Happy to be the first person to review and give give a 5 star! The place is clean and honestly some of the best pastries I've had in the area - incredibly light and fresh. The staff was very friendly and able to make recommendations. Highly recommend and I will be back!

Great authentic Italian food. Shared the lunch special deal and a pasta. The lunch special was a deal. It came with an appetizer, entree and dessert for under $30. The Margherita pizza was amazing. Service was great, we sat outside and there were two people who took care of everything outside. Checked in often. Inside is nicely decorated, a modern Italian look.

After a girls brunch, we decided to take a drive down the street and check out this café. Can we just make it very clear if you're reading my review and you've never been here, you need to stop everything you're doing and just go. There's nothing else that important than not coming here and trying all the amazing pastries. And if you look at my photos all three of us definitely overloaded on ordering pastries. It's a very cute quaint, small café that has little café tables and just adorable. Somebody bring me back to Paris. Also, add a Affogato to that order. It's gelato and espresso together. You are welcome. Very attentive gentlemen at the counter who were very helpful and even supplied us with waters to wash down all of that sugar. if this place wasn't 45 minutes from my house, I would definitely be here more often which then I would definitely need to add more days to my workout classes. All three of us enjoyed coming here and were amazed with how the pastries and service were and we thank you for having this location here. We will all be back.

When you need your next dose of caffeine, you can't go wrong with one of Masseria's coffees

I didn't realize that Alaina's was a sit-down establishment that just so happened to have a refrigerated glass display of sweet treats, baked goods, and cakes to enjoy on-site or to go. Its aesthetic was a lot classier than I anticipated. I thought it would be more of a diner-type environment, but instead it's much more visually appealing as a dining area with both table and booth seating, serving high-end booze and solid cuisine. I ordered their two-egg sandwich with bacon and fruit, which allowed me to live my best life. It was delicious. Their bacon in particular was magical. The iced coffee black helped me wash it down. Price-wise, it was reasonable. I would need to come back for happy hour and discovered they have dinner as well -- originally thought it was only open through lunch hour. It comes off as much more upscale, especially once you enter the interior. I was impressed by Bruichladdich scotch selections on their liquor shelves, as well as their lovely Belgian beers in stock in the bottom-level fridge and on tap. They have brunch-themed cocktails to enjoy. I'll have to return with the missuses to enjoy more, as I was impressed by what I saw. But I need to try dinner there to confirm my speculation.

Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the setting. It was mediocre at best and honestly felt more on par with something you'd get at Olive Garden than at a restaurant with this kind of vibe and price point. On top of that, the service was quite slow, which made the overall experience feel even more underwhelming. If you're going for drinks, music, and ambiance, it may be worth a visit. But if you're expecting the food and service to match the atmosphere, it falls short.

We were looking for one last lunch stop before heading to the airport and agreed on this place, located in an unassuming strip mall. We received a very friendly greeting upon arrival and perused the menu. I chose the Greek Vibes wrap, with hummus, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, onion, roasted red pepper, and pesto. Messy but good. I also had the power fuel smoothie with Açaí, peanut butter, and blueberries. Delicious and very filling. Hubby had the California Club with chicken and subbed regular mayo for Chipotle mayo. Delicious and filling. Menu offers a variety of wraps and sandwiches, salads, Açaí bowls, and smoothies. Service is fast and friendly. Happy to support a local, family-owned business!

Living in Philly for years has made me real picky about my subs, or my hoagies if you will. You will not be disappointed with this spot. I'm smitten The Lunchbox is right off Northlake and Military in the Winn Dixie plaza. It's inconspicuously placed between the Jackson Hewitt and PB body sculpting. The service was purely delightful! We were greeted genuinely when we walked in the door and we were treated with kindness. The menu is vast so take your time. We both went with Italian subs - 12". Right after we ordered we were offered samples of homemade tomato soup. Ooooh boy it was sooooooo gooooood!!! I mean it was top notch. I wanted to slurp it out of the plastic ramekin then use my finger to clean out every last drop, but I have manners ... The subs were SUPERB! Meat and cheese were fresh, and the bread must have been baked in heaven! the sub was perfect. I tried to find a flaw and there was none. I mean...I have no cons about this place at all except that it's not closer to my house. I ate and left no crumbs as the kiddos say lol!! The juice was perfectly flavor balanced, too. The place was clean, bright and the chairs were the perfect height for me I told the man who I assumed was the owner that I wish I could hug him that sub was so good! He smiled an laughed. (I was fully prepared for a hug, tho hahaha) I am officially in love with a sandwich shop. Don't tell my boyfriend!! He might not take me back. And I have to go back for tomato soup!!! Our wait time was around 20 minutes and then our party of 6 was seated (3 adults, 3 kids). Our drink order was promptly taken, and we had a moment to browse the menu. My son went with the Mickey pancake and side of bacon, with a kids apple juice. I was torn between trying their French toast or keeping it simple and getting a breakfast sandwich. I ended up selecting the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with a side of seasoned fries, with an extra sweet Arnold Palmer. Wait time for food did not feel exceptionally long. Everything looked great upon table placement. My bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was tasty. However, the egg-to-bacon ratio was a bit off. The small portion of bacon I did have was stacked into the center of the sandwich, making it difficult to enjoy in each bite, while the egg overpowered the overall flavor. The seasoned fries, however, were absolutely delicious. My son devoured his Mickey pancake. His bacon was a bit overcooked, which made it less appealing to him, but I had no issue adding it to my sandwich, fixing the scarcity issue there. I would most certainly return.
