Two days later and still no sodas at this Mc Donald's. I wonder if the $1 soda promo is ending soon and this location would like to end it earlier so they are doing it their way. I don't know what is going on but it makes no sense to me. This is the same McDonalds that will keep you at the speaker for 10-15 minutes in the morning and then come on and tell you that breakfast hours are over. I literally only come here if I am on this side of town and dont have any other choice. The food is like any other McDonald's food, so at the very least, that's on par. This is the WORST McDonald's that I have ever been to! I have gone here early in the morning & twice they were out of orange juice. When they did have orange juice, it was WARM! This place is terrible. I sat in the drive thru for 12 minutes while "Roxanne" and " Lupe" discussed taking time off cause they were overwhelmed. Once again, this location has managed to neglect simple requests. If you ask for modifications with your meal, they won't follow through with them so don't even bother asking for extra/remove anything. Actually, just don't bother coming here, I def won't anymore. This location disappointed me. The staff was busy talking among each other before I was able to get help. When I placed my order I was clear to what I wanted and the person who gave me my order even repeated what I ordered and it was correct but when I got home instead of two cheeseburgers there was only one cheeseburger in the bag. I came out to have a nice mean at this location seeing as it has been one of my favorite dining places yet. However, today I have been faced with one of the greatest disappointments I have seen in the restaurant industry. I took the drive they and took an astounding 45 MINUTES to receive my food all the while my CAR WAS ON. I ran out of nearly all my gas and was highly disappointed. The manager is very unprofessional we called to complain about our order being wrong and then she was very rude. we were just calling because our order was wrong and she said i have hundreds of other orders like if our order didn't matter. Also I had ordered a mango Smoothie and they where such in a hurry they gave me more like iced crushed drink. I had to wait 25 min to get 3 McDoubles, 1 McChicken the McChicken looked as they dumped mayo all over and completely covered where you couldn't even see the chicken and put so much lettuce on there when I opened it looked like a half head of lettuce fell out the wrapper. The McDoubles app had too buns on the top and bottom, then the lady at the counter that was calling numbers called the wrong number and let my food sit there for about 10min Tell she asked who order the 3 McDoubles and McChicken, and when I asked her why she called out the number she denied it and said I quote "Oh well" she had a major attitude, and the managers didn't do anything, my food was cold and the McChicken I had to toss away cause of the amount of Mayo on it.
