I enjoyed a slice of quiche that was not that flavorful, but it was fresh. The customer service was excellent; the staff was friendly and made recommendations. The vanilla latte was on point. I ended up talking to someone and staying for an hour. This is a very happening place for social, business, and locals. We were visiting the area from out of town and saw Subculture Coffee and we decided to try it without reading any of the reviews. One of the reviews from 3 days ago from another person was spot on with our visit as well!!! Everything we tried to order "we are out of that"..... After about 4 different try's I asked him "what do you have so I can order?". So frustrating. The guy even forgot some of our order. Had to go back up and ask for the rest of it. He said "you got everything". I told him I still missing a coffee so he looked at the receipt on the computer and said "oh yeah". Honestly the Latte's we got were just ok. Don't think we will be back. I do love how they decorated the theme of the shop! Also great location! The look of this shop is amazing! So much to look at! I had great hopes for this being amazing coffee but was let down. The coconut macaroons were amazing! The coffee I wanted to order I kept being told, "we ran out." Although, this is a good thing for the shop, I'm confused why more isn't made if it's so popular. (Other reviews mention this) I ended up settling for an iced oatmilk latte w/ coconut & van. Love the coconut! Wish it was a tad bit more sweeter with the flavor. My husband got the "drink of the day" the cortado which he said was not good at all. I got the broccoli and gruyere frittata. It seemed a little overcooked...had a bunch of broccoli in it. It was ok... I was expecting to have more of a cheesy consistency throughout, but there was none. The cortado was good and served in a small glass. There is music playing... Such a cool cafe! The decorations are awesome and very detailed-oriented. Even the floors had some artwork! Lots of indoor and outdoor seating and a very clean space. The cashier was cool and the service was quick. I do think it's concerning that the guy was wearing a crop top. I guess the dress code is very relaxed but it just seems like it could be a safety/liability issue if hot coffee accidentally spills on him. I ordered an Iced Mocha and the Cheddar Biscuit Sandwich to-go. The sandwich is so good! Not too much Beschamel sauce which is what I was worried about. Wow this place is so nice. I've been to subculture coffee locations elsewhere but this one might be the best one out there. The employees were great and efficient and fast. My latte was one point with taste and temperature. The bagel I ate was great well. They have good seating for hang out or if you want to study. Most tables have charging areas near by. I've been to many Subcultures throughout Palm Beach County -- Delray, downtown West Palm, and Jupiter. I have enjoyed frequenting this location in Palm Beach Gardens due to its strong coffee, good breakfast sandwiches, and plenty of tables with outlets to plug in your computer so you can do work, The staff we have encountered are always friendly and accommodating. I have never had a bad experience there in the handful of visits I have made to this location. If I'm lucky, I grab a table that has an elongated booth with power outlets for each of the tables that are situated there. There's also the long communal table where you can find a seat so long as you have a good battery for your computer. There's a small lounge area with a chaise lounge and a couch. And the outside area has a gated-in section with tables and chairs. If I need to work outside of the house, my preference is to come to this Subculture location as it's easy to access with little traffic and a straight commute from my home in the Acreage. read more

This is a great place to grab a coffee or quick nosh! The atmosphere is super cool, the service was relatively quick, and the coffee is good. I didn't get anything to eat so I can't speak to the food quality but the menu looked great and there were lots of small bites to grab, croissants and muffins and chips, etc. The coffee was good although the roast was a bit bright for my personal taste. Lots of people were there working on laptops and meeting with friends. The parking is somewhat annoying because this is in a large shopping mall type area, but at least there are plenty of spots. If you plug in the address, Apple Maps will not take you to the correct location so put in the name of the coffee shop! read more

Overall, I found the quality and flavor of everything--from the coffee to the pastries to the food--quite impressive. The atmosphere was a bit louder than I would have preferred, but the funky, industrial vibe felt inviting in its own way. It's easy to have a conversation or get some work done here. The staff is very helpful and kind; I was particularly impressed that the person who assisted me remembered my previous order from the week before. While my order wasn't anything special, the fact that it was remembered was noteworthy. What I appreciated was the diverse range of clientele that lines up, even if they are just stopping by for a cup of coffee. Indeed, quality speaks volumes.
