that was better, but I can't give this place 4.5 stars so I'm rounding up :) read more

One of the worst McDonald's I've been to. Ordered an iced caramel mocha was handed an iced coffee with chocolate syrup. When I asked them to fix it I got looked at like I had 3 heads. I explained that what I was given was not an iced caramel mocha. So the worker takes it goes in the back and comes back 2 seconds later with the same coffee but with it overflowing whipped cream with chocolate syrup dripping. Manager came over and asked for them to remake it the correct way. And he really asked what was wrong with it. I find it hard to believe they have never made or seen an iced caramel mocha before but that's how they acted. The manager goes in the back for a couple min and comes back out with a new one that had so much chocolate in it it looked like it was black coffee with a drop of cream. When I tasted it, it was one of the worst things I've tasted. At this point I give up and ask for a cup to get a soda because obviously if I ask another question or try to have it made properly their heads might explode from thinking to hard. Not one apology for the inconvenience. I'll be avoiding this McDonald's for the foreseeable future. read more

This use to be a clean McDonald's. The toilets were clogged in both bathrooms. The water in sinks were not running in either Bathroom. I Witnessed an employee walk out of stall without washing hands and directly back to the food area in the kitchen I think she was a manager. When I confronted her! She could not speak, either because she was to high or could not speak English. I think it was the 1st. A true health risk. Hopefully the board of health catches these people. The quality of everything including the food has steadily dropped in the last year at this location. read more

I know that this is probably pointless for me to even leave a review on a place like McDonald's that so corporate that they don't even care that they just tried to charge me $5.12 for a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit All because the cashier didn't comprehend that a bacon egg and cheese biscuit can be subbed for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit for the same price of 359 so when I asked them about it they told me that they subbed the bacon for sausage and I said I understand that but I didn't realize that you were going to charge me $1.19 test substitute sausage for bacon and they said oh well he wasn't supposed to do that but instead of apologizing and correcting it they just gave me a refund it didn't give me a new sandwich didn't apologize didn't even give a crap that they just try to charge me seven dollars for a Coke and a breakfast sandwich. The only reason I stopped here was because I was in a hurry and I needed a snack but now I have no snack and left a very unsatisfied customer needless to say I will never frequent this McDonald's again but like I said this is probably pointless and a waste of time because you are so corporate that you can't even train your employees on how to ring in a simple breakfast sandwich. These employees don't even deserve minimum-wage since they don't even bother to have the common courtesy to even tell you that they're going to up charge you if you make some kind of substitution that would've been common courtesy clearly too hard for these clearly completely incompetent jokers. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to! Honestly it is the slowest service and about 80% of the time they mess up my order, my husband will literally drive an extra 10 minutes to go to the next closest McDonald's just to avoid this one. Sorry but absolutely unhappy with this fast food restaurant and feel they need to do some more training for they're employees. Or something needs to change! read more
