We order from them monthly & finally fed up! Subs are great b/ again, tonight they only gave us one bag of chips when ordered & paid for 2? Know it doesn't seem like a big deal b/ it is! I eat half a sub with one bag when we receive & 2nd w/ other half following day. Not to mention, they have us pay for them & just don't care. I called 1st time they forgot both bags & manager informed me, "you can come up here & get them"?!? Huh, if I wanted to drive up to store I wouldn't have had delivered initially? Other has tried to blame on delivery company & really, lol, they tape bag up, love to see video of driver getting out of bag w/o breaking tape, not to mention, be some crushed ships when do get em out! I usually come to this location all the time and have no issues (except when it's after 8:45 and the employees want to leave sometimes you feel like you're a bother coming in to get a sub) anyway, tonight I ordered the giant turkey and cheese. The girl only put 1/2 the amount of cheese and turkey on that they normally do. For the second row of turkey she just laid one slice down on my sub and looked at me funny. Guess her arm got tired of slicing. Anyway $18 for 1/2 the toppings, just is fair. I'll go to the one on Northlake. It's a bit farther but we will see if they put more than 8/10 slices of turkey on. Food is always amazing, I have worked in restaurants most of my life and the customer service is lacking. If I come in 1 full hour from closing I shouldn't feel bad. The team makes you feel unwelcome every time. Last night they were blasting music and doing closing duties and seemed annoyed we wanted a sub, and even more annoyed we wanted to eat there. Food is 3 stars (just fine) but the service and the free WiFi bump it up to 4 stars for me. The WiFi was especially clutch for me. And I'll rat myself out here: I intended to sit in Starbucks next door to get some work done, but it was insane in there! Line wrapped around the store! Walked around looking to see who else had free WiFi and it was either the hair salon next door or Jersey Mike's. I'm the type of person who commits to buy something if I'm planning to use the WiFi, and I wasn't about to get a full-on haircut so Jersey Mike's it was. Employees were friendly and stayed busy with mobile/online orders even though there weren't many dine in customers. They also seemed amused that I was setting up shop here. Called in and ordered my sandwich with little to no oil and vinegar, they absolutely soaked it, to the point where it was drooling out of the soaked wrapper and the bun was completely mush from oversaturation of oil and vinegar. Said NO onions, came with plenty of onions, ordered tomato relish, came with extra tomato, no tomato relish. I eat at Jersey Mike's 5 to 6 times per week. This location is by far the worst I have dined at. The tea is always rotten and they refuse to make new tea after being asked. First of all I like jersey mikes and have been to a few other jersey mikes- fresh meets friendly servers. Generally a good experience. The jersey mikes at oakbrook square is excellent at food preparation as well. What I didn't like was the really loud noise . I've been there before with that loud noise . Couldn't hear myself talk . I mentioned the loud music before but he said that's the way it is. I forgot about that but when I came back in. I remembered. Walked out and went to subway -about 3 blocks north and had a good turkey sandwich. I will go to other jersey mikes but not the one in my area. Jersey Mike's? Who's Mike? Pretty sure he's from Philly though because his Philly cheese steak is the BEST I've every tasted. Cooked to perfection and ready BEFORE I was done paying. Jersey Mike's concept is simple. They have wraps, cold subs, hot subs and cheesesteaks. There's a kids menu. Side items are limited to chips and Tastykakes. By narrowing their menu and they're able to get the food done quickly and perfectly every single time. The food was quick, restaurant was clean, staff was friendly. Caution, your portions may vary. Went here a few weeks ago got a regular size philly steak and cheese and it was one of the best i've had in the area. We went in last night (friday) and I couldn't control myself and ordered a giant size philly and my wife got a reg size italian. She loved her sub so i took a bite to try and i agreed it was really good. However... my giant size philly had a small portion of meat and they didn't add the lettuce tomato i requested. Call me crazy but for $14 i expect to be wowed and i was not. Not sure if they eyeball it when they throw the meat on the grill or what but the regular size i had a few weeks go seemed to be a good portion so i expected the same for the giant size. Yesterday was Mother's Day , my wife and daughter went to this location for a quick dinner due to my daughter having to work , my wife accidentally , smoked at tables outside put it out when she realized , manager or owner came out and proceeded to yell and belittle her till she was in tears she just had a major surgery and hasn't been well , I believe he could of handle this different , a girl that works nearby informed her that "he is always like that "maybe he should worry about the food and service in his restaurant more ,or the ridiculously loud rap music playing with explicit lyrics inside , I work in same plaza I will be sure to spread the word read more

I order on Uber Eats my daughter (age 12) loves Jersey Mike's, normally I wouldn't do it. For to reg subs it was over $26, plus two am bags of chips. Couldn't custom order. Add tax, tip, fees we were up to $40 for subs! I thought these better be really good subs. The bread was dry, falling apart and couldn't be eaten. I had to check for the mayo. Ving/Oil, bec it was so dry. But then as I said the top bun fell apart in my hands, crumbling. I have never had this when I have order extra oil/ving, so I know it isn't that and the bread had a strange texture when I first ate it. I spoke to Anthony he informed me it was gluten free bread, he couldn't do anything since that is what they serve at any JM. A coupon for a free sub arrived in my mailbox, having never had a Jersey Mike's Sub, I stopped in. There was a line, but it didn't take long to go through it, until checkout. There were three people with completed orders waiting to check out, which holds up the line. Also, I noticed on a poster that they have Gluten Free bread, which I requested while showing my coupon. When it was finally my turn to pay, I handed her the coupon, said thank you and started to leave. The girl stopped me to say I owed $2.14 for the Gluten Free bread. I had to charge it, as I brought no cash for my "Free" sub. Considering the cost of a regular sub is $7.49, this is nearly a 30% UPCHARGE!!! for Gluten Free bread. Insane! Especially because I did not see a not see that indicated anywhere--I may have just missed it, but I don't think so.
