My son had an incident; he was kicked out of the restaurant because other guys, who may have been behaving inappropriately earlier, sat down at their table. Because of this, the manager called the police and accused my son. I asked for evidence or witnesses, but she refused to continue the conversation with me and threatened to call the police on me. I drove there to get my order manger said call uber eats, they are not the issue and not my point. The complete lack of care, the mistakes keep happening. They were physically taking orders and the employee skipped our car (I guess it's too difficult to keep track of "every other car" and 3 cars that arrived after us were allowed ahead of us. The two lane drive thru is the most idiotic thing ever. It causes congestion and accidents because stupid people don't yield. And it takes forever to pull away from the ordering board because the cars in front of you haven't moved. Then you have to awkwardly try to merge when the other lane is fighting to get in front of you, even though you were there first. Sounds like it would have been better to keep just one lane in the drive thru. Obviously, this is a corporate design and isn't the fault of this specific location, but I still don't like the two-lane thing. Though other experiences included getting the wrong order or getting something left out in our order, our last experience was the final straw. We spent 15 mins waiting in the drive through, hoping to have made breakfast only to find out we were two minutes too late. So we ordered lunch food instead. Paid the cashier, proceeded to the next window and were asked to pull forward and park and told our food would be brought out. Ten minutes later, food arrived, but the smoothie flavor was wrong. The girl was nice and remade it, but that took another 5 minutes or so. Otherwise. Food was ok. My problem is that we were trying to pick up a quick bite to eat on the way out of town. It ended up taking forever. The employees are nice, but need more training or encouragement from the boss. If you're in a hurry and want McD's, go to the one on Court Street, Canal, or on 395. So I went to the drive thru, it was pretty long but anyways got to the window and they didn't have my order ready. Visit this location the most in from all location in tri cities, and reason for that is convenience. BUT NOMORE!!! I have the mobile and always use this. All I order is coffee and nothing special but seem like they always get the order wrong or takes for ever to receive. I know with COVID 19 things have been tough for everyone so I have given them opportunity after opportunity. Well this last time I went to order the same order BUT this time they charged me $20.58 and I asked how did that happen, person at the window said she accidentally combined my order with person behind me and manger will fix it at next window, manger at next window had no clue so I told her what happened and she voided the transaction. I asked for a receipt and she said she was unable to give me the receipt. Days later I notice they pulled the money from my acct. I called this location and manger on duty gave me number admin off in Kennewick. Was on the phone with and have email conversation with a person and she tells me she unable to refund me the money with no reason why, our mobile app show no history of transactions made that day. Person from admin office send me an email at 1232pm but according to her coworker when I called at at 1235 pm for an explanation she say the person helping me is out for the day and left just b4 1230pm. This was back one month ago, on feb 2010 at 2am. I ordered a large coke and a mcchicken. large coke was on sale for $1 each and a mcChicken cost $0.99. The total would be $2.16 with tax.
