Ordered from here 3 separate times and didn't learn my lesson the first time. The first 2 orders they forgot all the fries and sauce in the orders. The third they forgot the drinks. I reached out to Chick-fil-A 4 separate times to make it right and they told me they would put a request in and have me wait and nothing happened. The last time they told me to contact DoorDash even though I ordered through the app. I did that twice and still nothing. This Chick-fil-A is a straight up scam & the food is always cold. I won't be ordering or getting Chick-fil-A again knowing that they make their money off scamming people out of their money. read more

A young lady with the name of Kristin H. took my order with a disgusting attitude. Looks like she didn't even want to work there. After I got my order I was missing a few items which didn't surprise me because Kristin didn't even look like she was paying attention to my order. I then told her the problem and she quote on quote said, "I'm not the right person you should be telling this to" I was questioning if she even worked there at that point‍ I already talked to the manager but the whole place looks like they didn't care so heres your warning to find another chickfila rather than this one fulled with careless employees like Kristin. We eat chick-fil-A about once a month at home. Went here because we were leaving a soccer showcase. Place was busy as always. I get the same thing every time - spicy chicken sandwich combo. The fries were not up to their reputation. They were flaccid. The spicy chicken didn't taste right and I didn't feel that great afterwards. I can't tell if it was just a bad experience or something with the spices got to me. Next time, I'll try regular chicken. My daughter didn't finish hers either. Maybe we just got a bad day with the recipe at this location. read more

I had a DoorDash food pickup. Didn't know where the pick up was in the restaurant. I asked the cashier she was very rude to me and pointed where I could pick up my order from. Then this other older guy that was working for the food run counter ask me what was my order name? Then proceeded to tell me in a rude way that I was in the way from people coming in to order food. Do better Chick-fil-A. Maybe you should put your pick up orders in the back in the corner with a sign. Also, to the people that was extremely rude to me. We all have to work in this world just put a smile on your face and say my pleasure. read more

Worst Chick-fil-A experience ever. The new store seemed really nice, the ordering portion went well, but went downhill after that. I had 1 person in front of me and when it was my turn, I was asked my name. The employee looked totally lost and asked how to spell my very simple name. Then everyone went weird. Another employee came out after 5 minutes of them looking at orders and asked my name. Then after a few more minutes, I was asked to pull forward and wait. I ordered a sandwich, fries and tea. Not a special order or complicated order. I then watched 4 cars behind get their orders and drive off. I sat waiting and fuming for at least another 8 minutes before someone came with my food. Why were the other customers behind me being taken care of and I had to wait a ridiculously long time for a simple order? Stay away from their disorganized mess of a restaurant and go to the one closer to Cortez or the one on Manatee Avenue. read more

The new location on State Road 64 is even more impressive than expected. The Tuesday evening of the most recent hurricane, there was a lady servicing the dining room that was absolutely amazing. She could teach a class about customer service that 99.99 percent of hospitality industry workers would greatly benefit from. I don't know her name, but she is a gem for this location read more

You all get 0 stars from me. Sandwiches and fries were soggy, I ordered grilled nuggets and I got regular ones, ordered the peach and cream shake and got cookies and cream, and drive thru taker was not friendly or helpful at all. You all need to step up your costumer service and hire more friendly staff. read more

The food here is consistent and good, I just wish the service was a little better. Here's an idea to make it just a little better that I would truly appreciate. Every time I come I order the same thing; Chick-fil-A sandwich with cheese or chicken minis with cheese. Somehow cheese always ends up perfectly melted on my sandwich when it comes to me in my car. But for the life of me I cannot understand why my chicken minis come with a slice of cold cheese in a separate box (waste of materials). Especially when half the time it's already precut into the squares for me when I receive it. But cheese doesn't melt this way and I'm left with cold cheese sitting on my minis that I have to break up with my fingers while I'm leaving the drive-through. So why is the cheese coming on my sandwich but not my minis? Also your water filter needs to be changed. It tastes like the golf course chemicals. read more

Chick fil a is delicious, everyone knows that, but you have to know how to get around sitting in line at the drive thru for forever and that is to order ahead on the mobile app. You still get the same great food, the same friendly service, all from the comfort of your car. No matter the time of day of night this place is going to be busy..I place my order as I am leaving my house, pull in to a spot in the parking lot and let them know I am there and within minutes I have my hot delicious food ready to go! The most recent time I was here I had the nicest gentleman bring me my food and it really goes to show how well Chick fil a takes care of their employees. read more

It's so crowded here as usual during lunch. The employees Are taking up to tables and eating their lunch meanwhile it's packed and people are looking for seating. The food quality today was mediocre the fries were cold there was eight of us eating. I would necessarily recommend this restaurant anybody to be honest. This chickfila is TERRIBLE. David the manager gaslighted me into ordering a salad, and also suggested I get a fruit cup instead of a cookie. When I turned around I heard him laugh and call me a "big fatty". So childish!!! I usually let things like this slide, but on top of all if this, the store is infested with flies, and I found one in my salad!!! Truly disgusting and I will not be returning. read more

The set Up at this restaurant is very nerve wracking. You can't see a menu board until after you order and if you pay with a card ,left side. on the right paying cash. you feel very rushed & you really don't get an opportunity to select off the menu what you would like. My husband is the most easy going person and it was stressful for him. As the order taker is standing at the window waiting to take the order while your trying to figure out what you want totally ridiculous I understand it if it's noon rush hour at 4 o'clockhowever, in the afternoon not necessary, in our opinion. If you want to do it this way,, then we suggest you put a Mini board in the front of the line so people can at least have time to look. The sandwiches were excellent. read more

I want to say chick-fil-a drive thru is very efficient. The only problem is Kirian try's to rush things and wants to get her questions out there even if it's interrupting while a customer is talking. She came up and I started to talk and was interrupted by her asking what my name was. Another couple of seconds would have been great. It made the whole visit unpleasant. read more

I really enjoyed my experience at this Chick-fil-A. I got the 12 piece chicken nuggies, sprite, and Chik-fil-A and Polynesian sauce for my waffle fries. We went through the drive through so the service I guess was a little slow but they were very crowded. The only thing that I disliked was my sprite because they messed up and gave me lean and I have proof! Check out my attached picture. Main order was prepared correctly, but this location has a strictly policy against adding anything to salads, even for an up charge. "No modifications" was what three employees told me. I've been to many Chick-fil-A locations and this is the first that refused to make a modification to a salad. Would have happily paid an up charge, but the staff simply looked at me like I was from mars for asking. read more

Nothing to complain about here. Friendly staff, short waits and the usual expectation of tasty delights. There is ample parking in the plaza and fairly easy in and out of the lot to main drag thanks to the stop lights. They setup a booth before the first window of the drive thru to serve as a payment window, great idea for peak times! We hardly waited in the drive thru line. read more

It tasted very authentic, and the portions were incredibly generous. I'm originally from up north between Philly and Pennsylvania, so we had good pizza up there all the time. But finding pizza that's good down here is very hard to do. I can confidently say Scarpinos' pizza may not only be the best in Bradenton, but the best I've ever had anywhere, including Chicago and New York! I will definitely be eating there again and often. Once seated, the waiter was very attentive throughout the entire meal. To start our meal, we ordered a a plate of the calamari, which were ok, maybe a bit more rubbery than I like. Side salads were brought out after, which were ok, nothing great, very basic. They also brought some tasty, warm garlic rolls/knotts with the salads. For my entree, I had a tough time deciding, there were a lot of good options on the menu, but I was really interested by the Cacio E Pepe, but it is only available as a meal for (2) which seemed a bit excessive. My brother and I decided to get it together, along with a side of sausage to add some protein to the meal. I've seen videos of pasta made with in a cheese wheel online several times, and have wanted to try it, but this has been my first opportunity. They bring out the cooked pasta, and prepare it in the cheese wheel at the table, which was an added bit of fun for the dining experience. overall it was a fun and tasty meal. Got to try something I've been wanting to for a while. One warning, the restaurant is basically just one large room, so it can get a bit loud, depending on the crowd and how busy it is. But I'd go back, and would recommend this spot to other as well.
