2.5/5 stars This McDonald's is on 301 just off 41 making it handy for either direction. The sign is big and easy to see. The drive-through outer lane has a giant wall making it a tight turn fir larger vehicles. We've been here only once. We ordered breakfast and one out of two sandwiches were wrong and the McGriddle was a bit soggy. Wah. I would probably come here again if I needed breakfast fast but check what you order before you go. read more

Newly remodeled...but they should have closed down permanently. So...you can only order through a kiosk, and two were not working. NO ONE at the counter. Came here specifically for the Disneyland 70th anniversary toys...and we had the option to pick that on the kiosk order, which we did. For two adults, we ordered three happy meals. After a lengthy wait ( a first at any McDonalds), our order was delivered. The first thing I did was open the box: in three orders, three different HM promos, none which was the current Disneyland toys... Had to scream at the counter so one of the several employees came over from the kitchen... I explained the situation to the worker and she said we would have to return the happy meals. Fine, as we had already started with one we gave them back two. She walked away, didn't return...and no one appeared at the counter for almost 5 minutes. Pretty annoyed at this point, I had to scream back once again and maybe it was now a manager( better dressed, more professional -- but neither had name tags...is this a new policy??) who came asked me what I needed/wanted. She said they ran out of the Disneyland toys and would be restocked tomorrow. We had our money refunded. But then when we did try to eat our happy meal, there were no napkins anywhere. Once again we had to go to the counter, yell for someone to come out out of the kitchen and assist us. 20 minute wait to pull away and not get my food because I am NOW LATE for my shift at work. I went in to the drive thru delivery window and rang the doorbell. Just for the kitchen staff to stare at me as they make 5 different bags of food all at once instead of handing off as it's made as fast food service is supposed to be. I've worked drive thrus and fast food- but obviously whoever works here expects you to wait 20 minutes as if they're prepping a whole meal because they don't want to have to make food continuously. I stood at the drive thru delivery window for 10 minutes and rang the doorbell several times- just for the woman to stare at me and walk away... and put more food into 4 different bags. 20 minutes for a double cheeseburger and a large fry- that I never got because I had to leave for work to be there a couple minutes late. Wow Mc crispy was not crispy it was so dry and the fries were cold. Why would you serve cold fries?

I visited McDonalds this morning at 4:21 am. After getting off work when I got there I was told to hold on for a second. I waited 4 minutes until someone came back to take my order. When I got to the window to pay the lady did apologize for having me wait so long. When I got home I decided to check my food before I ate and Im glad I did! Look at it! This is the most disgusting thing Ive ever saw it looks line they gave me the oldest patty ever! And look at the hash brown! Did they take a bite out of it or what?! read more

Hands down one of the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I always wait in line for about 45 minutes. Employees are rude and forgetful when it comes to remembering to put your whole order in the bag. Fries are often cold. I no longer use this McDonalds because it was so frustrating. read more

This McDonald's is located just off the 41 in Palmetto right across the street from Walmart. This location isn't too far from my work so like to come here in the morning sometimes to get breakfast. This McDonald's is nicely remodeled with the up-to-date furniture and free Wi-Fi it also has the Double Ln., Drive thru. The staff seems friendly enough but in the same instance they are also busy scattering around trying to get this busy McDonald's location under control. If you get there at the wrong time which most of time it's either the morning or just before lunch there's a huge line in the drive through and also inside. I don't think I really have to review the prepackage food it's about the same everywhere you go. I hardly ever go here to eat and if i do its breakfast, so my review on the lunch and dinner menu don't really count. And I will always return to this location when it's not too busy during the mornings. read more

McDonald's is the worst, it's not fast food one time I went there it took 45 minutes to just get my food and they messed my order up. I ordered a ten-piece chicken nugget and they gave me a four piece. Even if I get my food it tastes disgusting, I got pancakes in the morning and I found ketchup in them. once I got chicken nuggets and I opened them up and I saw hair and this rubber thing which gets me thinking are their chicken nuggets fake? I got a Dr Pepper once and there was mold growing in it so then I got a milk instead and it was spoiled. one time, I asked for a hamburger and I looked where the kichen was and they dropped the paddy and then they just served it to me like nothing happened. Wish I could give this place negative stars for the rating. Worst customer service EVER. The place had hardly anyone in it and I still spent over half an hour waiting on my food. I went here with my friends before an event and after ordering, we waited over an hour for our food. People who had ordered after us had gotten theirs first and our orders disappeared from the "In Progress" list. After 40 minutes, our friends who had driven us had to leave so that they could still get seating at the event and we waited another 25 minutes before finally getting the attention of an employee. She gave me my order (which was supposed to be chicken nuggets, fries and a smoothie). My friend ordered before me, just an order of 2 fries, and still hadn't gotten his food after an hour. She had forgotten my smoothie and I asked her about it, she then she took my receipt as if she was going to get it for me and never came back. We got the attention of another employee and he gave my friend his fries and we just left because we were already late to the event and had to walk now. Terrible service, we have tried several times & our order is always wrong. Today we witnessed at least 10 different customers receive the wrong order. The manager was also told about the air conditioner leaking water onto the floor in several spots & nothing was done about it. read more

The employees are very kind but the place recently needs some air conditioning. It is not a good place to come in and enjoy a fresh meal because there is this smell that just does not let you eat comfortably.
